I originally came to see her after exhausting all my options with other medical doctors who guessed my extreme right lower quadrant pain was caused by anything from appendicitis to cancer. Dr. Stephanie figured out that my pelvis was rotated and pulling various things, causing pain. I went from almost passing out from pain during various activities to doing really well. Since then, I've had other things affect my health in unfortunate ways like damage to my leg from a spinal and several issues that are related to hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos. She is always able to help me improve when I need it. She continues to impress me with her commitment to increasing her skill set. Not only does she help me to physically feel better, whatever the issue, she always puts me at my ease and has an incredibly encouraging attitude. Don't hesitate to pay her a visit! You won't regret it!

She helped me work through my diastasis recti (abdominal separation) after pregnancy and helped me reach my goals in caring for my pelvic floor and c-section scar. She tailors exercises to your ability and challenges you at the same time. I definitely feel confident in myself to continue to improve my diastasis recti with the knowledge I have now. Also she let me bring my baby to my appointments when my husband could not watch him when he was around 2-4 months. It’s easier to get those exercises done without my baby there, but it was nice to know that I didn’t have to miss an appointment when plans changed last minute!

I wasn’t even going to her for my back pain but she discovered my pelvis was twisted. Besides being great with client interactions during sessions, the results you will have will speak for themselves. Her specialization is pelvic floor issues. I know several people who have received excellent care from her for this specific issue. If this is an issue for you, please, do not hesitate to reach out to her. She can help with things you may have long ago given up hope of ever seeing improvement on. But that is not all she helps with. I visited her after an excruciating back injury after a heavy deadlift session. I could literally barely get out of bed that morning. After a single session with Stephanie, I was shocked by the improvement. I went from constant pain and unable to stand up straight to having 90% of my movement back. It was incredible. She did all this just by simple, gentle pressure, no cracking or popping, essentially just appropriate stretching. If you have chronic muscle issues or injury, don’t hesitate to make an appointment. She is the best.

The exercises she prescribed me were fine-tuned to my needs as opposed to generic exercises you could fine online. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone seeking improvements in their pelvic floor function and/or general physical pain or issues.

She listens to understand what's wrong and is gentle when making body corrections. She will give you multiple tools (exercises and movements) to build up the necessary strength to support and maintain your recovery. I spent months in pain with no other treatments helping (massages, chiropractor, medications). After several visits with Dr. Oscilowski, I was in less pain. By the time I was done with treatment, I was in no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Oscilowski.
