Since my first visit I feel a good relationship wit the staff. Kelly is a wonderful person that heard me and support me. I feel the difference since the second visit. I just spoke with Valerie and she was the most helpful receptionist/specialist I have ever spoke to. Someone needs to get that woman a raise. I was baffled by how professional, personable, and courteous she was. She needs to put on a clinic for every other provider's office please. That 5 minute conversation you can have with a person can make or break your entire day in this industry. So thank you Valerie for being you.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter had her consultation today and I loved her therapist. She was kind, caring, and thorough. She made daughter feel so at ease. I initially called another place and they were so horrible and quite frankly rude. You can tell this organization cares about their patients immediately. I am so happy I found this place for my daughter:-)

Experiencia fantástica: I had severe chronic pain in my shoulder when I started PT here and later developed chronic pain in my hip which has also been addressed here. I also was dealing with issues with my atlas (the top most vertebra) slipping out regularly and having to get chiropractic treatment regularly to deal with chronic back pain. After the second visit, my PT said "You're body is not responding they way it should be, but I think my mentor can help." That's when I started seeing Kris. Kris and Teresa are trained in some amazing techniques called visceral manipulation, CST, and vascular manipulation...among others. She is also very skilled in trauma healing. I had significant improvements in my first appointment with Kris. When I came in for the 2nd, I explained my atlas had gone out again and I needed to get to my chiro to get it fixed. At this point, I had to get my atlas corrected about every 10 days. She said the fact that it keeps going out tells her there's something going on higher up in my head, pulling it out. She investigated, found the trigger, treated it with the most gentle touch, and my atlas stayed in place for over a month. That was the longest I'd ever experienced in about 3 yrs of atlas treatments. Over time, my improvements have gotten even better and my atlas holds now for over a month at a time. Now, when it does pop out, it sometimes also pops back in on it's own - something that it never did in the past. My chronic shoulder pain and hip pain that used to be in the constant 7-10 pain range now live in the 0-3 range most of the time, with occasional flare ups to 5 or 6 if I go a long time before getting back in. The longer treatment has gone on, the less frequently I've needed to come in and the better my body has done in between. This is far superior to anything modern medicine can offer me. There is a lengthy process in my situation of unraveling the issues but I am impressed that over this past year my pain has decreased and my mobility has increased and both pretty continually move in that direction. Kris and Teresa are truly gifted at what they do and I cannot recommend them more highly. There is a long wait list, but it is worth it. This is true healing. Every student of PT, chiropractic, or massage should seize the opportunity to intern here and train under these ladies. These techniques are so gentle, so effective, and so energizing to both the patient and the one treating the patient that anyone working to heal others should give the time to study it.
