Experiencia negativa: Absolutely awful service. I am extremely disappointed. I used to be a patient at this office for years. This time around I was referred again after not being here for a while. I had to drive here twice 45 min to an hour each time just to be turned down for both appointments after waiting MONTHS to be seen in pain. I will NEVER be coming back to this office. The office staff is awful and rude, and I wasted my time twice after waiting for EVER. I am so disappointed in this horrible experience. They have robbed me of months of much needed therapy, I should’ve never waited to come here. Do NOT recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I must say that I am very pleased with BPT. Their staff is over the top and show professional concern for your needs. They will do all they can to get you back to normal operating conditions. I will say this they will work your body to do this and you will feel the burn but they won't push you past your limitations and in the end you'll feel stronger and hopefully rehabilitated.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so appreciative of Rachel and the whole team! Devon and everyone they’re so nice! I have been struggling almost a year out with my neck/lat after surgery to remove a tumor. I’m very active, a pediatric ER charge nurse and a flight nurse with mercy air and a volunteer medic for San Bernardino County’s air rescue devision. Needless to say I don’t have much time for pain and immobility. BPT has been there for me for months now! Rachel was able to figure out that much of my pain comes because of scar tissue! I’m feeling 100 times better and you will too!

Everyone is always so kind and friendly Kim at the front desk will greet me every time I go and will check me in right away as soon as I walk in (she memorized my name quickly in a short period of time). Michelle and Sarah are amazing I have been doing my physical therapy with them and I have seen results already, and I love the massage from after my session. I always feel welcomed and leave happy!

Brockton Physical Therapy is an exception to that, there staff and therapist really try helping, especially with there pressure point massages, my sciatica pain is alleviated every appointment. Not only are they friendly, they know their stuff and helped me go from no grip in my right hand to almost full mobility and usage - I couldn’t believe that I was able to make an almost complete recovery. Everyone here has wonderful energy and makes patients feel comfortable, which is so important as we all strive towards health. I couldn’t recommend Brockton PT more, they turned what would have been an overwhelming, stressful and painful process into an appointment I looked forward to!

Experiencia fantástica: The therapists on Market Street office are very, very good, courteous to their patients and knowledgeable. They also provide their patient a copy of home exercises that a patient can do in between their schedules. I also get good responses to any questions I have to reduce pain or strengthen the muscles that may help. All in all, I find their services are excellent and reliable.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is like Cheers, they all greet you by name and treat you like family. I think the part I appreciated the most is that they pushed me, in a caring way, to work as hard as I could to recover the parts of my body that needed it. At the conclusion of my treatment we performed all the test that were done during my initial assessment to see how far along I have come. They reviewed my progress and offered an e-mail address should I have any questions or need any future help. Their service should be the gold standard.

Experiencia fantástica: My second time using Brockton Physical Therapy. Definitely still top notch and the staff is well knowledged in getting me back on track after my hip replacement surgery. Highly recommend.

Experiencia positiva: This is from Robert Grijalva, a patient at Brockton Physical Therapy. While the care I received there was excellent, I was disappointed in the communication from some of the therapists. I would make an appointment with one therapist and then the lead therapist would change it to someone else. I tried to find out why they were doing this, but the two therapists would not give me an honest answer. I did not appreciate them not being honest with me and so I will not go back there.

Experiencia fantástica: I have needed PT multiple times over the past few years and Brockton Physical Therapy has been the excellent and most professional rehabilitation that I have ever experienced. For back pain, knee replacement and arthritis in the hip both the evaluating therapist as well as the PTA for treatments, all excellent. Thank you so much and I am sorry that I didn't write anything sooner.

Experiencia fantástica: Saw Ciara for pelvic floor therapy. So thankful for her and thankful that this place takes IEHP. She is so welcoming and encouraging. Everyone that I interacted with here was very welcoming and kind. Had no problems making appointments. They have everyone wash their hands at the beginning of the appointment and everyone wears a mask. Friday was my last visit and I will miss coming here. 100% recommend this place…you won’t be disappointed. Only thing that could make this place better is if they were open on saturdays.

Brockton PT is hands down my favorite and this will be the place I go if I find myself neeing PT again. I didn't feel like the overbooked, and I never had to wait for the therapist because he/she was working on more than one patient. The care is top notch.

Experiencia fantástica: All of the staff I interacted with were EXTREMELY professional, knowledgeable, polite, kind and had a wonderful sense of humor! I have osteoarthritis and a pinched nerve in my neck and while my pains were moderate, they were bad enough to make it difficult to concentrate on the things I needed to accomplish each day. I never thought i’d like to have a massage, but when they treated my neck it felt SO GOOD! The pain relief was incredible! If you need help, this is the ONLY place you need to go to for any treatment!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wound on my calf that resulted from a surgical incision that separated after the sutures were removed. It was the size of a quarter, approximately 1/8th of an inch deep, and was not healing. I was referred to Brockton Physical Therapy by the doctor who had performed the surgery. I met with Trevyn Despain PT, DPT who has extensive experience with wounds. He examined my wound and provided a detailed treatment strategy. He used a variety of treatment options at different stages of the healing process. His close monitoring and the on going treatment he provided resulted in continual improvement of the wound that was evident from week to week. The end result was the complete healing of the wound with no evidence that it had ever existed. A job well done! Thank you Trevyn.

They treat the whole person physically and emotionally. Rehabbing from double knee replacement definitely came with some emotional stress. I was always asked, “How are you doing?” and they were ready to listen. I was challenged and encouraged both physically and mentally. My utmost thanks and respect to all at Brockton PT but especially to Rachel!!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently began post stroke physical therapy here and I like them already. First and foremost they "listen" to you! Staff is knowledgeable and if you have any questions they can't answer they run it up chain of command til they can answer instead of faking it or blowing you off. After my evaluation they started working towards my weaknesses and they are not hesitant to switch up if I can already do what's on the agenda.

Experiencia fantástica: After coming to therapy for about two months I could definitely feel the improvement from my lower back injury. I was able to stand and sit for longer periods of time without feeling any pain. After every visit I felt I was back to 100% pain free. The challenges and exercises also me learn how to prevent an injury plus correct my posture. I'm really thankful to Rachel and the Brockton team for helping me feel better and back to enjoying life without pain. I will highly recommend a visit here!!!

I was involved in a serious auto accident and was referred to a different facility, whose therapists left me to my own accord to do the exercises. (There are only so many times that one can repeat the same exercise in an hour visit). They were more interested in shoving me out the door than my health needs. Twelve visits didn’t result in much progress. Very frustrating for me. I finally decided to look elsewhere and pay as a cash patient. Best decision! I began seeing good results after a few visits. I am treated as a valued patient instead of merely a number. The therapists work with me for as long as it takes, and they truly have healing hands! The staff is so congenial and welcoming and help you to realize that you’re in good hands. I could go on all day about how wonderful Brockton Physical Therapy is. I wish I could more eloquently convey what a great decision it is to use their services. Our health is so worth it to choose quality care. A great fringe benefit is that their rates are very reasonable, and so I am getting more for less! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place and their services!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is great and I knew they have good therapy here .as I'm planning on getting back on my legs after 9 yrs .of being down .but the wound care here is just as great as the therapy !! Had been going to a wound care clinic for pressure sore on heel for 20 months with no results .Starting seeing B P.T. & in 3 months they've reduced the size in half as well as the depth!! They do GREAT work .I really like the fact that they have people working here( as extra help) that are still going to school .they come in here with fresh knowledge and ideas & get excited right along with you at the results your accomplishing thru therapy. I have been seen numerous times for a variety of different injuries and have always completed my goals for recovery with their excellent therapy. Trevyn has most recently worked with my knee replacement gone bad partially due to physical therapy under an HMO that was insufficient. I'm happy to say that I'm walking almost pain free now as I continue with Brockton PT. They are one of the best in my opinion!
