Experiencia positiva: It's extremely difficult to get ahold of someone over the phone despite leaving voicemails. In order to get any questions answered, you have to visit the actual facility; staff is fairly friendly.

Experiencia positiva: I would not recommend this facility if you love your love one don't let them come to this place. It very clean and there's very nice workers. But some of the nurses are very shady. If by chance you have to put your love one in this place please make sure your insurance company is in the loop at all times. Some of the nurses work there buts off to make it a pleasant stay for you. And please make sure you come on the weekend because everything behind. Make sure write everything down doctors ten to forget what they tell you, or there assistant. Make sure you hold this place accountable for any mistakes, your love one life depends on it.

Experiencia fantástica: RANCHO BELLAGIO ,I don't think I could be in a better place ever person that's work here .that includes all areas. Are so nice I can't tell them apart.And I must say I AM color blind ,AMEN . But that's got nothing to do with the of those working here. So I say thank you all so varry much to you all.For being who you are , individually one who cares and loves other. And as one morning I was speaking to JOE who works in the matenance department.I explained to him I wasn't in the best of health.And the nearest indoor alcove plants are dying for lack of watering. That it just wasn't varry uplifting to me to see a bunch of dying plants.In a place that's ment for relaxing,as these alcoves are surely ment for .And JOE mentioned there was a landscapeing company that takes care of these areas .And he would let some know the sprinkler system must not be working. Joe within 10min ,walked past my room with a garden hose to water the plants.So I want to say thanks again to JOE for his anishative to bring life to RANCHO BELLAGIO in a way most may think about.And strongly feel for his anishative he is a good example of one that does things in his life,at work or home.JUST BECAUSE ITS THE RIGHT THING TO DO ! AND JOE DESERVES TO BE THE EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH.FOR SHOWING HIS LOVE AND KINDNESS IN AN AREA THAT MOST OVERLOOK. THANKS AGAIN JOE, GOD BLESS FOR HELPING THINGS GROW.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been at the facility for 3 weeks now and I have to tell you how impressed I am by the food that were served here at rancho Bellagio I have been in other skilled nursing facilities and the food is always so unedible but let me tell you you will not be disappointed in it I give this facility a five star rating

I am blessed to have his help. He has turned my bad situation into hope. Everybody should have someone like Alex in the background to help them. Experiencia fantástica: This Facility is Such a Beautiful Blessing. I absolutely Love this Post Acute Care Center. I brought my Father here Around December 20th, 2023 due to having a 5th Stroke. My Father Mohammad Hasan became Afasic and was not able to Speak Properly. The Rancho Belliagio Team did ther best and put him in a Vigorous Program for 3 Different Therapy Sessions of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy Treatment. My Father is doing much better Now but is still in need of more Therapy but he has been Very Happy with his Stay so far, I will keep Everyone Updated on his Recovery here at Rancho Belliagio Post Acute. Thank You

Experiencia positiva: For the most part I have no complaints, however, a few of the LVNs do not get bk with you when there's a request for the Dr, also, meds are not given timely by some.of the LVNs, also the call light is not always answered timely but I like the facility an most of the staff.

We were very happy with the care she received. She also really loved the meals. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for placement for themselves or a family member. Experiencia fantástica: My dad recently had a stay at the Rancho Bellagio Post Acute and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of care and attention he received. The facilities were clean, comfortable and well-maintained. He received top-notch medical attention and the staff was incredibly patient and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and on the road to recovery. The young lady at the front desk was always a pleasure to speak with. Always had a smile on her face when greeting us! It is refreshing to see a smiling face as soon as you walk in. The kitchen staff over exceeded our expectations as my dad had a special diet and they never complained about accommodating his needs. Overall, I highly recommend their facility for its excellent care and service.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm currently a patient at Rancho Bellagio Post acute, this is one of the BEST skilled nursing facility that I have even been at in my 33 years of being paralyzed. I enjoy participating in daily group activities, activity staff is very helpful and kid, I really appreciate Laura, Jallyn, Camile and Jennifer. This is definitely the Best facility.

Experiencia fantástica: I normally don’t write reviews on anything but I feel like this place needs to be recognized by people and the care that they administer to the patients. I have had family members in this facility and I can honestly say that not only did the CNAs do a great job, but the therapy team and other staff did a great job! They treated my family member as if they were part of the family. They were all very attentive even the housekeeping team did all they could to keep everything clean and sanitized. The medicine was always administered on time and called my grandmother’s primary doctor if we had any questions or concerns. Everyone worked as a team to make sure everything went well. Thank you Rancho Bellagio team my family appreciates everything that you have done!!

Experiencia fantástica: This place has a great management team and it has a wonderful therapy team. The rooms are really nice and clean. The head manager for housekeeping and janitorial is great. When there is something wrong in the rooms or the building, he is right on top of it. I have not experienced anything bad from this location. I would recommend this place to anyone that is concerned about their family members that need therapy or recovery.

Both my parents were their patient at one point and they treated them with dignity and respect. The nurses did all they could to make my mom and dad comfortable and feel safe. My family had open communication with their administrators. I had 100% trust with this team and facility.

Experiencia fantástica: I currently have my grandma there being care for and the staff goes above and beyond for her care. Everyone there is very helpful and attentive to my grandma’s needs and health. They always look out for the best way to bring her back to her percent. From the receptionist, admission , questions about my grandmas insurance coverage, nurses to the cleaning staff they are all exceptional and I want to thank them for everything. Highly recommended. ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: My Mother is a patient here who broke her hip about two months ago. I would like to thank all the nurses have been great and very attentive always checking on my mother. The therapy team is such an excellent team working with my mother to start walking again when she got admitted she was not able to walk and had to start all over again and they made it posible. I’m very pleased with all the staff for everything they been doing for my mother and I highly recommend this facility because I seen all the progress and help my mother gets. It’s also very convenient because it’s right next to the hospital in case anything happens and they stay on top of her follow up appointments and transportation. Thank you to all the staff you are highly appreciated.

Experiencia fantástica: If I could rate this place a 10 Stars, I would. Staff is very helpful every time we need them. They’re always attentive, Helena CNA is always helping my grandma in anything and everything she needs. My grandmother was hospitalized and was unable to walk, and now she’s walking, the therapy team are the best. The food is also amazing. She loves participating in activities, and attend church masses on Wednesdays. Rancho Bellagio was definitely the best choice.

Experiencia fantástica: I can say from experience that rancho Bellagio is one of the best skilled nursing facilities in the inland empire from great staff, to amazing food for your loved one. Rancho Bellagio will have your loved ones well taken care of, the staff here treats the patient as if they were family. From personal experience I can say that the building is beautiful, and the inside is very upstanding from clean halls to a big gym where there are lots of clinicians ready and willing to get your loved one better!!! I would definitely recommend this SNF if you are looking to receive a smooth and great rehabilitation experience.

Experiencia negativa: I was reading other reviews and I also had a horrible experience with my dad here. This is a horrible place. They called and reported me twice and I hadn't done anything wrong but pull my dad out of this hell he was in here. No human deserves to be neglected in any way. He's clothes were missing nobody knew where they were even when there was a closet in the room . I'm just thankful he was removed before he ended up dead.

Experiencia negativa: My mother in law was transferred here from Loma Linda hospital and it looked like a good place for her to go to get her physical therapy and get better, but after 2 months of her being here she lost 4 pds wasn't eating properly, they left her in soild pampers, call button wasn't anywhere she could reach it in case of an emergency and to top it off 5 days before we went and pulled her out something happened to her and she goes into a fetal position can't put her legs straight anymore and can't walk at all. The facility just kept telling me she was doing good and there was no problems, but there was a lot of problems being covered up. None of this was reported to the family which is very disturbing. The facility seems to think it's ok because she was being monitored. After we saw how she was treated we took her home against the facilities ok. She's been home for 2 weeks now and the facility social worker Alex filed a complaint with adult protective services. This is the retaliation family members get for caring for a loved one and pulling her out of where she was miss treated. If you love your family member do not send them here. I have now filed a complaint against this facility and I will to the Attorney General also. Calling Adult protective services on family for not letting their loved one be abused or neglected in your facility is just the lowest and your facility should be ashamed of how you treated this lady. Now to cover it up because I called you out on everything you did to her your payback was calling APS.

Experiencia positiva: For the most part, we(my family) are grateful and appreciative of the heroes _caretakers at this facility, however, a few incidents need to be addressed/cleared. Family member is there temporarily/physical therapy. Front desk is rude, barely acknowledges you when you are there, family members personal items keep getting stolen and nobody ever knows anything. Left my family member full of vomit until the next morning and or later that morning/next shift. Definitely some discounts and or compensation needs to be given, especially when my other family keeps doing their jobs. They dont enforce parking, allowing non handicap visitors/workers to park in handicap parking. Some of the cna's need compassionate training and sensitivity classes because the attitudes/level of obnoxiously rudeness and preferential treatment towards certain family members is appalling and disgusting. Communication is key. Some things are just unacceptable and need to be addressed properly, immediately(treatment, disability discrimination, elder abuse physical/mental/verbal).

Experiencia fantástica: I can't thank the Dr's and nurses and all the staff at Rancho Bellagio enough, I've never seen such positive attitudes towards each other and the patients . My mom was visiting out of state and suffered a hemorrhagic stroke . I can't say enough about the staffs professional and courteous response to my mother's needs and their concerns with getting her strong enough to make her inevitable trip home . Their exemplary teamwork is second to none . I'm only sad that I couldn't bring them home with my mom and family. My mom is home now and doing better than ever . Experiencia negativa: Where do i start! This facility lacks accountability from top to bottom! The left had doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. Getting medications from nurses/doctors takes weeks. Been waiting for anti inflammatory medicine for weeks. Can’t get simple Tylenol prior to physical therapy so therefore i can’t do n the physical therapy. They are sabotaging me! Nurses don’t give me answers. Walk off and don’t come back. When you call this facility no one answers. Your loved one will need a cell phone for sure. Been waiting for a mri since February 24. Finally got one scheduled May 16. Got to radiology in another city. Turns out this Rancho Bellagio Facility didn’t even give the right paperwork. Had to return to facility with no mri. Because nobody will answer the phones. Not social services, not director, NOBODY. Even radiology couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Now it’s been rescheduled and paper turned in. Suppose to get mri for hips and pelvis. But instead they sent paperwork to get a mri on my neck! Still waiting and it’s May 28, 2023. While here i got a roommate. She was a hospice patient. Very nice lady, very nice family. She was my roommate for a couple of weeks. On the night she passed away, her family was here with her. She passed away shortly before 11pm. Her family stayed until mortuary came to get her body. When they arrived her adult son was here and he helped the attendant from the mortuary put her body in the bag. Then helped lift her to gurney. The lack of dignity and privacy was appalling to me! They could of given her a room of her own. Instead they had me 24 inches from her bed ( an intrusion) on their privacy. The staff could of easily moved her to another room for privacy and respect. THE FOOD! Horrible and then some. I’ve had bean soup here for 4 days in a row. Beans were still hard. They were in just water. No seasoning, nothing! Just hard beans/peas and water. The pasta/rice it’s commonly not cooked through. Undercooked!! Meat is tough hard and not edible. If it’s seasoned, it’s so horrible, it would make you vomit . Where trays are delivered they are not hot. Might leave the kitchen hot but it’s not hot when we get it. It is obvious that the person at the stove is not a cook. I am blind and when the trays are delivered, i ask the CNA’s what it is. They can’t even tell what it is. They just say it looks bad and horrible. I have been trying to get transferred to another facility but case management drops the ball on that too. I’m trying to get closer to my family for visiting. Then my family could bring me food.

Experiencia fantástica: today i would like to give all of the staff compliments this means the CNAs nurses and people in the activities dining room for doing a great job they really try to keep the activities room a happy room for the patients, they have great attitudes, very helpful when serving lunch, they play music and movies and play bingo. Jalyn and others plan the activities of the day. last week Cinco de mayo was the best they had tamale's a mariachi band they played for an hour it was fun, i am not sure but i think Alex the social worker help with that day great job, Alex and Dorian and administration went the hole nine yards that day my mom had fun

Experiencia negativa: One star for appearance. Otherwise avoid this place at all costs. Care is horrible!! They do not respond to patient calls. They are always in a hurry. Food is inedible. Audible calls over speakers say when food carts are ready, but could be an hour later before it makes it way to patient room. It’s never what the menu says. Patient is ignored! My blind sister lays in feces for hours. They do not recognize her blindness and say when they are in room or help prep food tray, sit her up in bed. They need an audit to make changes to patient care!!

Experiencia negativa: Very understaffed! Medicines are not ordered on a regular basis. Don't order the right products that are needed when you are discharged. Have to fight about the fact that they didn't order the right items for discharge. Made many many calls to try to resolve the problem and nothing was resolved. I would not recommend this Post acute for anyone to go to.

Staff seem uncaring and lazy, and I frankly don't think it would be a happy endeavor to read on the elaboration of how much they disrespected her and what they made her go through. Update: She has developed deep vein thrombosis due to not being moved enough. Her life is in genuine danger, in no small part thanks to the inaction of this facility. Update 2: The staff's response to this review is copy pasted from another reply. My grandmother has seen a lot of neglect, people trying to encourage her to stay in the facility longer so she spends more money staying there, and been outright lied to on multiple occasions, especially from people with little to know medical knowledge who prefer giving a lazy answer. She is not properly treated like an adult human and everyone acts like they know more about everything than her.

Experiencia negativa: This place is in need of staff retraining because they are rude, dismissive, and sometimes flat out incompetent. I went 3 days without my medication and went through withdrawal. There's no reason that you have to wait any amount of time for your medications since they know what you take already. My roommate passed away because he didn't have his heart medication even though it had been a full day. If you don't have a strong immune system and are not ambulatory you may run into health complications. The food is one step above prison food so don't expect much. The rooms are nice and the facility has everything to be s good place to go but the staff in my unit need to care more. I told a staff member my IV was told that okay because I'm leaving the next day and she didn't fix it, I did. I also went days without wound care and no bandages on.

Experiencia negativa: Very nice looking facility and located next to Riverside University Hospital, but this place was definitely a looks could be deceiving, unfortunately. I know a lot of people tend to put negative comments about skilled nursing facilities, but this by far was the worst--from the nurses to the the administration. For example, changes to medicine was not consulted and as to why, non communication to the family/ power of attorney on file, no communication to primary contact on file regarding a patient falling, etc, they lack attentiveness, and sense of urgency. When you try to call the nurses station, you can never get anyone to answer or call you back when you leave message. One of the male nurse claimed he was the charge nurse when I asked to speak to him/ her. Found out he wasn't. He even handed me the patient's stack of medicine and left! They almost over dosed a patient (thank God the patient was sharp enough to pay attention) without questioning to see if it was correct or not (this is where the medication was changed supposedly by "their doctor" and not going by what was transferred to them-- like I was informed that's what they go by. Finally got our family member out of there. Some of their personal things were missing as well. I definitely would NOT recommend this place.

Experiencia positiva: Need to work on getting to the request of their patients my mom is there and is having anxiety because they take a long time to come to her aid when she calls me to call them to her room at 4am really is a concern! I hope to God this clinic will care for my mom when she's having trouble breathing and I have no car to get to her really is not good care she is feeling no one is scared cause they are taking too long to help her is not right!:(

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here are kind, easy to speak to and very compassionate to the visitors there to visit their loved one. The Activities Department is the first contact with the visitors. In addition to their everyday duties The Activities Director, Laura Moreno & staff member Jallyn Delatorre are simply amazing in protecting patient, visitor and staff safe and keeping within Covid guidelines. The Department makes pre-visitation appointments, informs the visitors that they must bring a Covid test with them to be checked before entering the facility as well as going over the precautions that must be taken pre-visitation. Many of us are not familiar with Rapid Tests. Both Laura & Jallyn go the extra mile to answer questions and help in any possible way they can. They do it with sincerity and a smile. When visiting a loved one a smile and kindness from staff goes a long way. Thank you Rancho Bellagio Post Acute! A special thank you to Laura Moreno & Jallyn Delatorre.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you to the staff who helped my father in law in his recovery. Physical and occupational therapy is amazing. Hands down to the nursing staff. CNAs he had where all very attentive and our family was there daily to see it for our self’s. I liked how they screen visitors. It made us feel that they cared for my father in law safety and health as well as all the patients. Honestly when he was in the hospital next door, the visitation requirements where about the same. Food wasn’t so bad. It’s not homemade comfort food or what he was used to eating, but again my father in law has diet restrictions and he probably ate the healthiest while he was there. It’s tough choosing a facility no matter what, but we are thankful we choose Rancho Bellagio. God bless all the staff.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible service! My grandmother is recieving improper care when it came to her meal schedule, pain management, and doctor/nurse services. Not to mention, when visiting her, it is always an excessively long wait to get to see her. She continually loses weight and there is no plan to improve her health. Alot of the nurses have mixed information about her stats and progress and cannot give us a clear line about whats happening with her.

Experiencia negativa: This place is terrible!! for one they don't answer the phones at all! no front desk! no operator! no nurses station! That showed me thay don't care.when my dad got there they did not give him his meds at all.they told us we needed to take a covid test in front of them every 3 days and we needed to make a appointment to see my dad may I remind you they don't answer the phone to make a appointment no air-conditioning it was extremely hot in the rooms if you care about your loved one do not take them to this place!!!we took my dad out in less than 24 hours !!!

Experiencia fantástica: My sister has been in this facility for 5 months, I love this facility since day one, everyone is so nice, helpful, I know that my sister is safe and well taken care of, our experience has been very positive since day one. I am very pleased with Dorian the dietary supervisor she's very kind always making sure my sister has what she likes, and I love the activity staff, Laura the activity Director, and Jallyn have always been so helpful, sweet and respectful. My sister Nam loves it here

Experiencia negativa: Wow. Just wow, gonna have to agree. I don't know who trains the front desk people but they are RUDE and uncaring. All Im trying to do is make an appt to visit my sister and I keep getting transferred to different people and different depts. Whoever runs this place needs to better train their people on basic customer service skills. The nurse helping my sister is freakin' amazing, tho no doubt. Its the front desk people that need to be better trained. I get better service at McDonalds than at this place.

Experiencia negativa: This place is the worst! My brother was taken there on Friday and I had him moved the following Tuesday and would have had him moved the next day if I could have due to the unprofessional and uncaring staff at this place. The first day he got there the nurse was very rude and got upset because I was asking questions. My brother complained about no one answering or coming to see about him when he push the nurses button so when I got there and saw that he needed to be cleaned I pushed the nurses button at least 5 times no one ever came so I walked to the nurses station where 3 staff members was standing there talking I stood there for a few minutes thinking they would acknowledge me but never did they just kept talking and laughing so I had to interrupt them to let them know what I needed. My brother had an appointment with Ortho on the following Monday at 9am which I reminded them of at 8am Monday morning and the nurse that I spoke with assured me that they would transport him to his appointment which they never did (he missed his appointment) and when I asked why they didn't take him to his appointment no one knew why. If you care about your love ones, don't EVER take them to this place, they will not get the care that's needed.

Experiencia negativa: Cruel people(employees) as my father described it to me. When he was getting supposedly his physical therapy, and he used to get tired as he was doing it. The employees, most of them nurse assistants, would laugh at him as his pajamas would fall down. I absolutely do not recommend this facility.

Experiencia negativa: This is one of the worst skilled nursing facility that i have ever seen. My father was there and was treated horribly. He was neglected to keep up with his hygiene including things as simple as brushing his teeth. He never got streched out as he is paralyzed and can’t do things on his own. Not to mention they wouldn’t change his diaper has required every 2 hours. Because of this he got rashes in his genital area. He also got 2nd degree and 3rd degree bed sores from him not being moved and rotated has they are “trained” to do. Spoke with alot of personal there including the facility administrator regarding all the issues we had and nothing ever got done. I don’t recommend this facility to anyone to any one who wants their family member treated with care.
