Experiencia negativa: The Doctor has no manners and is very rude they charge extra for copy which is fine. But what he didn't tell his staff is DMV will not take copies. So they charged me 15 for copies that are nor legible when I ask for refund on it he said no he didn't care as I should have taken originals and he called me 5 times to harrase me saying not to give bad review and even used faul language which he is a medical liscence personal he should teach his staff all rules regulations regarding copies he failed to do so. So he decided to take it out on me said he was not issuing refund or if he did for me not to return again he is a scammer sorry he even had a liscence for this literally has no manners or should he be falsely having employees charges extra for copies that are not legible or even excepted at DMV HE DONE EVEN DESERVE A 1 HE SHOULD BE RATED 0 AND UN PROFESSIONAL. Tell me how that is legible very unprofessional

Experiencia fantástica: Got my D.O.T Physical, fast easy and the Doctor was very professional, great not having to wait in long lines like at other D.O.T Physical offices or urgent care facilities.

Experiencia negativa: THEY REUSE EVERYTHING CHECK UNDER BEDDING AND THE PATCHES ARE NOT SANATIZED AND RE USED DOCTOR IS A HOARDER CHECK HIS OFFICE DISGUSTING never again

Experiencia negativa: The place looks like a abandoned house. Inside looks like it has never been swept and has a Foul odor. Old chairs and on the t.v. A rated R movie was on with a sex scene. The doctor had no lab coat on to distinguish him as a doctor. A flannel shirt and jeans is what he wore. The doctor also walked in to examine me telling me he was on the phone with sprint so when he gets off hold he was gonna complete the call. I needed a urinalysis and could not urine so I asked if there was any water and was told yes. The lady gave me a ceramic coffee cup with water that had bubbles in it and a small black item. The doctor also made a rude racist off topic joke. The medical assistant had her minor daughter there. Last but not least there is a bullet hole in the window that is not sealed. I do not recommend coming anywhere near this "place".
