Experiencia fantástica: I would like to share my experience with Kristine, my Physical Therapist. I had a knee replacement Kristine was very professional, very kind and very patient would definitely highly recommend Destiny home health agency.

Experiencia fantástica: Destiny Home Health Agency came to help my mom with nursing and PT after her hospitalization for pneumonia. The PT Brent and PTA Sam were great and my mom loved them. The nurse was also good, my mom just has a hard time letting nurses tell her when to take her medications. Overall great experience, quickly admitted and good communication with my mom’s doctor.

Experiencia fantástica: Johnny Kang LVN is my home health nurse, he is excellent! He explains everything in detail to me about what he is doing for me answers all my questions and provides excellent care to me. I would highly recommend Destiny Home Health Care to my family & friends. Johnny is a awesome nurse.

Experiencia negativa: Destiny Care isn't destiny it's its awful, My mom has CRPS and on some serious medication. Destiny Care ONLY cares about money not the patience.

Experiencia negativa: CHANGED MY 5 RATING TO A 1 RAITNG UMM Rachel the nurse is very unprofessional, she is very bossy and when you ask her a question or something she gets mad , I think her supervisor is gonna fire her, my mom didn't l/dont like her , she is coming again this week, we honestly don't want her in our house.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been receiving wound care from Destiny nurses for many months now. I am well treated by friendly and courteous professionals with every visit, and the office staff is wonderful. The nurses are conscientious and strive to follow the wound specialist's orders very carefully. I would recommend this service provider.

Experiencia fantástica: Destiny Home Health is number one in my book! From the in home nursing care to my amazing PT person, Kristine! Everyone was always very professional and helpful at each of my visits. Kristine was amazing with her physical therapy and she came 2 times each week. I know I wouldn’t have progressed as far or quickly had it not been for her! She challenged me and at the same time was always very encouraging. Thank you one and all at Destiny Home Health Agency! I highly recommend your services !

Experiencia fantástica: Home destiny is very helpful to keep my medications in order. They keep records of my vital numbers and give me advice on any issues that arise.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s been a while but Destiny was my father-in-law’s hospice provider. Sepsis was the culprit and their knowledge for degree of discomfort he would experience was great. They provided the proper medication and prompt with their visits. The care, dignity, respect displayed is amazing. Thank you Destiny Hospice.

Experiencia fantástica: This company has been attentive, professional and so kind to my mother and our family! When we call they actually return calls! They help us in some difficult situations that always seem to happen on a Friday or the weekend. I would highly recommend this company very good people!

Experiencia negativa: They dont note come prepared they always use the clients personal wound care supplies. They do not look at the wound and where to correctly place the exform, gauge and woind wrap. They are unhygienic with their materials they place scissors on the floor then use it on their client. The use the long the tail on the donkey method to guess the correct placement to wound care. One nurse had no idea what to do so she called Leila the office personal .. the woind specialist had notes from 6 months ago . One person is alright o have to argue with home to double check his wound placement. Every night I have to redo the wound care and that's how I know they place exform guage and wrap it incorrectly NOT WVEN ON THEIR WOUND . I should take a picture of their wound care . One dropped the bloodily bucket on the bathroom floor and as the caregiver I cleaned it up. There so unhygienic . I NEED TO TAKE A PICITRE OF how the different nurses and lvn place their wound Not even passable .

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to thank Destiny Home Health , I had knee replacement surgery on January 24th, a friday. After I was sent home, I was contacted by Destiny, that I was to get home visits. On the first visit Racheal, was very concerned about my condition. As I had developed blood blisters on my leg. She changed the dressing. And told me Robert would see me and check on me in two days. Again Robert was very professional. Changed my dressing. Each time Destiny visited, I was asked how I felt. I felt like I was being treated, very well. I am very happy with the services of Destiny. I even received calls, from Racheal, to ask how I was progressing. Thank you to all the support personnel. I liked that I was called the day before a visit, to let me know an approximate time, the visit would be.

Experiencia fantástica: My mom has been on hospice with Destiny for over a year due to progressive dementia. Her care has been superior, all of her needs have been met, and my sister and i even get calls to see how we are doing and concerns regarding our handling of this terrible disease. They are top rated in my family!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband, Gary, was sent home with stage 4 incurable cancer on September 26 and destiny hospice was here the next day. All beds, etc were here the following day. They were here whenever I needed them. Gary passed away on November 8. They were here at 4 in the morning for me. Maria stayed until he was removed from my home. I would have been lost without them. Thanks to Destiny Hospice for all they did for us..

Experiencia fantástica: This is about their hospice nurse, Tina Cuff. She’s very professional in what she does and is always on top of her resident’s care. I recommend her if you’re looking into this hospice.

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to say Thank you to all of Destiny Home / Palliative / and Hospice Care , For taking such Wonderful care of my Husband he always spoke highly from Owner to all the Staff that came to our house ♥️ I Sincerely say Thank you as well . You all were Family to us ☺ Unfortunately I lost my Husband June 23 . Again we LOVED Each and Everyone of you . Valerie and Stan RIP

Experiencia fantástica: MY DAD HAD A STROKE A FEW MONTHS AGO AND WAS REFEREED TO THIS COMPANY, THE THERAPIST JOHN DID A GOOD JOB HELPING HIM TO GET HIS MOBILITY BACK, AND THE NURSE THAT CAME OUT TO SEE HIM WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE , MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY PLEASANT FROM THE INTAKE STAFF TO THE SOCIAL WORKER , IF THEIR WAS ANY MORE STARS TO GIVE ILL GIVE IT TO THEM.
