Brandon Smith has been incredible with getting me ready for this hip replacement and was able to come in after two weeks from surgery and get my muscles working and feeling great. I truly love my new doctor, he is so kind so patient and he takes time to listen to me. I wish I had him when I first got hurt because he’s the best doctor I ever had in my entire life. Direct Orthopedic is a really nice place to go. Dr. Hsiao is the best Dr. I ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gerard Benecki is truly very special; he takes time to explain the problems and tries to diagnose the issue throughly to our satisfaction. I would say he is one of the best doctors in the United States. The office staff also are really great; we greatly appreciate the scheduling manager Angelina and the X ray people. Experiencia fantástica: I had pretty much given up on physical therapy for my back and have been dealing with the pain for the last 7 or so years but Brandon has been great and my backs been doing better than it has in years. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else, Brandon and the rest of the staff here are always friendly and answer any question I have.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit to DOC in McKinney… I was greeted promptly and the check in process was seamless. I was taken in for care by the radiologist and he was very courteous and thorough and was considerate of my condition throughout the procedures I required. The PA I saw was very efficient courteous and informative… her examination was well thought out and thorough. The tests she performed were informative and she explained them to me and the reasoning behind them. I will need further tests to determine a plan that will get me back to being fully functional again but I feel confident in the personnel I met today that together we can accomplish our goal… thanks for caring for me today DOC Update: I have been receiving treatment from DOC - PT a few doors down from DOC in McKinney for the past six weeks now. I am feeling better and stronger now and have received excellent care from my pt Jennifer Nguyen. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and innovative regarding my personal treatment. During the assessment, he thoroughly took time to explain my injury and how he planned to provide treatment. I particularly appreciated that he did not ask me to attend more visits than necessary, rather, he identified I was completing my home exercises and made quick improvements. This was my first PT experience and I will absolutely recommend DOC McKinney to anyone! Bethany, who worked the desk, was also friendly and welcoming. It was overall a top notch experience.

Experiencia fantástica: My experiences with DOC (Frisco & McKinney) have been good overall. I’ve had to visit them for a variety of concerns. This particular visit I had to meet for PT w/Alex Cruz. I specifically requested to work with him in particular based on prior experience in working with him. PT’s not my favorite thing to do but not do so like being in constant pain. Alex is attentive, personable and gets the job done to where that pain is definitely lessened. He’s never pushy and never oversells PT which I appreciate.

Dr. Benecki understood how this injury relates to my livelihood, and was able to provide specific counsel for my situation. I had been faced with several-week waits to see physicians on my insurance, and I was afraid in my case the situation was time-sensitive. Even though DOC isn't in network for us, the chance to get a timely expert viewpoint was so worth the cost. The staff was great also and very helpful. Thanks to everyone that helped me today!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Brandon since Nov 2022 for a right shoulder rotator cuff injury and he is an amazing Physical Therapist! He gave helpful exercises for me to do at home as well as excellent exercises while I was there at the clinic! Highly recommend him and his staff that are just fantastic! I can continue to be active and train hard in the sport I love!!! Update: I'm back again from a fall I took doing sprints a few weeks ago and hurt both of my shoulders! Started PT today and I know I'm in the best hands....again!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have to say that I was very skeptical about going to Direct Orthopedic Care based on the commercials. I thought it was just a whole marketing scheme. But, Tiffany changed my idea about Direct Orthopedic Care. She is very thorough and spends the time with her patients to make sure they understand what is going on. The orthopedic specialist that I normally go to does not work on the wrist. I am so glad to have met Tiffany and the staff at direct orthopedic care, they are amazing. Tiffany has excellent bedside manners, she spent 45 minutes talking to me and caring for me. Most doctors would have rushed and taken about 15 to 20 minutes. My daughter-in-law recommended this location and now I am also recommending this location. If you have not tried them I would call and make an appointment today.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and caring!! We visited them today for my father right leg. We traveled about one hour to reach them. The doctor was very professional. We are just starting today the medical process. The doctor gave my father injection to control the severe pain until we make the MRI and figure out what is going on. She gave us a full explanation about his case. However, we need to make sure about everything to decide the type of therapy my father should follow. He was so happy to spend his day off with no pain. Definitely, we will continue our medical process with you. The customer service ladies are too nice and respectful. All the team are so professional and caring. Definitely, I would give this place a 5 stars.
