Experiencia negativa: I had to go here for my work injury incident. Every time I needed to speak with the receptionists, they were ALWAYS rude and gave alot of attitude. They never gave me any sort of documentation for work even though they said they would. They would charge me for every visit even though they were not supposed too and they refuse to give me my money back. The manager called me and was super unprofessional and called me names. Currently have an ongoing lawsuit. I will never be coming back here and I recommend that no one else does.

Experiencia negativa: The staff at Cali Rehab is great, especially the young ladies in the front. So nice. What I did not like about this place is that one of the occupantional therapists uses some kind of “muscle testing”. I come here for real therapy to get better and he uses this “technique” that is not backed up by any science. Am I supposed to just believe he knows what’s wrong based off asking out loud and pushing my arm down? Completely absurd. It takes away my trust and the validity of this company. I would recommend you go somewhere else if you want real therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I received excellent care and the staff were soooo friendly and accommodating. The therapists were very careful and explained all of the treatment techniques and their goals. Front desk receptionists were also very helpful with scheduling and billing. Don't hesitate to seek treatment at this facility.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough about the personal attention and expertice care I received at your Brokaw facility in San Jose. I had knee surgery which entailed extensive therapy They explained fully the reason for each exercise and how it affects your body as a whole. Making you realize the importance of the home exercise in your recovery.The office personnel worked well together. The front desk person was always there to greet you with a smile She went out of her way to help you negotiate problems that arose. Physical therapist are a professional career to be respected.

Experiencia fantástica: The physical therapists are all very kind and knowledgeable. I feel like I'm in safe hands when I'm there. They've listened to you and respond accordingly.

Experiencia negativa: Drove 45 minutes to get to my first appointment on 5/23/23. Still managed to arrive 45 minutes early. Completed the paperwork in less than 15 minutes. Sat in the waiting room and watched about 20 other patients who came after me go in for their appointments—there was even a woman who said she thought her appointment was today but it was actually tomorrow, but they took her in too. At about 2:15 p.m.—15 minutes after my appointment had already passed—Ana the receptionist told me my physical therapist *JUST arrived* and will be *RIGHT with me.* She also apologized but provided no further explanation. Almost 10 min. later, still nothing. By then, the entire waiting room was empty, with me sitting there alone. After burning up almost TWO HOURS of my day getting to and waiting for this appointment, I got up and left in silence without being treated. I won’t be returning. People who don’t value your time don’t value you. “When someone shows you who they are, believe them.” —Maya Angelou Regarding your reply, first, replying to a patient’s Google review on a public forum (as I see your facility has done before) constitutes a violation of HIPAA. Second, it’s impossible you missed me at 2:10. I was in the waiting room from 1:15–2:22. NEVER. BUDGED. I weigh almost 300 pounds and was sitting in the chair nearest the door to the treatment area. I didn’t see you, and you didn’t miss me, and that’s because you weren’t there. Besides, if what you say is true, then why would Ana tell me five minutes AFTER you supposedly missed me that you had *JUST arrived?* You missed me five minutes before you had even arrived on premises? By being dishonest, you just failed whatever second chance you were hoping I’d give you.

Experiencia fantástica: Injured myself weight lifting and received treatment including Cryotherapy and it helped tremendously. Jeff and his staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: I had PT rehab here for multiple rotator tears in my right shoulder. Prior to therapy, I had terrible pain and limited movement. After 6 weeks of therapy, no pain and I had full use of my arm. The people here are amazing. I went during the first COVID wave and they worked to minimize my exposure. Love this place. They'll show you how, but you still have to do the work at home. It's worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: This passed 12 sessions is my second time at California Rehab. I can only attribute my recovery on both accounts to the diligent, very intelligent physical therapists who make sure that a person fully recovers. I truly can't put into words how much I thrive at California Rehab. After my last surgery, when I was told I needed rehab I said, "Can I go to California Rehab?" The therapists assure you that you can get better. Even though there's pain involved, it's only to make you heal.

Experiencia fantástica: My Doctor recommended California Rehabilitation and when I called and spoke to Barbara at the Ripon Office, she was incredibly helpful. She absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. In addition, when I saw Abhinav at the Modesto Office, he greeted me and explained everything thoroughly. Abhinav was kind and incredibly understanding. I would like to point out the knowledge and compassion that they have. I highly recommend them and as a matter of fact, I recommended them to my friend for treatment for her Father. Thank you so much!

Experiencia negativa: Waited an hour and still was not taken back. The person in front of my left after waiting 45min. Will not be going back!

Experiencia fantástica: The therapist are the best and the environment was fun. I worked harder then I ever did anywhere else. I Am all done and I feel better able to join the gym and keep going. All thanks California Rehabilitation.
