Experiencia fantástica: Top notch PT and even better human beings. Mason, Jess, Naomi, Josh, Tee make this place. I had shoulder surgery and the individual attention was incredible. Not only did they pay attention to my shoulder, but asked about past surgeries on my knees and incorporated exercises to help make sure my knees were not an issue. Even more pertinent, I was most concerned about my golf game, so not only did they follow the post op plans, but Mason had me bring a club in on certain days and work golf specific exercises. This level of attention simply doesn’t happen at other places. When I had to switch times they made it easy and when I was with Jess, she picked up right where Mason left off, and vice versa. They even took time to get to know me, and we talked about my home town (LBC), tattoos, life, the farm, shared pics, you name it. Just awesome, especially when you spend many mornings at 0700 with them! Thanks for being a great PT facility and awesome people. Love y’all and my apologies as this was long overdue. Danny

They did great job with me (total hip replacement), and I have seen Mason work with a two year old and an eighty year old and was very impressed.

During my rehab period, I had an additional surgery, and they called to check on me during that period, and even once more a month or two after my program ended to make sure things were still feeling great. The therapy itself is going to be pretty similar for my type of rehab but it's the people that make the difference. They are professional but also extremely nice and caring. Experiencia fantástica: Best Physical Therapy I have ever received! They are attentive and hands on with every step of therapy and sincerely involved with follow up care at home. Most PT offices have you come in and do the work on your own which I have always disliked and thus never completed physical therapy, but here you benefit from the exercises being interactive and the manual therapy provided by each PT which has led me to requesting additional PT because for the first time I experienced true Physical Therapy with a knowledgeable team and results that I'm able to feel and build on. Thank you Pacific Pro and Mason for your healing and expertise! 10/10 would recommend ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I started seeing Mason after my first marathon and in preparation for my 2nd. What started as strengthening my knee moved to rehabbing my ankle after I (badly) injured it. I was SO thankful I was currently in PT when it happened...not only was I able to resolve the initial pains, but we worked on mobility, ankle strength, even core. Everything I needed to successfully complete the next race. I'm stronger than I've ever been, owing a large part of the to Mason and his staff. Super professional, very friendly...you end up looking forward to the visits, rather than fearing them. I'll no doubt injure myself again in the future, so they will be seeing me again at some point.

Both PT’s, Mason & Jessica, have been phenomenal with my daughter. All the PTA’s are excellent as well. Everyone is very professional & knowledgeable, and it shows in the progress my daughter has made during her time in physical therapy. I have no doubt that when her final two weeks in therapy are done, she will be ready to get back on the court and enjoy the game of basketball, stronger than she was before!

Experiencia fantástica: This has been the best possible situation for my ACL recovery. I spent 10 years in the customer service industry and 7 years in and running a healthcare company. My standards for customer service are usually unreasonably high, but not for Mason and his team at PacPro Murfreesboro. From the very first day I started in my recovery and every session since Mason and his staff have been top notch. While I wont include names just to keep everyone confidential I will mention each person individually. The front desk staff member is excellent, she is kind, helpful, very on top of her work and a real pleasure at every visit. One of the techs on site is wonderful individual who also suffered an ACL tear and her story about her recovery and advice has always been motivating and exciting. Another tech I worked with on my very first visit did not see me for a couple of weeks due to our schedules being off and she picked right back up where we left off as soon as she saw me. What a wonderful thing it was to feel a part of the family in that way. Another awesome individual in that clinic is a young man who just moved from California. He is so helpful but also is sure to push me to not be lazy in my recovery. He is a fellow runner and is always keeping me motivated to continue working hard in my recovery. What a beast!!!! Of course Mason runs the show around here and his team follows his lead. Always personable with each and every client in the office as well as always being helpful and attentive to each patient. Mason knows there is a fine line in my recovery between pushing me to get better and pulling me back to be safe along the way. In truth if there was a model for how a PT clinic should run this would be it. A shining light in a place where folks are struggling and I cant be thankful enough for this team. In 2 months I am going to run my first mile in over 8 months and it will be with this staff and I cant be happier to be a part of that family. Lets Go Pac Pro!!!!

Some places have been better than others, but after coming here to PacificPro and having Mason as my physical therapist, I realize what a truly GREAT therapist is. I cannot stress enough how amazing he is. He knows more and has done more work with me than all therapists and offices over the years, combined. Seriously. He's also extremely compassionate, encouraging, excellent at actually listening and a truly beautiful soul. I have never been so completely at ease and comfortable while doing "uncomfortable physical therapy". I cannot recommend him enough. Also, Naomi is just as special and beautiful. She's the sweetest and is so very special. Her light shines bright and my day is always brightened when I see her.

Experiencia fantástica: I had surgery on my knee. The muscles were weak and I had little extension. After working with Mason, I got my extension back and strengthened all the muscles in my legs. Mason always made sure I was completing my physical therapy exercises correctly. He also changed up the routine often so that all the different muscles fired. I highly recommend PacificPro. Also, Naomi at the front desk is an added gem.

The staff are top notch that truly have a heart for people. They are not just going through the motions. They are very intentional on building a relationship along with building your health. Mason expects each one of his patients to succeed and grow to full potential. I have been seen five times as I write this review. I was so much better after visit one! I highly recommend this place for your physical therapy needs. *They also have packages for those who are self pay and need help. This was such a blessing to my family.

I get to work with the therapist, Mason, every session and there are very few routine or monotonous activities between sessions. He appreciates the activities I need to do in real life aren’t routine or restricted to a gym setting and finds ways to ensure my therapy prepares me for that. He tailors each session to my current state on the day and seeks to challenge me in a productive but safe way. Just one example I’d fallen and strained my knee before my session one day, so instead of the obstacle course he’d planned for me that day he instead focused on treating the strain and activities I could do without hurting it more. Naomi is not only extremely nice and goes out of her way to make sure I can get the schedule I need to accommodate work, but is also right there to help when I need it, I never even have to ask. I had neuropathy and mobility limitations and needed a laminectomy. Pre and post-surgery, I’ve seen obvious and consistent progress in my abilities with this program and am so thankful for everything they’ve done for me.

Somehow I managed to tear the meniscus in both knees, which left me having to hold on to walls or counters to walk around my house and eventually using a cane. After being treated at PacificPro I have regained strength and muscle in both legs and rarely need the cane. I feel confident and strong again. Dr Mason is so knowledgeable, encouraging and tough!! Ohh it hurts so good!! Naomi, the front desk manager, is friendly and accommodating with my schedule. She always greets me with a smile. I definitely recommend PacificPro

Experiencia fantástica: I am so very thankful for the entire team at the Lake Elsinore location. I had two knee surgeries, back to back. So needless to say, I was in a ton of pain and pretty apprehensive about doing physical therapy! Yet from the moment I walked in to begin, I knew that I was in very good hands. Mark, Erin and Amanda are the incredible physical therapist that are beyond kind, yet willing to push you very hard to be healed. All three of them are incredibly knowledgeable, and will do whatever it takes to help you work through till you get good movement again. Brianna and Matt are the two aids who keep everything running smoothly on the floor, both with a very sweet and helpful attitude always willing to help you out with whatever you need. At the front desk is Amber, she handles all the financials and appointments, with great dignity and professionalism. The location is always clean and well kept. You never feel hurried or insignificant, rather they take very good care of you consistently. It is very refreshing to see a group of people working together so well, that truly seem to really enjoy one another, us the clients and what they do for a living! The added bonus is that even the people who come there to receive physical therapy are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Erin and her staff do an incredible job, I highly recommend this place! Due to the staff at Pacific pro Lake Elsinore recovering well and I give all the credit to this incredible team! So very blessed to have found this place!
