Experiencia fantástica: I've had my father for a month in this place and the care has been extremely special, from the reception to the nurses in charge. Thank you very much.

Experiencia negativa: There really bad I got a bed sore from them when I got home had to go to a hospital because it was so bad I'll never go there again

Experiencia negativa: First time here due to having bleeding stroke,I'm uncomfortable some of my goodies that my boys brought me from home are gone even my trident gum .some of the nurses are very nice and kind there was one nurse not saying guy or girl but was very rude and disrespectful to me

Experiencia negativa: Terrible communication. As an RN I would not recommend. Spoke with Carol (?) over the phone. Kept forwarding my calls. Asked her to give me information on a patient I was taking care of in the hospital setting. She hung up on me the first time, then forwarded my calls after(4 times). Proceeded to use another number and she answered the line, when she found out it was me and I told her I didn’t appreciate what she was doing , she placed me on hold and proceeded to forward my calls. It’s basic information we get all the tint from facilities. This was today, Sunday, so I get less staff but still not acceptable.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is The best! All of the staff are very Professional, kind, caring, clean and really care about their patients and treat them like their own loved ones. The facility is very Clean and peaceful. All of the clients/patients are happy and thriving. I have never seen anyone unhappy or neglected. There are lots of activities and the food is amazing. My brother has been a client/patient here for a few months and he has done nothing but progress with Quality care. I am absolutely shocked that reviews reflect only 2 1/2 stars at this point because this facility deserves 20 stars

Experiencia negativa: Don’t use this rehab. Not only are they under investagation they will be held responsible for stealing the meds from a discharged patient. They stole his norcos. Got caught and brought out half My patient has been in pain and out of pills. How dare them I’m pressing charges. Oh ya he is a diabetic and they didn’t prepare the right food Didn’t even know he was on a special diet. If you want to die go there

Experiencia negativa: Leave it to me I wouldn't of even given them one star , people if you have family there please she€k on them , I had to demand that my Son to be removed from there , he was a passenger in a bad ¢ar a¢¢ident on De¢ 29 th , 2023 with his ne¢k being broke and he couldn't talk good due to that reason and of a Traich having to be pla¢ed in his ne¢k , also we was told that he wasn't gonna be able to walk again , the hospital where he was airlifted him to sent him to this place to where my first visit seeing my son they had him laying in bed full of soil all over his sheets and not on¢e but numeral times this had happened to see ¢oming there . . I was also told to bring him a pair of sweatpants or shorts and a button up shirt for him to wear for therapy whi€h I did . . . Due to me and him not liking their service I had to get home move , they moved him to a near by hospital but never did they send his property , so who I went and visited home at the hospital I stopped by Wood¢rest to get his things , and his New button up shirt that I bought wasn't in his property . . Or his purple nozzle that goes on his Train¢h , I didn't realize his shirt was gone til I made it home later that night . . The people there does not take care of the patients good and they are very careless on how they handle the patients , when it was time to turn my son , they would let the head part down to low to where it was hurting his ne¢k and he would make noise and try to tell them the dis¢omfort that he was in ¢ause also it wouldn't effe¢t his breathing , and they wouldn't ¢are , they'll just ignore him and do whatever they wanted to do , if you ask me they need to shut the pla¢e down , all the staff do is sit in the stations gossiping and laughing is all theye do , when ¢alling up there to see how my son was doing , they barely would answer the phones , so you literally have to go up there , i was so disappointed how this pla¢e was so un professional to when it disgusted me as well as they're staff . PLEASE ! Pass this pla¢e up and look for a better pla¢e , they just getting paid and not really getting a good treatment and ¢ared for , and the staff has a very nasty attitude as well .

Experiencia negativa: If it's possible to do minus stars this place would be -10, my mom was taken there after a stroke and stent, she was placed in a bed which she is unable to get herself out of at the moment. After continued requests to go to the bathroom were ignored she ended up going in her bed, and was left for 8 hours in her own urine and diarrhea, with no food, no water, and no medication which was ordered, when my family got there to see her in the morning she had declined mentally and physically from the total lack of care in less than a 12 hour period, all the employees were interested in was her stuff that she brought with her,. Boy doing inventory of her belongings was a priority over care. HORRIBLE place and I am reporting to the State and to Kaiser who placed her there. We took her out against doctors orders and found another place far better. It's all in the management and shame on those in charge, the caliber of people you hire is atrocious. Awful how you all treat our elderly so poorly!

Experiencia negativa: My name is Sabrina Guynes. My husband was transferred to this facility we left 3 days later! . Due to what I’ve experienced at this facility, I have made it my personal goal to become a patient advocate. There were some Nurses & CNA’s who truly care for the clients there. There were some higher ranked individuals there who truly wanted to make things better and tried! But I believe they were bullied to not implement certain strategic plans of action incorporated to keep the same mistakes from happening over and over again by some of the nurses there. Please people… UNDERSTAND you have a voice. If your loved one has been placed in a scenario that is not conducive to helping he/she become whole/healthy and motivated spiritually speak up and seek help and guidance from outside entities! DO NOT BE BULLIED! Here’s hoping some of these evil employees not all , are well on their way to the unemployment line!

Estuve en este bello lugar post aceite y después em rehab los físico terapeutas Con un gran profesionalismo.. Experiencia fantástica: Woodcrest post acute & rehabilitation is a great facility with such friendly staff. Anna Deutsch in social services is very welcoming and sweet. I would definitely trust Anna with my family and mutual patients.

Experiencia fantástica: had the pleasure of interacting with the staff at Woodcrest Post Acute, and I'm thrilled to share that staff treat you like family. Throughout my interactions, I saw the outstanding care that was beeing provided to each patient. I can see the love ❤️ and how the staff cares for everyone that walks in the door.

Experiencia fantástica: My Mom have a surgical procedure on March, 2023 was send to rehabilitation to woodcrest clinic. All the personal are loving and caring people. I want to specially thank Anna Deutsch social services for all the help she's been provided to my family , assisting us on all our concerns as an excellent professional.

Experiencia positiva: Was treated with respect and dignity, the nursing staff and Cna's are amazing. Amber my daytime nurse was awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: Anna social worker from Woodcrest post acute and rehab has been so great on being on top of things! Shes easy to get in contact with. Families speak highly of her. She is very welcoming gave me a tour of the facility and when i was on tour of the facility everyone in the hallway smiled and said hi.

Experiencia fantástica: This is an organized and clean place. I have interacted with nurses and Ms Anna Deutsch social services worker who have been helpful. Anna is available and advocates for the residents' needs to be met.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I stepped into the spacious lobby with tasteful artwork and comfortable furnishings I was greeted by a beautiful young women at the front desk named Jennifer Obritz. Her bright smile and professionalism made me feel welcome and at ease. I was directed to my mother's room and once I met her nurses, Finesse and Jessica I was able to feel why so many choose this facility for the Hospice of their loved ones. Even the night nurses such as Justine were kind, helpful and full of energy. I will treasure the experience and advise anyone who is considering the best of care for their loved ones to contact Magnolia Rehabilitation Nursing Center in Riverside California.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow. The new management has really put a lot of effort into the facility. I am so impressed by the remodeling and the nurses that work there now. I can’t recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: My best buddy was there for like 2 weeks a few weeks ago. And I visited him almost daily and stayed for hours. I have no complaints. I believe the staff did their best for him. They didn’t seem to run out of compassion. My buddy who’s a Vietnam vet moved on to another rehab facility but not because he’s dissatisfied w the service at Magnolia. He just wanted to be in a Vet facility together w his fellow Vietnam warriors. In his and my behalf, thanks for taking good care of him. Keep up the good noble work, Magnolia!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I broke my hip a couple weeks ago and had to have a total hip replacement. When I was to be released from the hospital I could not even stand, let alone walk a few steps. My case worker at the hospital suggested that I go to Magnolia Rehab to have PT and OT and get stronger before I go home. I agreed. The staff there was absolutely amazing! My OTs and PTs were diligent in working with me every day to make me stronger and preparing me for when I was ready to go home. The CNA's and nurses were so kind and attentive. They treated me with respect and I can say that after being there for one week, I had learned everything I needed to so I could continue healing at home. I highly recommend Magnolia Rehab!

Experiencia fantástica: My father was in this facility for 3 weeks in Station 1 to rehabilitate from hip surgery. THIS PLACE WAS AWESOME!!! The WHOLE staff was engaged, compassionate, helpful, and kind. The Physical Therapist were great! He got physical and occupational everyday. I cannot say enough about this place!! OUTSTANDING!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: So Far we are really happy with my father-in-laws care, the staff are nice and we are able to get answers to all our questions. They have got him up and walking from being totally incapacitated. The dietary staff cater to his needs. The nursing staff are wonderful and very caring. The facility is clean and welcoming (home like) I would recommend this facility. Just remember having stars is not a way to pick a facility going in and talking to the staff and seeing the residents and feeling comfortable knowing your loved one is being taken care of is the way to pick a facility.
