Experiencia negativa: Waiting for my vitals to be taken and it’s been over an hour. Then also had me get a xray and tell me after the xray it’s going to be 500 bucks cause my insurance doesn’t cover it, if I would of known, I wouldn’t of gotten one.

Our son fractured his right arm, it required sedation/reduction and this team was patient, kind, informative, professional and took such great care of our son. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this ER. THANK YOU!

Experiencia positiva: Brought my mother in for an x-ray of her pelvic area Thursday afternoon, as she had a hairline fracture found weeks back. The techs and doctors in imaging were outstanding. Had us back there in 10 minutes. This would be a five star review but we had been there 25 minutes, after parking right out front (mom is 80, has dementia, and walks very very slowly) and hadn't seen a wheelchair. Immediately after x-rays one of the great techs from Imaging went and found a wheelchair, which mom unfortunately vomited on a bit as she had become car sick. Then it was straight over to speak with the ortho surgeon and try and see the space (fracture) he was showing me on the x-ray. No surgery for now. I was not only impressed with the short initial wait, then the fast registration line with such kind staff behind the desk, and then to have finished pictures in ten minutes was especially nice. Outstanding young doctor put up with my impatience and inability to see what he was trying to show me. But the overall cleanliness and modern look of this Kaiser facility was indeed impressive. Very pleasant location as well.

Experiencia negativa: If I could I would rate 0 to begin with took me 40 min to find parking they have their so called valet parking which makes more traffic and helps none they really need to figure this out

Experiencia fantástica: I had surgery there and the staff couldn't have been more attentive and caring! My nurses answered every question my family or I could have had and never left me alone unless I was sleeping. The place was clean, smelled great and well stocked. I normally go to the Riverside Kaiser but this time I had no choice. I am thankful for the staff there. I have never been treated so kindly and attended to like that before.

It's a large place ,very busy,parking lot just look and drive around a bit will find one 10 min . we were giving the route to take with the elevators ,witch direction to follow very easy,at the desk greeting was smiles and helpful waited 15 mins for a answer,also very nice and paperwork when to return ,thank you on a hot day your staff very professional and caring.

Experiencia fantástica: For an ER I have no complaints... My nurse Chris with family from my home state of Wisconsin was personable, thorough, and easy to talk to. I have myself been an RN for the past 20 years and my issue was not life threatening after all, but chest pain is very scary either way. If you think ER is an in and out service it is truly not. It goes by priority on the sickest patients, as it should be. My issue was addressed properly and proper medications were prescribed. This is a smaller ER for a vast fast growing community. Growth takes time and a whole ton of regulations... I will return here and be confident that they are giving the best care.

Experiencia fantástica: OBGYN Department: Dr. Bernhardt is a great OBGYN and surgeon! Out of all the three surgeons I had from my previous c-section. I can say Dr. Bernhardt took care of me very well. Now everyone is different in pain tolerance, I can say that my two previous c section where a hard recovery. But with Dr. Bernhardt, my pain was so minimum and I was able to recover quick! I incision healed so quickly (of course I did my part too by following Dr. Orders). I healed faster compared to my two previous C-section. My previous two surgeons where great too. I prefer and recommend Dr. Bernhardt to all the “soon to be mommy’s”. He is such an awesome OBGYN, he made me comfortable and answered all my concerns!

Experiencia negativa: First visit to this ER was back in March & I dealt with nurses who lacked empathy for what I was dealing with medically at that specific time. Fast forward to last Sunday where I had to come here because the Kaiser in Murrieta did not have ultrasound machines & I had to deal with the same kind of staff once again. I was left in a room hooked up to an IV bag that had been empty for an hour and ten minutes. During this time two nurses came in along with a lab technician that all saw the bag was empty & didn’t bother to unhook me from the machine. The lab technician said she would be back with someone to help & nobody ever came back. I had to stand up in the middle of the doorway with the IV machine next to me for 5 minutes until a nurse randomly came out of a room & saw what was going on. Had I not have stood up who knows how much longer I would’ve sat in that room hooked up to an empty IV bag. Is this acceptable for a hospital to do to patients? When I asked the nurse why nobody came back for me for almost two hours, she said she had no idea I was in the room. Extremely unacceptable to not know where patients are within the hospital. If I’m paying $125 to be seen, then I expect good service. I will never come here again if I have to be seen in an emergency room. I’ll go to Riverside where the staff seems to know how to do their job. This place is the absolute pits and if I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. Also, the ER waiting room is disgusting. There was a trail of ants near where I was sitting & crumbs on the seats. So nasty for a hospital.

Went in for a pilonidal cyst, they took me seriously, procedure and x-rays done in less than 4 hours of arrival, asked nurse for painkillers and only had to wait 5m. The procedure went very smooth, despite my cyst barely surfacing and the physician having to go in blind, she hit it first try and drained the whole thing. One of the best emergency room experiences I've ever had, everyone was super nice. Triage took max 15 minutes, my phone was dead and I had to wait outside on some waaaaarm concrete to keep my pain in check and the guards were even fun to talk to, so I never got bored. 10/10 5 stars isn't accurate enough

Experiencia fantástica: Iv been to a few emergency rooms and I have to tell you this one is by far the best. The team was so caring and made me feel so comfortable for my situation. The surgery team Was also very nice and my OB made me feel like I was in good hands.The only one who wasn’t very nice or caring was the girl at the check in desk. I told her I was bleeding out and have been for the last hour and she had zero care in the world! she told me I could just stand if I didn’t wna sit she also was on a personal call when I came in. Not perfessional at all.

Experiencia fantástica: The best GI department! I have no words to express gratitude for GI Dr Ong and everything she’s done for me in the past year to help me eat again. Every medicine and procedure were exactly what I needed and I really liked that they are following new trends and I was able to get a medicine that was just approved by FDA for eosinophilic esophagitis. The whole department exactly knows what they are doing. When I get a medicine I expect to work right away and I was treated that way!

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my 2nd surgery with Dr. Lal (Orthopedic Surgeon). He absolutely the best there is as far as a foot surgeon. I am so blessed to have him as my Doctor. Not only is he excellent at his Profession, his bedside manners are outstanding! Before surgery, my pre-op nurse by the name of Stacey made me feel comfortable and at ease. On the same note, Manny, my post op nurse was so kind, he fed me ice chips after surgery, lol. I was impressed with the Surgical staff today! Thank you for helping me throughout this procedure. Also, Thank you Dr. Cheng, (Anesthesiologist) for making me laugh! Haha!

Experiencia fantástica: I was admitted to the M.V. Kaiser on Iris through the ED. I am truly amazed at the level of care I am receiving. (Hopefully i get out tomorrow) everyone from the Dr's in the E.D. and on the floor, all the nurses are absolutely fantastic a couple of my favorites Are Gerared and Vivian) . I was treated like a person not just a patient. All were very efficient and they quickly answered the call button and explained any questions I had. Made my unplanned stay good.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a small hospital that's still growing. You might want to be prepared to be patient and follow all health and safety protocols because the staff nurses and doctors are all fantastic. I recently had a shoulder surgery here and even the people who called me on the phone to do intake made me feel like family. The pre-op nurses are kind, the surgical nurses are capable and made me feel like I was in good hands. My surgeon and the anesthesiologist came and listened to my questions and made me feel comfortable. The post op recovery nurses are saints. I received a follow up phone call from my nurse to check on me and give me advice. I also just received a get well card in the mail signed by my nurses. I feel really well cared for and I can't express how dedicated and amazing the people are here.

I would probably had my gallbladder rupture if this doctor and this staff didn't take the time and evaluate me .like the doctor said just to make sure your good to go mr sell . Wow am glad they were there that night .I want to thank all the staff at this keiser permanently hospital. I would probably be dead if it wasn't for all of you . You are are heroes and deserve so much better than what we the community have done for all of you . Our loved one's time here was long, stressful, and many difficult decisions had to be made along the course of their medical treatment, but the quality of care and transparency we received makes up for any negative feelings we have after the outcome reached. The real heroes of 2020 are all the people we interacted with along our healthcare journey.

My father was a Kaiser Permanente patient, and I know they helped him extend his life. I started with it in 1997... the Positive Choice and Mental Health services have surely done the same for me.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband had surgery recently and was taken care of with the upmost care and respect by the entire kaiser team. Doctors and nurses gave him 5 star treatment. If there were higher stars I would. I'm so grateful and thankful for the outstanding care he received.

Experiencia fantástica: On September 12th, I walked into ER compaining of chest pain, and a past history of heart attacks. I can't say I remember too much of that day, but I was told Kaiser's staff had to revive me twice before I was transferred to Riverside Community Hospital for surgery. I have nothing but praise for the all the doctors, nurses and support staff that aided in my recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: I have to say that the service this hospital provided me was one of the best. I went there two weeks ago on Saturday due to throat hurting. As soon as I got there went to emergency room they took my information wait about 15min was called in seen by doctors. Was admitted due to acute tonsillitis. They took very good care of me, was happy with the staff of nurses, doctors everyone was really nice people doing a great job. The third floor staff of nurses were awesome. I will definitely recommend this hospital to anyone that is in need of care.

Experiencia fantástica: Had our son here seven weeks ago. Honestly didn’t know what to expect from this hospital as I never been there before and couldn’t do a tour because of COVID. I was induced and then had a C Section so I got to meet doctors, and lots of nurses. We received such a good care by the stuff. Everyone was professional and friendly. Few nurses, you can tell are just doing their job and others treat you like family. Thank you so much to all for taking care of us, listening to our concerns and making sure we understand what’s going on every step of labor and delivery. Your job is not easy but you do it well! Special thanks to nurse Sheena for being so kind and sweet, this hospital is lucky to have you.

Experiencia fantástica: ,Son had mononucleosis, swollen tonsils painful. Did not have to wait long at all in the ER. Great sevice. This incident happened at the end of March. In April i had to take his girl friend to ER at 4 : 11 am. She was seen, prescribed antibiotics for ear infection. We went to Walgreens after hours contracted with Kaiser pharmacy and left there at 5:11 am. Crazy. Never that fast with an appointment. Then my hubby went to ER with severe cough. It was pneumonia. They had him in a room on iv antibiotics in less than 3 hours. 70% of right lung infected. Stayed for a whole week. Very good service. Only compliant was after discharge, a charge RN on 3rd floor was rude on memorial day, my hubby was not given all his prescriptions. She acted as if ut was my fault. Dr came and hand wrote all of them to take to Walgreens. The only person rude for the entire week. Everyone else were great.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to ER at 9pm on a Friday night. Was taken into a room within 5 min. Staff was very professional and friendly. I was seen here one month ago for same medical problem. Nurses remembered me, and did everything to make me comfortable. Tests were ordered and run. All staff was really friendly. After 7 hrs I was able to go home. Before we went to the the ER at Kaiser hospital in Fontana, there I waited 7 1/2 hrs just to be seen. Staff was great, but very ER. Moreno Valley Kaiser is closer, both times on Friday nights , I was seen in less than 10 min. If you need an ER, please go here. Thanks you to the staff .

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had surgery at this very modern and clean facility. The check in nurse Valaire was very kind and efficient. Stacey was my surgery prep nurse. She was very professional and supportive. When I woke up after the surgery, I was greeted by recovery nurse Irene who sat with me the whole time. After I got home, I received a follow up call from the facility checking on my progress. The whole experience was stress free. My husband was given a pager, had access to a color coded information board tracking my progress, and met with my wonderful surgeon, Dr. Nelson. Well done Kaiser and my sincere thanks for you help! This facility is top notch.

Experiencia fantástica: Pre opt waiting wasn't awesome but their pre opt RN's are great!! There are some minor problem that happened on my surgery day but we appreciate that they took care of it and listened to our concerns..on the other hand Im wondering...how come I haven't receive any follow up call from the hospital since I got back home??? Overall experience in the hospital was overwhelming but the Nurses's care and professionalism are truly amazing! RN's Elijah and Peace-- thank you so much for the excellent service you both provided.Their CNA's and housekeeping staffs are great as well. Thank you also to my wonderful surgeon, Dr Tommy Dinh.
