Experiencia fantástica: My Doctor recommended Physical Therapy for neck/shoulder problems. Although it took a long time to get in, the staff was friendly and efficient. I am seeing Dr Harvey Aikman and he is top notch. Super knowledgeable and gave me some exercises which are helping quite a bit. I think I'm closer to figuring out my problem than I have been in years. The facility is clean and looks new. I'm very happy with the care I'm receiving there.

Experiencia negativa: The receptionist of the speech therapy need some customer service training it is the worst I have ever experienced, the doctor all the contrary excellent I probably continued going to this place but this kind of attitude of the receptionist made myself clear not to go there. If the patients is asking to understand how the insurance works then you have to explain until is clear because we are the one paying it at the end you are not doing us a favor its your job!
