Experiencia positiva: My grandmother fell and broke her hip and came here after her surgery. She was there for 2 weeks. I must say this is by far the cleanest nursing+rehabilitation place I have been to. All the nurses and employees are very nice, attentive and hard working as they could be. They treated my grandmother with dignity and respect the whole time she was there. And they have a lot of activities and events each day to keep the residents busy. I'm giving 4 stars only because of the food quality. The food was awful. And I mean AWFUL. But other than that it was a great place.

Experiencia positiva: There’s attentive nurses and staff. Caring about pain control. The food is more protein. Marrisa is a very attentive nurse. Alisha is a very good nurse, and responds to our needs in a quick matter. Diana and Xyanne there are nurses who are very fast at taking care of things. Verenice is excellent. Overall facility is excellent and very clean. The staff is wonderful. They work very hard .

Experiencia fantástica: As an outside observer, I’ve had the opportunity to interact with the staff at Vintage Faire Nursing & Rehab on several occasions, and I am consistently impressed by the level of care and professionalism they provide. It’s evident that the staff is dedicated to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for their residents. The facility is always clean and well-organized, which speaks volumes about the attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and comfortable space. I’ve noticed how the staff members interact with residents—they are not only attentive but also genuinely kind and compassionate. They take the time to engage with each resident, ensuring their needs are met and that they feel heard and valued. What stands out to me is the variety of activities they provide to not only their residents but the community involvement as well. They recently hosted their second annual car show that the residents love to attend. From an outside perspective, it’s clear that Vintage Faire Nursing & Rehab goes above and beyond in providing excellent care. They foster a sense of community and respect that is truly admirable. I would highly recommend Vintage Faire Nursing & Rehab to anyone looking for a facility that treats its residents with dignity, compassion, and outstanding care.

Experiencia fantástica: I have worked with Kate and her team for a year now and they are always available and ready to help. I also appreciate the warm smile from the front desk. Vintage Fair Rehab is always clean and smell free. Kate and her team do an amazing job with events and assisting their residents. I will always refer to Vintage Fair for rehab as their team is amazing.

Experiencia positiva: People are always in and out constantly. Denise,Evelyn,Amber,Berenice,Kevin are very good CNAs who are caring and really good people.

Experiencia positiva: Would have given a 5, but I have a food allergy and twice they made the mistake of giving me that food. However, one of the higher staff took care of that immediately. The staff was wonderful, especially CNA Roberto as well as Renee & Donna in therapy. I can't remember her name, but the wound nurse was wonderful also. I highly recommend Vintage Faire Nursing and Rehab.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been treated fairly, PT are very nice and comforting, the nurses are doing their best to answer the button when it's pushed, and comply with your wishes. They keep you clean and dry and are very respectful of your privacy. It's not somewhere anybody wants to be but being here is tolerable.

Experiencia positiva: I really meant to give a 3.5 star rating but there’s not that option so I rounded it off and posted a 4. My mother has been here for nearly a year… I must say she has received sufficient care here and it’s definitely better than Hylond, which is the last place she was at…Vintage Faire is definitely a safer place for her to be than being at home, which is what she really wants but is completely unrealistic due to being bedridden. During the last several months, there have been times when help seemed minimal but overall has been sufficient. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. I have noticed many improvements here in the last month plus and a change in the overall feel and I must say it’s positive and refreshing and all for the better. Most of the staff has been very pleasant and helpful! I will list several stars who are standouts: Jasper! Sood! Nette! Austin! Denessa! Donna! Kevin! Satvir! Stephanie! Roberto! Demara! and probably more…This is actually a very impressive list and I hope I’m not leaving anyone out!

Experiencia fantástica: So thankful for the staff here when helping with our respite (short stay needs). We are so happy with the quick response and kind staff who help every time we have called. Covid protocols, staff communication and MD responses have been so supportive. Call and take a tour if you need Rehab, Long term care or a Respite stay. We cant thank this team enough.

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who has been familiar with nursing homes in the past, this place does wonderful. People here do care and they do wants what’s best for the patient. They work hard and it’s not a job that has a lot of thank you’s. But from my family to all the stay a big thank you for all you do and will continue to do!

Experiencia fantástica: The Aids were wonderful and very helpful. Always happy to help. The Nurses were so caring. Physical therapy was wonderful. I was bedridden and they helped me get out of bed and chair by myself. The food was great, served a lot of protein to help heal my wounds. The driver is very sweet.

Their team strives for compassionate care while working closely with their patients to get them home as quickly as possible. They maintain safety protocols to ensure their patients, visitors and staff are in a safe and secured environment.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very positive experience at this rehab clinic. My uncle was here getting rehab. Everybody was very nice and they answered all my questions regarding my uncle. Some of the great nurses he had were Roberto, Jeremy, and Sherlyn. Great nurses and staff. You deserve 5 stars.

Even when they are short staffed they will do their best to make sure your needs are taken care of. I’m so glad I chose this facility for my rehabilitation. Shout out to Carly the best cna on the planet.

Experiencia positiva: My husband was just released from there today after spending 3 weeks in this facility. At first it was a rocky start to getting on a scheduled routine with all the different nurses coming in for their shift with his medications. It was tough but all in all it ended pretty well. There are some outstanding nurses there who really care and did a great job. To name a few was Annabelle, Holly, Sarah, and the two male nurses whom I forgot their names unfortunately they were amazing nurses!!!! As well as the lady in social services I believe her name was Alejandra and Chris they went above and beyond for my husband. We loved all of them and pretty much all of unit 4 nurses except Dorothy I’m sorry to say. But she shouldn’t be in charge it definitely went to her head and she thought she was a doctor! But thank you guys for such great care for my husband!

Experiencia positiva: I was there for a month and I could not wait to get our of that place and go home. The three stars that I gave it was for the physical therapy. The physical therapy was wonderful. All the therapy workers were a 10. There was about 2 LVN'S that really had compassion for their patients, the other ones were worthless. If I had not had my daughter as an advocate I really don't know what I would have done. I have so many negative comments I don't think they all would fit on The space I have. If you cannot use the bathroom on your own I feel sorry for you. You may as well put a diaper on because you will end up wetting the bed before they get to you unless you do what one of my roommates did which is to yell as loud as she could that she had to go to the bathroom. Oh that picture they show, that's a room they use for only certain people who are getting ready to hold home. I was in a room with two other people and half the time it was so hot it didn't even feel like the air was on. The food was disgusting. There was two meals that I got that was very good, that's two meals out of the 30 days that I was there. My family would bring me food in so I would have something good to eat.
