Experiencia fantástica: I have been receiving treatment here for a couple of months now and have seen a drastic improvement in my lower back pain. Dr. Darryl not only focuses on hands on treatment, but also helping to create a lifestyle outside of the appointments to prevent re-injury. Unlike other physical therapy offices I've been to, this one-on-one friendly and supportive atmosphere makes me excited to go to my appointments every week. I see improvement in myself every week and could not recommend Motion Rx more.

After that, I continued post therapy and now I am recovering well and thriving. I enjoy the one on one treatment that I receive. The fact that it is tailored just for me, makes me happy. The whole injury thing was overwhelming for me at first, but I’m so grateful that I overcame those fears with the right care and therapy. The one on one experience was pretty nice, it was nice that they tailored your experience to you instead of just throwing you on a random machine. Dr. Natalie was very welcoming and attentive during our 1 on 1 time. She provided substantial information about what was going on with my knee, tended to it to help ease the pain, and we finished with some exercises. Experiencia fantástica: Great location, Professionalism, Genuine Support and VERY clean. Mariah’s knowledge and expertise have been invaluable to me in this journey. My job became remote and one lazy day quickly turned into three years. I spoke with Mariah about where I am at the moment and the goal I would like to reach. The first few days of training felt like eternity to me, fast forward seven weeks later and I catch my self saying “I’m going for one more”. She tailors workouts to meet my individual needs and abilities, she demonstrates each work out, formation and breaks down what I’m working out. walking in each morning and seeing the game plan for the day on the board, stations already set up, and her great spirit reassures me that I’ve made the right choice. She helped to precisely identify the issue I’ve struggled with for years and after 6 sessions, I literally felt like I have a new body. Don’t play yourself and book w/her NOW!

Even after working with her for the past 7 months she took the time today on my first visit to Motion Rx to reevaluate me and in doing so found some over compensation from a previous injury that has been contributing to some of my discomfort. Once she found this out she took the time and care to put together a plan of action and care routine that we will now be taking to strengthen my body and get me physically where I want to be. I can not say enough about her or the care she provides, and now at Motion Rx, the facility and workplace environment is one that I feel I can grow in and get the best possible care from!

Experiencia fantástica: I had Spinal Fusion surgery in December and was dreading starting Physical Therapy due to a horrible experience pre surgery at a location in Mesquite. However, I now look forward to my 3x a week PT appointments at Motion RX in Sunnyvale. The employees are so friendly, kind and fun! Dr. Richmond & Dr. Sigsbee are so encouraging and will do everything that they can to help improve your health and push you to your best potential! Recovery has been tough for me, but Dr. Richmond & Dr. Sigsbee have been there for me every step of the way and are helping me through the pain with many different techniques and strengthening exercises. They have great technology and equipment. Dry needling has been a huge part of my recovery process. Naya at the front desk is so sweet and always happy and very welcoming! Experiencia fantástica: When I first came to Motion RX I can honestly say I was discouraged because at first glance it looked like surgery was inevitable. My rotator cuff had a severe tear and was hanging on by a fraction of a muscle. Darryl assured me that he could develop a robust plan that could help me to not only avoid surgery but get stronger. I went through twelve weeks of intense physical therapy 3x a week. Though it was challenging initially and throughout, I eventually started to see a manifestation of what he said. Through consistency and sticking to the plan, my situation was completely turned around. I'm back to doing everything I was able to do before I tore my rotator cuff - even better actually. Darryl's attention to detail and level of expertise is unmatched. If you're having an issue (no matter how big or small), come see him and I promise you will not be disappointed. I'm not going anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: I decided to come in for physical therapy after failing to improve on my own a month after a minor, but persistent knee injury. Dr. Richmond quickly diagnosed the problem and developed a plan to resolve it with specific and state of the art treatment. He provided great 1:1, personalized, patient-focused care for my situation. A couple months later I’m back to 100% and in better shape than before. I also know how to maintain my health moving forward thanks to the extra educating he does. Dr. Richmond is all around great and Motion Rx is a top notch clinic. I wouldn’t think about going elsewhere.

His flexibility with in office visits along with telehealth appts while I travel for snowboarding has made a world of a difference so I receive consistent care and guidance. Experiencia fantástica: Without question the best place for rehab and getting diagnosed for injuries. Dr. Darryl and his staff are the best in the DFW. I came in for knee pain from an old ACL tear and PT did not get me to where I should be in order to return to soccer & Crossfit. I also went to a chiropractor and it seemed like he didn't know what he was doing (total waste of time & money). Dr. Darryl took his time diagnosing and gave me very good treatment exercises with hands on techniques. He did a diagnostic ultrasound to my knee in the clinic to see if anything else was wrong; which gave me confidence that I hadn't torn anything else. He provided me a great balance between exercise and hands on therapy along with a home care program. Another thing I like about this place is that it is 1-on-1 care with no other patients in at your time. Compared to other place I went to the therapist always had 3 or 4 people in there and was juggling everyone. I never felt like I got the attention and proper care I was paying for. I am now back to playing soccer competitively with no pain or apprehension. Another great thing I like about this practice is that he's christian and has a strong faith in God. I feel comfortable in the clinic with his staff and I will be back if I have any other injuries. I am now doing wellness care with them and I look forward to the recovery sessions. Thank you Motion Rx, I highly recommend this place. Do not doubt, look no further this is the place!

Experiencia fantástica: I received exceptional care under Dr. Richmond while being treated for a tear in my left shoulder. Dr. Richmond is very knowledgeable, kind, and so personable. He cares about you as a person and doesn’t rush thru your appointments. He listens to your concerns and actively provides a solution. I was experiencing a lot of pain and couldn’t even find a comfortable sleeping position. On my first visit he provided a solution so I could sleep. I am still amazed that I no longer experience pain in my shoulder after completing physical therapy!! Dr. Richmond is now my go to doctor for any injury or joint pain. As long as he is in driving distance or providing treatment remotely, I will be his patient. You can’t beat results!! I trust his opinion and instruction and I’m thankful that I found such a rare doctor.

Experiencia fantástica: I wouldn't even know where to start in expressing just how PHENOMENAL Dr. Richmond is at his craft. I came to him for left sided pain from a childhood injury that was concentrated mostly in the hip, but sometimes settled in my knee, ankle, or even my shoulder because of misalignment. It was so severe that I could barely make it through 12 hours at work, let alone multiple shifts per week. I'd gone to a chiropractor in the past but the pain was always reoccurring. Dr. Richmond got to the root of the problem during my consultation by using ultrasound and a focused assessment. He developed a treatment plan of 2 sessions per week and after 3 months I had ZERO hip pain while at work. I'm now on a maintenance plan and I couldn't be more grateful. Not only is he the best at what he does, he is kind, personable, and makes PT enjoyable. 13/10 would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: As small business owner my family is drastically underinsured with months to see a specialist after an injury all to be told it was not serious and it would just need more time to heal - never given the option for physical therapy. We have taken ownership of our healthcare now and often need to pay out of pocket for services insurance will not cover. Years I have struggled with my left knee actually getting so bad I was no longer able and in great pain just doing everyday activities - walk the dog, garden, stand while cooking, vacuum, stairs, sit at movie or drive long distances. Knee surgery was not an option because I was to young at 50. After 4 weeks of PT I have regained so much strength in my legs/knees and my productivity has skyrocketed. Dr. Richmond did an ultrasound and was able to diagnose my injury and quickly came up with a plan for me. Within a week I was able to walk again without assistance. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had a lower back injury since mid-June that was causing me excruciating pain. I had been dealing with this off an on for years and the chiropractic care I sought didn’t really improve it. I decided to reach out to Dr. Richmond because the pain was becoming pretty unbearable. We’ve worked together for the last 6 weeks to not just restore me but improve me completely. This past week I backpacked across the desert with a fully loaded pack, rock climbed consecutive days with that pack on my back, rode a horse for an hour, did some athletic jumping, and walked through the airport with at least 15 extra pounds loaded on my slender frame. I can honestly say I wouldn’t have been able to do these things without the work I’ve done with Dr. Richmond at MotionRX. Not only has he taught me better mechanics to relieve the pain but I’m actually thriving and able to live a better quality of life with lifelong lessons for better mobility. After consulting with Darryl and having him work on my shoulder my pain went down drastically. I was given a routine to follow while rehabbing and I increased my range of motion almost back to normal. Experiencia fantástica: Broke my clavicle on 04-11-22 found Motion Rx and spoke to Dr Darryl made a appointment right away, Highly recommend this clinic Dr Darry was extremely informative about my injury and extremely helpful. The rehab process is amazing saw result right away and healing process as well. I was extremely weak the first day I came in and my range of motion was limited after six weeks I saw fast improvements and now I’m able to go back to rock climbing and weight lifting.

He was able to diagnose my bulging disc, create a recovery wellness plan for me so I could begin healing. After two or three sessions I felt 90% better and then I continued a couple more sessions until I felt back to 100%. I continued with an after care plan to maintain my health as I sit at a computer for long periods of time very day, and now I really feel better with continued care.
