Experiencia fantástica: Amazing I was at your facilities for rehabilitation after knee surgery and received the very best care. Nursing and aids were always helping anytime I needed them. Physical therapy help was a 10 out of 10. Over all I would rate you as a 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to pick you. All help cared deeply for the patients.

Experiencia fantástica: My mom was here after her knee surgery her stay was very pleasant. The staff was very pleasant always there when she needed them. I really want to say thanks to the physical therapist they really did a amazing job THANK YOU HY-LOND

Experiencia negativa: My grandmother is in this place and if I had the choice SHE WOULD NOT BE HERE, from having smoking areas for patients who's families do not want them to smoke , to not caring about roommates door dashing alcohol to one n other. This is more for the non elderly and people who can make decisions on there own. Not families who are forced to have a loved one in a home, and need them to be properly taken care or and cared for including caring for that persons health.

Experiencia negativa: Awful..not enough graveyard staff...cold breakfast...alot of finger pointing. Moody employees poor attitudes. Called 4x and nobody answered phone. I get better treatment at Wal-Mart...BTW not enough hot water for bath. Definitely Bates Motel.

Experiencia negativa: My father felt that the nurses distegarded his disability to walk on his own especially when he needs assistance to use the restroom. He said he would have to wait for hours for a nurse to come in and by that time he already relieved himself in bed. I would call and and call and get no answer not sure why? The office workers are more helpful and manage to get things done for there patients rather than the nurses. Maybe they need more CNAs and a receptionist for the day shift.

Experiencia negativa: Not very impressed with how they are taking care of my sister. They do not answer the phone half the time and this is ridiculous. My sister has complained so many times. She would have her call light on for over an hour and they won’t respond. This place needs to get shut down. Reading other reviews from different families and I’m honestly surprised that a “patient” will get treated with such behavior. If you are gonna be going to one of these homes or one of your family members are make sure you read reviews first! Smh I can’t believe this

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible there's only a few workers that actually care for their patients.... my mom was there and if it wasn't for her to know what was going on and be able to talk plus having all her family having her back then things would have been worse.... they need to shut this place down already.... DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE......

Experiencia negativa: My mother was put there after being a week in the hospital and not even a week later she is back in the hospital she was tied up and forced to take meds that were not helping she was always asleep because of all the meds they had her on she was left with her diaper on for over a few days and when we try to give her her meds she cry and begs us to stop and she does not want to take them plz choose wisely where to put your loved ones ...we will not be putting her back in this place

Experiencia fantástica: I had my aunt in this facility . They were so kind and understanding. They were so responsive to my questions. The staff shows real care and compassion for what they do , from when she came in , to when she left . Thank you Golden Modesto Staff for taking such great care of my aunt.

Experiencia negativa: My brother received the worst care at this facility. The lack of compassion and follow-up after his death is unacceptable.

Experiencia negativa: If you care about your love ones please do not let them come here! My grandfather was here about 4 years ago and they killed him. The staff does not care about their patients and they are lazy when I had told them my grandfather had a stroke the cna or aide told me he did not when you could in fact see that he did. Then a week later they called my family and said that he in fact did have a stroke. I would give them 0 stars if I could because I would never let another one of my family members come to this facility. They honestly should be shut down.

Experiencia negativa: If you guys care about your family members do not bring them here!! They don’t give them the medicine they are prescribed. It is horrible experience.

The way you stepped up and took control was very compassionate, sincere and should be bookmarked for this industry!! This Great Man fought for our Country in Korea and returned home to protect our state as a 30 year police officer…. Thanks again for your superb service!!

Experiencia positiva: It was very difficult It was during the sheltering because of the corono virius so My mother was scared and confused but the nurses did all they could with her to try and make it easier on her I'm so greatful

Experiencia fantástica: My aunt has been in Hy-Lond for a week... everyone's been wonderful and caring. The therapist's...PT, OT, and Speach... have been very good and really work with her. It's very rare to have to wait more than a few minutes when using the call button! Very attentive! All of the staff, especially CNAs Geli and MaryAnne, have been very thoughtful, caring and kind Also one of the first things I noticed when I walked in was that this facility does not SMELL like a nursing home!

Experiencia fantástica: I arrived here yesterday (8/6/19) and this morning the staff and nurses were absolutely wonderful. Very efficient in patient care and they were extremely helpful with my preferences regarding meals. Everyone is so nice and helpful here. I am so glad I chose this facility for my short term rehabilitation. My Mom worked here 20 yrs ago and a few of her co workers who worked with her back then, came in & talked n visited with me & we reminisced about good times they shared while working with her ! Evelyn, Alisha, Sharee, thank you so much for sharing those memories. You are such blessing here at this facility ! And I highly recommend anyone who needs short or long term care, to definitely come here. ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: Staff very respectful, friendly and courteous. My dad was well taken care of, and was actually moved to a room close to reception in order to keep a closer eye on him and his needs! Was happy with his care.
