Experiencia fantástica: Springboard Center is absolutely the best. All the staff are wonderful people. Starting off with the front desk office with Pillar and Tyner. Tyner helped me get in immediately and he leads by example by showing how much he cares through his actions. The recovery advocates like Ericka and Marcus made life easier while being in treatment as well. Roberta was also a big help in my process. The IOP program was a great experience because of all the counselors, but especially with the help of Simon and Bailey. Kierstin helped a bunch as well. The kitchen staff were always generous and friendly. I can’t speak highly enough of all the nurses. They really do care and help as much as they can like Mrs. Frost did for me. SBC have people who do care and want the best for your well being. I highly recommend if needing treatment based on my experience.

Experiencia positiva: Charity, Roberta, D.J., and all the staff truly care and want to help. Be warned. This is 90% AA. It's very god heavy. That being said, not one staff member tried to make me change my beliefs. (Atheist) They simply tried to figure out how AA could work for me. So, if you can stand to listen to delusional people talking about God all day for 30 days, it might be for you. I will say that I'm grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: Spring Board center out of midland Texas: Springboard is a place of love and compassion. Upon arrival they met me with open arms and a cute dog named Wilson , who helped me emotionally every step of the way. They equipped me with so much knowledge and tools that I needed to fight this battle I continue to fight on a daily basis. I have successfully hit my 6 year mark of sobriety and it’s because of spring board and such an amazing team who strives to help people who suffer from our common problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! So much fun and activities to ease a lot of the guilt we carry UNTIL WERE FINALLY FREE!!!

They equipped me with the tools and skills to overcome my addiction to dat herron. I have been clean and sober over 6 years now! Whats great about Springboard is their aftercare. After the initial treatment I attended their outpatient program and lived at their Sober Living facility. This is a place where the staff actually care and want to see people get better! I highly recommend Springboard for anyone struggling with alcoholism or drug addiction.

Experiencia fantástica: My life was a complete wreck before coming to Springboard, drugs and alcohol had me chained down, I went through Springboards IOP program and was met with only love and kindness from intake with Tyner! Bailey and Simon are both amazing counselors! They showed me to the tools and how to utilize them, all I needed to do was be willing! I was then and I still am today! I still reside in Sober Living were I see Nicholas on a daily basis, also a big inspiration on my recovery! Sober Living has been a huge building block in my recovery and teaching me. Experiencia fantástica: The whole experience at the SpringBoard center has been positive.From the intake interview where they understood exactly what I was going through mentally, emotionally and physically. To providing transportation to the facility to start my recovery treatment. Counseling, therapist as well as individual sessions were what made all the difference in my recovery. I always felt that my needs were met at all aspects of recovery. Kitchen staff, janitorial kept the facility in to much condition. Everyone who has asked my how I am doing in my journey of recovery, I tell them, " it wouldn't have been possible without The SpringBoard Center ." Once I had a clear mind, I also made the decision to live in their sober living community. With the help from Springboard and the 12 step community, I have been sober for six months. Experiencia negativa: I was judged from day 1 by Rob an upper member of recovery, counselor Char shared my info around so I carried an unwarranted title. I went to seek treatment only for staff to carry prejudices against me upon appearance. Also I wanted to go to sober living, paid 700 dollars, day 1 I asked for it back as I never spent a night, they kept my 700. SMH! Never again.

My higher power led me to this place and I can’t extol the gratitude I have! All of the staff are very professional, patient and kind. They made me feel comfortable, loved and I felt that I mattered. Experiencia fantástica: The program is great, they have at least 2 outside meetings a week. Movies every other weekend. The cafeteria food is excellent and the staff is very helpful in recovery. Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking help with addiction and alchoholism

Experiencia fantástica: At a time when I thought i was a hopeless cause, Springboard showed me it’s never too late to turn your life around. The councilors and recovery advocates gave me hope and helped me start believing in myself. I spent 30 days inpatient, then I moved into their sober living house and completed their IOP. The tools I learned there have given me an opportunity to have a life I never could have imagined at almost 3 years sober!

Experiencia negativa: I have been to this place several times. I always completed the program. I have always paid for my services. The new clinical director 'Cacy' has denied me of returning. I consider her a person who does not need to be there. Very poor.

I have been to rehab before but nothing compares to the feeling of home and family that Springboard offers. Not only that the program that they offer is definitely the best. Experiencia fantástica: I went to springboard last year do to my work said I had to go or loose my job. I’m so glad I did. The 30 days I spent there saved my life. Wonder stuff and great living conditions.

Experiencia negativa: Most people working here haven’t had at least a year of sobriety, and on top of that they fail to look into mental health issues… basically not worth much here. The staff will lie to save there butts . Only a few people actually help.

Experiencia negativa: I went to this place twice and had a five star rating after my first visit . After my second I’d give it about 3. And now I’m at a one. I had the following issues with two staff. First is Greg the counselor, I just learned when I was hospitalized in rivercrest and my mom was calling Greg to get help on how to get me in their outpatient (I’m not insured) he said: how is Doraelia ? Is she dead yet ? Then proceeded to say if I really wanted help I needed to be the one to get it , not her . My hospital wouldn’t let me have any phones . I’d heard him be rude and curt to my mother prior to this. And this falls in line. We are reporting it to the director. I believe my Mom 100% and bc she has no reason to lie about such a hurtful thing. Secondly is about cici who is no longer there but it’s in the same negative/harmful words situation. “You’re a liar because you’re an addict. Addicts will lie about anything to keep in their addiction. You’re not serious about rehab. Etc.” (I was and am still sober at this time) The place is beautiful , a lot of the staff do truly care about you (Marcus, Rueben, Gloria, Dianamae) Definitely some bad eggs and it’s a toss up. They can turn on you quick if you’re deemed a problem (didn’t happen to me while there but saw it), but they ONLY let you bring in the AA book or the Bible . NO other reading /self help/ recovery material which I found hugely Harmful To my recovery, plus of course the emotional pain of the words said about me that were unprofessional at best. Update: my mother called in to report the issue they told her they were already aware, didn’t say what was happening bc of it or ask her about the event or apologize to her for it . We will be pursuing further action

Experiencia negativa: They are not medically equipped to handle detoxing . After my husband spent 10 days in hospital detoxing (springboard sent him the 3rd day ) springboard refused to let him come back to finish the rehab . Claims didnt think he was physically strong enough ?! Even dr in his report stated unethical . A man voluntarily goes to rehab then told no ..very disappointing

Experiencia negativa: The format will only let me review as a low as a 1 star. Let me preface my answer with, you need to be entirely screwed up to start treatment at this place. If you voluntarily come here and want a quick detox vs a long drawn out outpatient treatment then this is not the place. You will feel like a criminal, you will be living with male/female counterparts, you will feel like you are a detriment to society, you will feel like the scum of the earth, you will be strip searched, even though you came on your own fruition. Not only did my wife decide to get off of pills on her own, she sought treatment for the same. We have been seeing a doctor that wanted to start Soboxone and after 1 year taper down, we wanted a quick detox and 30 day treatment to feeling like she has broken the law for even being there. I think religion is great when searching for a higher power, but please do not force that religion on a person looking for a quick detox. I’m sure this has worked for a lot of people, but to be made to feel like a criminal when you aren’t one is criminal in itself.
