Experiencia negativa: Dr. Appointment was on Nov 1st for FMLA paperwork as I have bad back pain had and MRI and an apt with spine and brain specialist dec 1st. It's been 18 days and no response on when I can pick up my FMLA paperwork so I will be able to go to my Dr appointment without having issues with my work. 6 yrs trying to apply for a higher position but will not be allowed if I miss a half day for Dr appointment or back pain. Dr says if I'm in pain just don't go to work. Lol. Yeah is she going to put food on my family's table.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic experience today at Urgent Care. The office was easy to navigate, efficient, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and our provider, Megan Tyler, was amazing. She listened to us, spent time explaining everything, and took excellent care of my sick husband with humor and skill. I will not hesitate to return here.

Experiencia negativa: The front desk ladies are very rude in the pediatrician room.The Two ladies take forever to attend and then blame me for coming late.They Always reschedule or try to send me somewhere else for my babys appointments.

Experiencia negativa: I waited an hour to be seen and the dr was only in there for less than four minutes, didn’t have many questions or showed concern and then left. I guess he spent all his time doing other things and didn’t want to give me any time even though I was there sitting in paper clothes for an hour. This is why I’m dropping Golden Valley. I am tired of waiting an hour for not much to be done when the dr arrives. The staff deserves 5 stars though!!

Experiencia negativa: They stop taking patients much earlier than they close. Not good practice- change your hours or take patients up until the time you close.

The one thing I think is that medications need to be reviewed and called in in a more timely manner. Other than that the Physicians nurses and staff are wonderful. He took his time, really listened and did all he could. His medical assistant did the same. Hopefully we can figure out what's been going on with me now. Thank you guys!

Experiencia fantástica: I had some issues with a nurse practitioner named Alvin and was able to speak with the supervisor Maybett. She was AMAZING!!!!! She really listened to me and went above and beyond to rectify the bad experience I had. I’m very grateful she set me up with a great doctor like Dr. Lee and his awesome nurse.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my daughter to the Prompt Care tonight, and I have always hated this place. Dreaded going. But the Nurse Practitioner who saw us was amazing. Megan was her name, her last name started with a T, if I'm not mistaken. She was hands down the most personable practitioner I've ever encountered. She spoke to my daughter when asking about symptoms, and spoke to her in a way that got my daughter to engage with her. She made her laugh and was silly and comforting all while getting the information across that she needed to. I'm only rating this 5 stars because of Megan, and I hope to have her taking care of my kids again.

She was very caring and attentive and really listened to my son. She really put him at ease, which is not an easy thing to do. I'm so happy we found her☺

Experiencia fantástica: Joanne Helfer does an amazing job! I got a shot & she has an amazing technique with giving PAINLESS shots! I didn’t even feel the needle go in. I had to ask if she was done because I thought she hadn’t given the shot! She deserves 100 stars!

Experiencia fantástica: Called for an appointment and they were able to get me in the same week. Dr. Lee is awesome. He takes the times to sit down and actually talk to you. I have never had any problems with getting my prescriptions renewed. Anna Diaz is one of their counselors and she honestly cares about your situation. The girls up front are very friendly and the back office staff make you feel very comfortable.

The front end receptionists are extremely hard working, friendly, and do all they can for everyone, even through the numerous patients that come through there! Their nurses are kind and efficient. I love my dr. I highly recommend this place!

She asked good questions and made sure that our visit covered as many updates as possible without having to make numerous trips. Dr. Hollander also displayed wonderful character and regard for my sisters care. We will return.
