I’ve tried many different treatment plans throughout my life to manage extensive health issues. This is the first time I’ve had such a comprehensive look at multiple aspects of my health at one time. From genetics to hormones to food sensitivities to the makeup of my microbiome, the plan Pamela designed for me takes into account what is best for ME. Pamela took all of my unique lab test results into consideration when helping me create an eating plan, supplement protocol and lifestyle schedule to best serve my health needs. She also taught me by giving detailed explanations of each recommendation and letting me ask a thousand questions during our sessions! Within a couple weeks of implementing the plans, symptoms I have experienced for years began clearing up or disappeared. I’ve seen positive changes in my energy levels, overall immune function, skin & GI health, monthly cycles/PMS, to name a few...and no more allergy-like symptoms from eating foods (even “healthy” foods) that I have sensitivities to!
