She was delightfully different than any other PT i had been to...and vey professional. I can now do the exercises she taught me to relieve my discomfort.

Experiencia fantástica: I finished my last PT session with Dr . Young last week and I am already missing therapy. First, Dr. Young is the 4th PT that I have been to since 2013. However, she is the only one who has really helped me by elevating the Sciatic pain that I have experienced over the years. My doctor referred me to Dr. Young and I am so thankful that she did. When i went to Dr. Young i was having difficulty sleeping due to the pinch nerve in my buttocks. Dr. Young put me through a series of exercises that, progressively were more difficult, but were very effective. Dr. Young is a PT that demonstrates the exercises and proper form. She gets shown on the mat, shows you how to do the exercises and does them with you. None of my other 3 PTs did that, they told me what to do but never demonstrated how to do them. I enjoyed my visits to the office, which is very spacious and comfortable with a friendly atmosphere. Dr Gail, PT, and Rebekkah, Manager,were great to be around and very helpful. If you are looking for very competant, friendly and effective PT, Dr. Young is the person you want. Also, please Google her as she is well published and respected in her field. I highly recommend the Spine and Rehab Solution Center for any problems that you may experience with back pain.

She has helped me with neck & back issues for the past two years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Not only is she Wonderful, But Dr. Gail, Dawn & Rebekah are great as well . Wish I could give more stars.
