Experiencia negativa: Do not put your loved ones anywhere near this place. They do not wash their patients on time and will skip their showers/actively ignore them. Don’t even bother trying to talk to them or bringing up concerns because they will send you through loopholes or ignore your calls. Trying to find someone who actively cares is near impossible. I’m sure there are good employees but it seems like the bad outweigh the good. Every person should have a right to a shower and sad to say they do not believe this here. This was just one out of many problems we are experiencing. Stay far away.

Experiencia negativa: I put my mom here and it had a better rating than it does now, it was during covid. think it needs new people who like their jobs. The food wasn't enough to feed a child much less a adult. I had to bring her food almost daily. Some of the staff was just rude, and some were nice. I'm looking to put my mom in a long term nursing home, but it won't be this one.

Experiencia negativa: Friend stayed there for 12 days, ended up in the hospital twice, once with and UTI. Facility is understaffed, Nurses are overworked. Did not receive promised PT, did not make any progress.Would not recommend this place

Experiencia fantástica: I RECENTLY HAD A FAMILY MEMBER TO STAY IN THIS FACILITY FOR REHAB. I MUST COMMEND THE STAFF ON AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE NURSING STAFF AND THERAPISTS WERE EXCEPTIONAL. THE STAFF WAS VERY COMPASSIONATE AND CARING. SHE RECEIVED THE BEST THERAPY. AFTER HAVING EXTENSIVE SURGERY AND BEING IN THE HOSPITAL FOR TWO WEEKS IT WAS QUESTIONABLE ABOUT A FULL RECOVERY; BUT AFTER WORKING WITH THE DEDICATED THERAPY TEAM SHE IS NOW AT HOME AND 85% RECOVERED. SHE COULD NOT HAVE RECEIVED BETTER CARE/THERAPY AT ANY OTHER PLACE. THE FACILITY IS BEAUTIFUL AND WELL MAINTAINED.

Experiencia fantástica: Their staffing is awesome! And always nice. Every week they have a variety of activities weekly for their residents. These activities engages them educationally and physically. I participate as a volunteer every time I come into town, and plan on doing my internship here as a PT once I’m done with school.

Experiencia negativa: My grandmother was in Mobile nursing and rehab.I had never seen such uncaring staff. The administration Sidney is great. Business office is uncaring and rude. Aides are few and far between. to say the least. Admissions was nice when being admitted. Physical theraphy. Top knotch.Jack and Tim are amazing. Would not recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: Over rated, not sure where to begin. My dad had to be admitted there for a broken hip after surgery. My mother stayed with him through out the 21 days rehab. We walked in one Saturday afternoon around 11:00 he was uncovered and looked very displeased. Not sure how long he was uncovered. The CNA walked in claiming she was about to give him a bath. A few days later or maybe weeks, he developed COVID in the facility, but when he went to therapy they did not put a mask on him. He ended up back in the hospital, but they want the visitors to wear a mask. Some staff members were rude, act as though they didn’t want to be bothered. If it wasn’t for my mom being there every day, I would hate to think of the outcome. Some staff are there to get a paycheck and don’t care about the patients. Every thing about that place needs to be reevaluated, from the head person in charge to the staffing.

Experiencia negativa: Worst facility ever. My MIL was neglected by the staff. Her nurse either lied to me or her supervisor about giving her her medicine for pain. As he told me she had given her the meds and told her supervisor my MIL refused her pain meds. She had kidney surgery and was on extreme pain so you know who I believe when ahe called to tell me the nurse would give them to her. After 2 days finding her and her bed completely drench in urine and in pain we took her to the Er to find she had a severe UTI. They ignored her when she push the nurse button for help.

Experiencia fantástica: Mobile Nursing and Rehabilitation is a top tier facility! I am a health care vendor and work close with the staff on a weekly basis. This facility is clean, staffed, and managed extremely well. They have a wonderful activity program that engages the residents and families. The staff is kind and always helpful to anyone who comes through their doors.

Experiencia fantástica: Mobile Rehab Center is the best place ever! My late grandmother was a resident there and it was awesome visiting her! The food is amazing, I just had to go for seconds. My grandmother made a joke and said “you’re gonna be as big as a house”. I miss her something serious! Thank you to this center for the wonderful memories I am able to hold onto of my loving grandmother!

In my review last year, I noted many good things about this facility; and I still compliment the quality of care my Mom receives (present tense). Over the past year, however, staffing changes primarily, losing some of the most professional and dedicated nurses ever and high CNA turnover had a definite impact. After a revolving door of new hires, I am extremely grateful to the nurses/CNAs that remain and who care from their heart about what they do and why they do it. Also, I can report that our newly formed FAMILY COUNCIL is a proud asset to the facility. NOW, the real reason for this update!! The dietary staff..OMG.. big shout-out to Delmarsha and her TEAM!! I have seen these people GRIND like machines.. one meal after the other and do it well! When planning menus, Delmarsha and her assistant Kim actually consider foods the residents like and dislike. The dining room is clean, spacious and inviting. Rachel, Edmund, and to EACH OF YOU who help with preparing tasty and nutritious meals and snacks for our loved ones THANK YOU and BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL !! Marsha & Tara..thanks much, you ladies ROCK too!

Experiencia fantástica: Mobile Nursing and Rehab Center is the hidden gem of Mobile. They do an exceptional job of caring for the residents! While my loved one was there, they had chicken and waffles, omelettes, infused water, and a live saxophonist! I appreciate everything that is done for the residents!

Marion and the Kitchen staff are always going out of their way to address changing food requirements and always with a smile and if you need anything else let us know. Thank you. that means so much!

This establishment ensured patient safety on all levels. Their communication skills with the me in addition with my precious 89 year old grandmother was exceptional. From the interaction with the staff at the front desk, to administration, the entire rehabilitation team, dietary, nurse aids, and nurses, made what was a stressful moment in our lives 10x's better. Experiencia fantástica: Ive been a patient here since june 24 2022 ive been pretty happy here considering i came here for rehab i had a private room on the north wing long term care they put me there to protect me against covid since i hadnt had my booster shot i was there for about a month i had a great group of nurses and cnas all fun to be with and the care was great!! enjoyed the residents on that wing also they moved me to the south wing the rehab section ive been on this wing a little less than a week the room is nice and so far the nurses and cnas are great they have a really nice nursing supervisor here also they do routine covid tests every week the food here is not bad the kitchen staff work hard to provide good meals except one night the meal was really skimpy the residents complained and mangement bought everyone puzza from dominoes provded soft drinks and snacks the therapy staff is great they work you hard to get you ready to go home and they come and work with you in ur room to keep you from missing they have an outside lab that comes in once a week to check labs they have a nurse practioner who chuecks on you i wish to thank the following staff for they great care and for just being fun to be with jon great guy fun to be with OT riley PT sidney PT chrisPT JakeefPT shayePT novina PTAssist robin excellent cna DD excellent cna Neicey cna evelyn lpn joy lpn wanda wound care nurse ms lucille cna barbara housekeeping and margaret mhousekeeping all the staff ive encountered on the south wing ive had encounters with have been very friendly the staff are Very hardworking and should be commended for the great job they do!! Experiencia fantástica: I have been employed with this company since April 2022 and by far the best work environment I’ve ever experienced. Everyone that works here is so nice, friendly and kind, all employees are treated the equally. Residents are well taken care of and are even able to have fun with therapy and have arts and crafts with our activities department.

Experiencia fantástica: So many good things to say about this facility! My Mom has received great care and several of the staff I've gotten to know are some of the most dedicated you can ask for! The facility is well kept, very clean; and nicely furnished and decorated. I love how they interact with Mom and keep her engaged. A special shout out to the two incredible activity directors, CNAs, nurse team, P/T, dietitian/cafeteria, laundry/housekeeping and front office for all you do! THANK YOU!!! Of course, leadership is key, and after Lindsey the former administrator relocated, I had some concerns; but after meeting and talking with the new interim administrator, I feel very confident that she's a top notch leader!!

Experiencia fantástica: I've worked at this facility for 2.5 years and have loved it the entire time. The staff is very friendly, ED is very accommodating, therapies are excellent. The only reason for my resignation is because my husband is now travelling for work and I need to be closer to home. Otherwise, I would work here until retirement. The nursing staff is wonderful and accomodating. The ED has been updating the building and it looks very nice. Zero odors, ever. The food is good and hot when delivered on halls as staff completes test trays often to ensure palatability. The Food and Nutrition Manager is always implementing new programs to make the residents feel at home -- ice cream socials, homemade bread to make the dining room smell good, omelet and waffle stations. Overall this is a great facility and I would absolutely place my family member here if needed.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best facilities in town. Their nursing staff really does a great job and the administrators are always available to address any concerns. I like how they have access to one of the best hospitals in town with the close proximity to Providence Hospital.
