I absolutely feel heard by all the staff, nurses, doctors, physical therapist and chiropractor, which is hard to find that within one doctor let alone a whole office. I would recommend Trinity health and give them 10 stars if I could. They have worked extremely hard to help me find specialist when needed with state insurance (not an easy task sometimes). Bedside manner is so important for me, and I feel very comfortable when talking to everyone here. You won't find a better group to trust your health with.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional. This office is very difficult to work with. Good luck if your LOP. They treat you horribly. This office only cares about being paid. The chiropractor never even went over my X-rays or even acknowledged my scoliosis. They were writing scripts before they even examined me, which was a not really an exam a light shined in my eye and some movement of my limbs. My attorney contacted this office several times to have some very much needed paperwork filled out and I was told they had it and were filling it out, but never got it. They said I needed an mri but had to have my attorney scheduled it since Trinity never could. The PT Deana is rude to her patients and I felt like I was being reprimanded. She walks in acting like she’s royalty and the patients are pheasants, and she never says hello or acknowledges them. She’ll just start commanding you. I was on my stomach hooked up to some machine and she comes over and just starts touching me and never even introduced herself. I had no clue to who she was until a week later when they scheduled me for PT.Brittney in the front office would always make excuses why the paperwork was never filled out. I had to come to the office to fill out the paperwork they were supposed to, but they instead had me see the chiropractor. They still had not filled out the paperwork and I had to wait another hour before it was done and to wait for the PT to come and sign them. Obviously they just wanted to charge an appointment fee in order to give me the documents they have had for well over a month.Brittney was quite rude to my wife who had politely asked if the documents were faxed as Brittney handed them to me. My wife said that they needed to fax it(it was for short term disability from my auto accident) Brittney snatches the paperwork from my wife’s hand and say I’m not faxing this, my office manager is, and then she stomped off. Pretty unprofessional and unethical.

He has the friendliest staff most professional physical therapist and very patient to address my needs. He has saved Me from surgery with his spinal decompression therapy. Experiencia negativa: Made an appointment to SEE Dr. Castaldo, instead reception was rude told me park around and wait, I took a covid test at home it was negative and I knew my symptoms were more that of bad allergies the same symptoms I had 2 years ago but she didn’t even bother coming out to check me, took tests had to retake again so that she could have no sympathy and just say oh you positive sorry go home hope you get better went 2-3 days later to get a second opinion with a very nice staff and well mannered CARING doctor In Sherman turns out I had a bad case of sinusitis took care of me and 3 days later started feeling much better Thank you to that doctor who actually did her job right and cared enough. We got to do better for one another not be money hungry or scared.

Experiencia positiva: I use to love this place but seems they have gotten really money hungry…I’ve been having serious health issues and missed my appointment that they scheduled and I didn’t agree to…was charged $25 and I scheduled one that I missed. Baby was hospitalized. I now owe $75 and I’m currently unemployed…I have tried making multiple appointments because I’ve had a few blood transfusions and need to do labs…since I owe $75 every time I call they say the doctor (Tracy C) won’t see me until I pay the little $75. I told them I’d pay once I get there and they made me an appointment. I’ll be looking for another doctor soon. Somewhere that care about the patients and not just money.

Experiencia negativa: I tried to make an appointment with their PT person, Deana. I was told by the receptionist and office manager Samantha I would have to book an appointment and pay to meet the PT. They must really be hurting for money that they will not let her speak to patients without paying. Happy to say McKinney has at least 5 different PT locations that are more than happy to chat with you for free. Other practices understand the importance of the client patient relationship. Trinity simply doesn't.

Experiencia negativa: Save yourself some time and find a better chiropractor. I had my appointment at 5;50. They called me at 5:35 and said you are 5 Mins late to your appointment and it’s canceled. My appointment was at 5:50pm how can they cancel it 5:35? Wasted my 35 mins to drive here. Glad that I got to know they are all over the place and would have caused issues on my future appointments as well.

Experiencia negativa: I met with Deana today, and I was not happy with her service or lack thereof. Deana's bedside manners were horrendous; she handled me unprofessionally; she had a very negative outlook on my situation, and a pessimistic belief that I could benefit from said services. Deana did a PT evaluation; she made me feel like a suspect in a capital murder case (the way she abrasively interrogated me); sarcastically questioning me about my past PT (and why "I didn’t go back" if I was so happy with the treatment); and, have I seen a dietitian before. I counter-questioned Deana, asking if she had a dietitian present, and she said yes. Thus, Deana told me how horrible it was that I lost 50 pounds in three months, so she could set me up to upsell her organization's services and have me see her dietician. Superficial. I declined Deana's dietitian because I knew that they recommended an acidic diet (any foods below 7.5 on the PH scale that produces inflammation). All in all, I called and left a message that I would not be interested in being seen by that provider again... good old boy/girl network.

The girls : Kristina, certified nurse,great person all in all, Rebecca, massage therapist caring,great listener,awesome hands that work miracles on my abused muscles tendonitis, myalgia. Love the deep tissue therapy.I find " no pain ,no gain" sooo, yes I love Rebecca! The ladies in front are quick and effective at it. They work as a team, I appreciate everything they do it's not easy, as I ran front office at a drs. office and I know how to multitask but they took the weight of their jobs and even it out just so. It's neat to watch Angelica, Alexis, Monica work ...like busy bees. They are so well mannered as well. My overall review?I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and I have already done so.

Experiencia fantástica: I have lower back pain ( dislocated disks). Some days moving to stand, sit or walk results is pain and clinched jaw. Trinity Health Solutions helps to keep me moving. Regular visits every week to get an adjustment followed by a medical massage. Allows me to continue to do the activities that I enjoy. I am very grateful for all the people at Trinity Health Solutions from the staff that works me in when I’m have trouble moving, physical therapist, chiropractor, doctor, physician assistant, the massage therapist and the support staff. It has been years since I had a professional massage and she left me feeling absolutely amazing! I also had cupping therapy, also done by Rebecca. I was weary at first, however, the results are amazing! My back feels the best it has felt in years. 10/10 recommend.

Experiencia negativa: My wife traveled from out of town to see her Doctor. While being checked for the ailment that brought her in to the office my wife she mentioned that her ears have been in pain and she thinks it may be an ear infection. My wife was told that she could not be seen for anything else other than the reason she came. We were flabbergasted that they would deny her treatment. They’re reasoning was that the Doctor is to busy. The customer service was subpar to say the least. We also experienced an issue with the medication not being called in. Upon contacting Trinity Health Solutions, we spoke to Alex and informed her of the issue. Alex was extremely rude and dismissive. She stated that the Doctor would not be calling in the prescription until later that night. We explained to Alex that my wife is in extreme discomfort and we were hoping we’d be able to pickup the medication up in a few hours. Instead of being met with humility and respect, Alex became very rude and confrontational. Upon asking to speak with the office manager to report her unprofessional behavior, Alex hung the phone up. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit to Trinity Health Solutions. The office, from top to bottom, was exceptionally clean. In looking around, you could tell that the intent was to create an environment that seeks to treat the person & not just the condition - the environment was very relaxing which is always good in a medical setting. The front desk personnel was helpful, courteous & informative. The Nurse was fantastic. She was quite friendly & accommodating. I did not get to see Dr. Tobias today, but did get to see the other physician - he was great, no issues at all. I've seen Dr. Tobias previously at Lumin Care & he made an impact on me & I always stick with a good Doctor. This place is great, I was impressed & I definitely don't think you should hesitate if considering Dr. Tobias or Trinity Health Solutions

I went to see Tracy yesterday morning (she has a background in pain management). I got an injection in each knee which really hurt but just for a second. This morning I went to the grocery store and walked all over, I've done 2 loads of laundry, dishes, and am continuing to move WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN. God bless you Tracy! Experiencia negativa: We like the NP Joe Robinson. He is very knowledgeable. The nurse, Kim, who was there when we started going there was really good. I have an issue (small veins) when drawing my blood and she was able to do it. The draws now since Kim left are a nightmare. Can’t get so I have to make a special trip to lab after they attempt. Lab has no problem drawing. Labs should be ordered and done before meeting with NP so can discuss if necessary not drawn same day as appointment. Getting refills is a hassle. Twice they said they sent them in to mail order but they were sent to wrong place. They don’t give refills so you have to deal with them every time you need a refill. The mail order place we have alerts you when you are able to refill but office questions if you are out or nearly. You need a little time if you ar sending into mail order. Getting an appointment isn’t a problem usually very soon when you request one.

Also I got some orthotic flip flops...bling ones. You get a mold made and it is sent off to conform to your feet. High quality and so comfortable and supportive!! Wear them all the time. Pricey but worth every penny!!

Experiencia negativa: WARNING!!! My doctor left the office (she expressed a bad work environment) after having a major determining procedure done. When I needed a referral and lab results, no one knowledgeable ( front office billing) called me back. Instead of the NP giving me test results it was left to an incompetent Medical assistant with zero knowledge on the issue. The NP never called me with my results and I later received them via email ( this is very unprofessional). My referral was sent out nearly a month later, my lab results were emailed a month later!!! I feel like I was speaking with low level child like staff. Constantly having to repeat my needs as a patient. They were more concerned with a 100 dollar bill!! During my visit I couldn’t even speak with my MD about any concerns I had. I now have nearly 1000 dollars in lab and medical bills because of 1 visit. No referral, and a prescription for 2 months. If you have insurance and have options, I’m telling you DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. The bottom line is the care is not up to par with other providers I have seen in the past. Advocate for yourself!!! I feel like if my issue was a priority and In need of a referral, it would have been sent in timely manner, to appropriate source, and all lab results would have been discussed with 1 week time frame. Sorry they did not meet expectations. They are in need of serious re-evaluate of experience and proper patient care!!!!

Experiencia negativa: LOL beware! They charge you for TWO different doctor visits at one time. At the visit, you are made to see their nurse practitioner- Joe, before you go back to Dr. Derrick- the chiropractor. We just wanted to see the chiropractor. We went in thinking that we were just going to see the chiropractor. This practice charges a copay for seeing one person (the NP) and then another for the therapy (chiro) and both of their services are billed as separate entities. Found this out after they sent us a bill and after a call to their office and to our insurance for clarification. Which makes sense, but we did not want to or need to see a NP. It would've been appreciated if they explained their billing practices up front at the first visit (or when we first called their office questioning the bill) as we both have PCPs and don't need a new one. If this is how all Chiropractors worked (the Trinity Health Solutions method of: "the chiropractor works off treatment plans from their NP so you have to see the NP, first") we would've gotten a therapy treatment from her. This might be a practice they just recently implemented because when my husband first went in, they only charged him a specialist copay....then the next day, they called and said they made a mistake in the amount and he actually owed extra on the copay and asked for a credit card. Now, I know that that extra was actually another copay for the other provider. If you're thinking maybe this could just be a one time thing for the first visit, unfortunately it is not. My husband went in a 2nd time to start the chiro treatment and the copay was actually $20 more than the first time. :( If anything, I know from experience and have questions to ask when looking for a new chiropractor.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO THERE! Bad place, they told me there would only be a co-pay, I ended up with at $400 bill because they overcharged and the insurance will not cover it. The were the ones that called me several occasions trying me to go for a visit too! saying they checked with my insurance! I am incredibly upset, then they would not even return my calls about the bill. The Chiropractor is absolutely loaded and they only wanted to do a payment plan for me, geez thanks! Plus they change their therapist constantly, no wonder, they are crummy.
