Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr. Kikkeri for approximately 20 years. Dr. Kikkeri is kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. He takes the time to explain to you his treatment plan. I never feel rushed. From his friendly receptionists to his office manager Karen, you always feel welcomed. I've also seen Ms. Phillips and she is just as kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Jaquila and Jasmin are 2 of the nurses who are super friendly and just makes the entire process less stressful. I would be amiss to leave out the physical therapist Dr. Paul. Dr. Paul is very caring as well. He has a great sense of humor and feels like a friend rather than just a physical therapist. You can't go wrong with his office.

Experiencia fantástica: As both a patient of Dr. Kikkeri and an employee at NTTC, I can attest to his exceptional care, knowledge, and skill. During my first pregnancy, I struggled with SI joint pain. An orthopedic surgeon recommended physical therapy, which helped alleviate the pain, but it never fully subsided. During my second pregnancy, the SI joint pain became unbearable. Walking was excruciating, and I couldn’t find comfort in sitting or lying down. Towards the end of my second pregnancy, I began working for Dr. Kikkeri. Postpartum, I resumed physical therapy, but this time with Dr. Paul. Dr. Paul is a kind and gentle soul, with great knowledge in physical therapy and rehab. His expertise significantly eased my SI joint pain. As time went on and I juggled life with a toddler and a baby, I began experiencing severe lower back pain. Once again, Dr. Paul’s physical therapy provided immense relief. However, when the pain persisted, I received a pain injection from Dr. Kikkeri, which gave me seven months of pain-free living. I was able to be an active mom, chasing my kids at the park and returning to yoga. Dr. Kikkeri, Dr. Paul, Dr. Sandhu, and PA Trent have been incredible in educating me about my imaging and explaining everything in terms I can understand. Their compassion and expertise have been invaluable. I can always count on Karen to greet me at the front desk, and I see her provide other patients with the same warmth and professionalism she shows me every day. I am profoundly grateful not only to work at NTTC but also to be a patient of APS. The care I’ve received has been exceptional.

Experiencia negativa: Dr Sandu is absolutely the rudest doctor I have ever met. Male chauvinistic attitude and not a good listener. He should not be in pain management. I mentioned to him what medicine had helped in the past and he told me not to dictate to him. He doesn't care about your pain. They make their money making everyone gets shots even if they don't work.

He was very personable and understanding and I appreciated his kindness. I was very pleased when I found out he had already talked with my mom and eased her mind. Taking the extra time for your patients is something you don't see everyday. Original Post My mother received a call from Pat after having to reschedule a procedure that was canceled by the physician. I overheard Pat speaking in a harsh and condescending manner to my mother. As my mom was becoming more and more upset and frustrated I had to take the phone from her to speak with Pat. It took multiple attempts to get her attention and stop her lecture. Her tone and attitude & with my mom was unacceptable . I work in healthcare and this is NEVER the way to speak to a patient!

The supporting medical professionals, nurses, physician assistants, and medical technicians, understand my needs, the peculiarities of my treatment, and my goals and provide the service necessary to achieve my goals. Finally, Dr. Kikkeri correctly identified a problem area that had been getting masked by treatment of a nearby damaged area, and improved my overall health as a result. Highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this place -10 stars I would ! I’ve made two trips to this office and have never met a Dr Kikerri! I guess he only Hobbes his time when it’s time to collect 1000 for injections ! I’ve been dealing with this office for an injection for over a month ! Then the front desk doesn’t know anything that the other staff is doing ! Karen seems a little bit slow to the fact that you can’t keep someone’s disability papers for over two weeks then turn around and I get told by the PA WHO AGAIN ISNT Dr Kikerri who I was told wanted to see me that they don’t do that type of paperwork and basically oh well ! Now I’m trying to see why I was told It would be 150 to complete 5 pages of paperwork and now you won’t ! I have no clue who to give my paper work too and because I don’t have 150 to give them until next week my FMLA FORMS are expiring today and my two week unpaid Leave won’t be approved !!! This is the most lost staff money hungry people I have ever seen! They’ve sent wrong codes to the insurance company and Karen doesn’t know what she’s doing and she keeps lying to me about things then coming back changing them ! I want to see the person that is doing thee injection which I never have !! They sent me to their one stop shop therapy in back with a treadmill and two other machines that looked like it’s made up to get your money while you’re in office there ! Then because my doctor recommended me to another facility for therapy , Karen said she would tell dr Kikerri I refused therapy ! She’s a lying manipulator and thinks she’s threatening me with MY MONEY! I’m reporting this place to whoever I can today !!! Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ! Go to reputable doctors and staff because this isn’t right !!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is such a good place. I have been going here for many years now. Everyone here is so nice and knowledgeable. All the staff are so wonderful. Marty has been so helpful when I call in, I always look forward to talking with her. She is an asset no doubt. And the wait time isn't very long at all. And my doctor (Dr. Kikkeri) is very kind and has a good sense of humor, and he truly cares about me and all his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Kikkeri, and his P.A. Trent McPherson... It has been a true blessing finding Advanced Pain Solutions. Mr. McPherson is who I see most of the time. He is very knowledgeable, caring and kind. I look forward to talking with him too. He takes his time with me and always makes sure everything is good. We talk about movies and shows too. So it's nice we like a lot of the same things too. All the nurses are very kind and caring too. I drive quite a distance and it's so well worth it. I thought about finding a closer Pain Management Doctor, but I cannot bring myself to it. Its not easy finding good doctors with a good staff. I finally have found just that, and like I said it's a true blessing, indeed. I've not once ever had a problem here.

Experiencia negativa: Dr k is a great doctor, however the staff has gone down hill in the past few years. Dr K's services that he performs for many of his patients.is tremendous. He obviously does great work. When your service staff believe they are clinicians. And not just service staff "office workers". you are unfortunately going to get times when stories get twisted and wires get crossed. Sometimes you get great service sometimes you get horrible service it's a coin toss.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so blessed to have found Dr. Schade as my new pain management doctor. Every doctor should be required to learn from him and treat as he treats. The patient’s health is his top priority. Next is his patient’s quality of life. I have had a large range of doctors in my past but non as thorough and dedicated to finding solutions to make my life better. I drive 3 hours to see this doctor and it is well worth the drive. If you need help with pain and want someone to help you find solutions, not just dull or mask the pain, go here!

I have been going to Dr.K for several years now, when I get injection he takes good care of me. He also has not given up on me when at times I would give up on myself but Dr. K and his staff would make everything better.

The staff treats me like family. They treat their patients like human beings and not a source of revenue like some other physicians that I have been to. The other doctors, PAs, and NPs in the office are great too, as is Dr Paul in physical therapy. I have moved three times since I started seeing Dr K, and now I drive an hour to Advanced Pain Solutions, but I won't even consider finding a new doctor. Advanced Pain Solutions is my pain management home.

Experiencia negativa: He lied to me about sending a referal to Doctors hospital for physical therapy. He dismissed me from his practice because he said I didn't respond when they called. They never called however I called Doctors Physical Therapy Dept and they told me they never received a referral letter. They went back three months. All Dr.Kikkeri wants to do is give high dollar injections I was accused of not taking my physical therapy and dismissed from his practice. Dr.Kikkeri said it was sent to Doctors Hospital that they had called me twice and I never returned their call. I never received a call. I called Doctors Physical Therapy Dept to verify that they received it. They looked back three months and couldn't find it. They said they never received it. All they want to do at advanced pain is give high dollar injections.
