Experiencia negativa: My mom is in there I found water on the floor ! They twist her knee to make it to start bleeding!!! The staff is rude !!!! She had knee replacement on May 10. I am very disappointed with the staff. I was there on May 15th... The nurse told me thank for let her know.

Experiencia fantástica: Needed physical therapy from a rotator cuff and shoulder surgery (Oct 2019). I was able to get appointments scheduled for three times a week. The staff were very professional and provided explanation on each exercise. I had developed a frozen shoulder which the staff immediately noticed and started using techniques to get "rid" of this set back. Physical therapy is not easy especially having shoulder surgery where you feel your arm can not move but an inch or two from your side. It can be quite uncomfortable and challenging to push through; however the staff was very encouraging and would monitor to ensure I would not over do it. Before my surgery, I was very active working out (HIIT classes) six days a week. Several therapists (Lisa, Aaron & Brandon) knew I wanted to get back to working out. They were so encouraging and had new exercises each week taking my range of motion and flexibility to the next level. My last week, they had set up areas mimicking HIIT exercises. I could not have done this without them and I am grateful for a wonderful staff who's dedication and professionalism in reaching my goals.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough great things about this place. The staff is so hospitable and friendly, they're very patient and make sure you meet all your rehabilitation goals. 10/10.
