Experiencia negativa: I give Therapy South, 0 star because they are the worst Physical Therapy Business in Montgomery I left a message for the owner to call me about two days ago, and the owner never returned my phone call, obviously, she didn't care to listen to my complaint about this location.I went to Therapy South for injuries thatIacquired in and automobile accident by a hit and run driver that left the scene. I went to Therapy South on December 5, 2023.Therapy South is small, I had to end my Therapy early because the staff and owner changed it to a walk-in, and I didn't have an appointment any more, numerous people and I had the same appointment, this place was too small to accommodate 20 or more people at the same time it was overcrowded, claustrophobic, and there wasn't enough air, I complained, it didn't do any good. Therapy South owner and the staff were extremely and excessively greedy and they only cared about how much money they were making, rather than myself and the other patients, I had an appointment for for the first couple months and then it changed and I was left to be independent and there wasn't enough space because they were allowing numerous people to use the same Therapy Equipment, it was a horrible disaster and it became so unbearable, I left in March because I felt that I could work independently at home in peace without all the inconveniences, when I left I had paid over $540.00 in copayments, it was over $3500, and it wasn't worth the money. It was absolutely awful that they had all of these patients in a overcrowded small room, I believe some othersleft, but they kept adding people, when they knew, that they didn't have enough space I didn't know that Laura, the therapist andthe assistant weren't typing assessmentsnotes for each Th session, until I received my Medical Records, it was a huge disappointment, because the assessment comments were exactly the same for each Therapy Session, they were to unprofessional, incompetent, lazy and to occupied with their greed and how money they were making. Laura, stated 2/2/24, that " PT seems to be doing well while she is is in the clinic." "She is walking to therapy each session so this has helped a lot. " This statement is absolutely utterly absurd, and a assumption because she did not ask me how I camexto Therapy each session session, this is dishonest and deceptive, and this duplicate repetitive statement was exactly the same in all of my records fromf2/2/24 to 3/8/24 and it stayed the same until I left, John, the assistant, was too lazy, incompetent , and unprofessional to write new comments each session, so he never changed the comments, this is deplorable, sad,horrible, and bad business practices because they try and acquire as many patients as they can and don't write current updated new notes each session, they are worst ever, I did not walk to therapy each session, this is an absolute lie and assumption they wrote this lie, without asking me.I would not have paid over 540.00 in copayments, I could have stayed home and kept my money, they both lied, and never changed this lie.Therarpy South is greedy, selfish and haveve lied,use bad business practices, I do not recommend,, because they are terrible deceptive liars and I regret going to Therapy South.

I saw Nikki for postnatal pelvic floor therapy, and she helped me with problems that were present long before I was pregnant. Bonus that the staff is so welcoming and encouraging. Therapy South is a bright light in Montgomery healthcare.

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional care! The physical therapists and support staff here are incredibly skilled at formulating personalized treatment. No cookie cutter plan of care here! The entire team is knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. Every session Nikki took the time to assess and treat what needed focus that week. She not only helped me reach my therapy goals but also educated me so that I can maintain that progress post discharge. I cannot say enough positive things about this clinic and the awesome staff who work there!

I was impressed by the quality of treatment for first time doing any kind of physical therapy. I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Tiffany is absolutely phenomenal!!! She is so caring, kind, calm and professional but is highly skilled at what she does. It has been a challenge finding a location that specializes in true dry needling with e-stem since moving from CO to AL and I have FINALLY found the place that knows what they’re doing and gives some relief (I suffer from migraines, tension/cluster headaches, neck injury, TMJ etc). Tiffany is so careful and knows the exact trigger points to work on me. I am so grateful for her experience and truly giving me some relief! The ladies (and gentleman) who work here are very sweet, kind, and patient. Every person I interact with has been very gracious and it’s much appreciated. They’re very organized and I never wait long to be called back.

Experiencia fantástica: Tiffany is fantastic. So caring and had helped me learn how to handle multiple problematic areas effected by Joint Hypermobility. This is the area's best pelvic health therapists.There's not just a kitchen timer and a list of exercises, they practice hands on manual therapy.Office is clean and updated. Staff is kind and helpful. Definitely recommend to help recover from injuries and surgeries.

I am convinced that I am not just another number ,but, I am a client in need of Theraphy and the Therapist Genuinely cares and is working to bring closure to my concerns. Experiencia fantástica: You will never meet a more competent and kind staff than the staff at TherapySouth. Nikki is absolutely amazing at what she does! She’s genuine and actually listens to your concerns. She saw me at the end of my pregnancy because of my pelvic pain I was experiencing. She worked her magic, making me feel like a whole new woman and it helped me progress from 1cm to 3cm that day. My husband has a messed up back from years in the military and no one has come close to helping him the way Nikki has. I recommend her and this staff to anyone I come in contact with!

This time is rehab post total knee replacement. They are so kind and focused on success. Multiple modalities. I have referred others. Best PT organization I’ve ever seen.

Experiencia fantástica: A most impressive experience with this facility. My Physical Therapist, Krystel Jurovcik, was very professional, skilled and sincere in my brief tenure at Therapy South. She assessed me and determined my specific needs would be better served by a facility offering Aqua Therapy and she had it arranged within 24 hours! Her recommendations on a bedding upgrade and the uploading of an exercise routine to my computer were followed and assuredly will yield positive rewards. This an outstanding facility!

I like that they give me my home routine but in the office there is so much work done that is drastically improving my symptoms not just doing my same home exercise in the office. Their front desk staff are kind and I would recommend their pelvic floor therapy to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been in and out of PT almost my entire life for scoliosis and this is by far my favorite clinic I have ever been to! The PT's are very knowledgeable, willing to try many paths until they find the best one for treating your exact issues, and they communicate so well that you really feel like you understand the how and why behind your treatment plan. I cannot recommend them enough!

Tiffany is very gentle, gracious and knowledgeable. I'm so thankful for the therapy and help that I've received, Tiffany's philosophy of ministering and caring for the whole person is clearly evident! She not only helped me physically through the therapy & suggesting dietary changes that helped tremendously, she also offered emotional and spiritual support throughout it. She was most gracious as I went through the stages of discouragement & frustration as I did the exercises & radically changed my diet. I came to her absolutely miserable & now truly have my life back!
