After x-ray and MRI I was told that I had a torn rotator cuff and should impingement or "frozen shoulder" which required surgery. Charlotte utilized the art of physical therapy along with complimentary alternative medicine. She focused on diet and her approach was holistic, giving advice and suggestions for the entire body.
