Saint Thomas Outpatient Rehabilitation

Experiencia fantástica: I was extremely impressed by the amazing service I received at this PT rehabilitation center. I felt like I was treated with respect and care. Had my injury assessed for a second opinion and very thankful I did so!! I would recommend PT to anyone in need going to this facility!

Experiencia negativa: Dont use saint thomas outpatient my daughter went there since 2 years old (now 6) and instead of placing her with another speech therapist when her other moved they basically moved us to a "waiting list" with no intentions on getting us back in... They knew about the therapist planning on moving and should have started moving patients around then...instead they waited until she moved and left me waiting for months telling me they are looking to hire another therapist ..months later i find out that was evidently a lie and they were never planning on hiring a replacement..so we basically were kicked to the curb after attending this place for 5 years and they were not apologetic one bit ... Im almost certain they took in new patients before placing the original patients with a therapist first .... Very unprofessional

Experiencia negativa: If you need something minor this could be sufficient, but if you need anything more this place is completely worthless. I have MS and although they advertise that they are able to handle neurological disorders they didn't have one damn clue how to help me, other than referring me to home health services because they're probably used to people with easy problems and I stressed them out, not even a hint of motivation to help. Getting medical records from them (I dealt with ANITA JONES) is a similar sad story of laziness or incompetence or both. The only reason they should have one star instead of ZERO is that their OT assistant Angie was upbeat and seemed motivated to help in the short time I was there. Otherwise it's a festering hellhole scam garbage fire place.

Experiencia fantástica: My son Dougie has definitely improved in speech and with his sensory issues since we started bringing him in April! He is finally starting to form sentences thanks to Angela! He has also developed his own routine and is doing much better with activities and events we do day to day thanks to Angie and her wonderful intern Hannah! I 100% recommend seeing these ladies if your child has speech or sensory issues. They have changed our lives for the better.
