Experiencia negativa: His therapist was excellent, but Christina from the scheduling department displayed unprofessional behavior, and their time management skills need improvement. For example, making cold calls prior to appointments using her personal cell phone instead of the office’s official phone number seems unprofessional and raises concerns. Additionally, scheduling does not appear to align with the information provided by the therapist regarding upcoming appointments or cancellations due to vacations and holidays. From the looks of these reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue, which does not reflect well on the business—especially since scheduling is a key responsibility of that department. Perhaps the scheduling system needs an update, along with a review of policies for employees to ensure better coordination and professionalism. Addressing these concerns could significantly improve the overall experience for patients and parents.

Experiencia negativa: The Speech therapy department is unprofessional. I've been dealing with them for a few years (before covid) on and off now because the staff has a high turnover rate. Some of the therapist's methods may not align with your childs needs. My child was traumatized at one point by one of the therapists in the past as a result of their method. There are limited availability times, if your child is in school and has other therapies they attend. If your child needs consistency, this is not the place. If your child gets sick or has any medical issues, they will take you off of the schedule and put you on the waiting list. Go somewhere else because you will not see progress with them. Parking here is rough in the afternoon as well.

Experiencia negativa: Thee ABSOLUTE worse!!!! My daughter had a 3pm appointment with the speech therapist. I called them to let her know I was running late due to traffic. A few minutes later the therapist calls me and ask if I was still coming because there is a 15 minute grace period, After that you get rescheduled. They never gave her my message. I was a few minutes away. I called again when I pulled up to find out which door we go into. The girls at the front desk must be off or something because she couldn’t tell me. I screenshot the time stamps. I called at 2:45 to say I was running late. She called me at 3:07 and said no one told her i would be late. I called again 3:13 when I got there, and still canceled my appointment!!! I’m hot and irritated. Wasted my gas for nothing!! No. It is the WORST and the other commenters CLEARLY show that. No I will NOT be rescheduling. If I could leave NO STARS I Would!

Experiencia positiva: Great therapists minimum parking it's always busy but they are pretty efficient As far as getting you signed in and getting you to the back with your therapist I'm very pleased with the treatment my dad receives here

Experiencia negativa: Please don’t take your kids for speech therapy at this location. They don’t teach anything to your kids. Just playing with toys each time going there. My son already know lot of things but they never know about him. I suggested call your school district that will help your kids. It’s really helping for my son. Please don’t take your kids this location. It is waste of your time and money. They charge $540 for 20 mins class. My son got disenrolled from insurance they send me bill $540 to pay them. think smartly parents they are making from insurance good money giving 20 mins class making $540 wow. What a business they open. Please take your kids in your school district they will help your kids a lot.

Experiencia negativa: Was referred for hip pain, but when I tried to schedule an appointment I was told they do not treat hip patients. It clearly says in the website they do, so good job could’ve made money off me. I called my clinic and told them what happened and a new referral is being processed now

Experiencia negativa: I took my daughter there in 2 different occasions, ultimately for the same issue, speech therapy. In the 2 different occasions I was unsatisfied. We ended up transferring services to another location that is for children only. The therapist are nice and helpful, but I do feel this location caters to adults than children. If you are looking for a speech therapy location, I would highly recommend a location that caters to children.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to this facility about 4 years ago for my neck. I am back once again for spinal issues. I am so happy to be able to return here for my PT. Everyone here is very professional and they really do care.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my second time as a patient at West Coast Spine and again they exceed expectations. The therapists provide positive direction with their undivided attention. They all appear to be consummate professionals always keeping the patients well being at the top of their list.

Experiencia positiva: Kristyn was amazing during the time I was there doing my physical therapy for my broken ankle. Not only did she do her job right but shows that she truly cares not just me but every patient she had. Highly recommended because she is a five star. Only reason I gave a 4 star is because the facility. Facility needs to work on cleaning/replacing their carpet, focus on repairs and overall appearance on the place. Thank you Kristyn for helping me walk again!!! Much appreciated

Experiencia negativa: For just one show they have canceled all my future app..I did called the day after to let them know what happened..they basically said they don't care..and I have been trying to contact on the phone and in personbthe scheduling department and in that 2 months no one has called me or even gone out to speak with me..they just see the kids their as only $$.sad.i can't believe that with all the bad reviews it has they haven't shout down therapys their

Experiencia fantástica: My husband has highly recommend me to go to West Coast Spine Center for physical therapy on my new total knee replacement. Marchand Montel, a wonderful Physical Therapist, has been working with me for the last 2 months. Step by step under her instructions, my knee is back to normal that I'm able to walk normally without any pain!!!! I'm very fortunate to have her magic working on me!!! And what's more, she knows some sign language which is a BIG bonus for me! I highly recommend anyone to go there for any physical therapy in need!!!

Experiencia negativa: West coast spine but has speech therapy? Lobby as loud as can be. Filled with parents that shouldn’t be and cant control their kids. If you need physical therapy go else but if you have loud kids that don’t behave and can’t speak go for it.

Experiencia negativa: My son has been attending for speech therapy for 2 years now. It took us awhile to find a good speech therapist. My biggest complain is the receptionists are so rude! Morning or evening receptionist! Have an attitude for anything. Seriously need to retrain them to provide better service! Updated review! It's been weeks that I have asked for a second opinion with another therapist multiple times! They keep saying they will call me back amd have yet to hear back! I suggest you find another location!! We are our kids advocate and this place clearly doesn't care for about my child's needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Loved Wendy and Kristen. They listened to me and are very friendly. They made the exercises seem so easy yet the exercises really helped me work out my knee pain. Both therapists knew what helped me most to insure a full recovery. Thank you!!

Experiencia negativa: I have been for an appointment no one returns calls. I went to the office in September I was not told that I have a copay didn't have the money at the time been trying for another appointment for a while.

Experiencia fantástica: I just completed several months of therapy following surgery to repair a broken ankle. Services rendered were outstanding in every way. All the personnel were competent, professional and personable. Extra kudos to my PTA, Kari, for challenging me - yet with compassion and balance. I went from crutches to cane to freedom and am now walking normally and pain-free. I'm back to work (at 77) and look forward to added years thanks to the great care I've received from these good people.

Experiencia fantástica: I was there twice for two surgeries on the same spot on my left shoulder (rotator cuff repair) Stacy PT and Shandra PTA were the ones that took care of me. I have nothing to say except, they took good care of me for a total of more than sixty therapy sessions for the same shoulder. Although I am still not well, I owe it to the surgeon who operated on me, not the therapists. I highly reccomend them.
