Experiencia negativa: I was trying to give Magnolia a second chance after already being burnt once by them. I went in for a mold toxicity test and was told they had a combined package for $350 with food allergy test as well. I went in and did all there testing and then waited 3 weeks for results. To find out that the mold toxicity test was never done and according to them I was misinformed. This was the whole reason for the visit for me. I spent $350 on a test that I didn't receive and had to save up to even get. They didn't seem willing to correct it by giving me the correct test unless I repaid for everything as well as all the other stuff they were trying to add onto it.

They’d already helped my Mother in Law and I figured it was time to do real bloodwork and get to the bottom of why I was so tired all the time. Within a week I finally knew that I had pre diabetes, Hashimoto’s and high cholesterol just to name a few. Experiencia negativa: Too long, didn’t read: too expensive considering they may not be able to help. My primary reason for going to MMC was that I had gained 30lbs in 4 years, and I was convinced it was hormone related. My weight gain was my chief complaint. Prior to first visit, I’m asked to watch an hour long video. I did. A lot of the info went over my head but I was convinced of the knowledge so I proceeded to first visit… First visit was with the owner. He put on presentation that included DNA visuals, graphs, a lot of science. He made me feel like he knew what he was doing, I felt seen and heard. Second visit was with the other owner, and her job was to get me to sign on the dotted line. The options were to pay in full or finance through a third party credit source - but regardless MMC was getting paid in full, or I wasn’t being seen. That red flag should have stopped me there. My paid in full amount was just north of $8,000. Yes, I should have known better but I paid it, because I was desperate. THIS IS WHERE I THINK THEY’RE CULPABLE. People who are desperate to know what’s going on with their bodies. I trusted MMC, I feel let down. So, what do you get for $8,000 1. Some tests: digestive, hormone, sibo, food allergy, etc. 2. A 3x/ monthly meeting (mostly by phone) with a dietitian and a health coach. I’m not impressed with either to be honest. The dietitian continued to recommend an AIP diet, it seems like that is the only tool in her tool belt. I can google that info, shouldn’t have cost me $8,000. Here are my suggestions for MMC: 1. Don’t charge such an asinine amount of money if you can’t guarantee you can help. It’s ok to say you can’t help, but I’m not sure you all are capable of saying that. I don’t do negative reviews. But I’m so disappointed with my experience, I feel like I need to give a heads up. Live and learn.

Experiencia negativa: I can not express the dissatisfaction with this facility enough. My daughter was diagnosed with Hashimotos disease years ago. She came to this facilty with desperate hopes of helping her. She wasted so much money on nonsense and her symptoms were never resolved or helped. Her Hashi antibodies stayed super high the whole time she attended this facility. When she moved out of state and went to new doctors, they treated her and her Hashimotos is nearly gone. She has 1 antibody and has lost weight that she desperately wanted /needed to lose. I will say that this place does have nice people and nice doctors but if it's something such as a disease or more serious than just a little gut issue/etc, I would not come here.

This was the best advice I've ever received and going to Dr. Morris at Magnolia Medical Center had turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. I have made more progress with my health and well being than years of diet and exercise, and I finally feel like I am in control. I'm 45 and feel better than I did in my 20's because I've gotten my diet 100% dialed in. I can't recommend the staff enough and believe everyone could benefit from the services they offer. Experiencia fantástica: Let me start by saying this clinic is amazing! I have struggled with neck pain and severe numbness for years, but thanks to Magnolia I feel amazing! Six years ago I was told by a surgeon that I had severe spinal stenosis in my neck and if I did not have my disk replaced I would be in a wheelchair within 5 years. Having heard all of the horror stories of back and neck surgeries I decided to live with the pain and not do the surgery. Although I did not end up in a wheelchair the symptoms did worsen over time to the point that I was having debilitating headaches everyday on top of the neck pain and numbness. I was taking eight ibuprofen a day just to take the edge off so I could function. It was at this point someone I know referred me to Magnolia Medical center. Having convinced myself there was nothing that could be done and surgery may be my only option I was hesitant to call, but after some convincing by my wife I finally made the call. One of the best decisions I ever made! I scheduled my consultation and from the 1st minute I stepped foot in the clinic I felt very comfortable as if I already knew the team. We discussed my symptoms and after reviewing my X-rays the team very confidently told me they could help. I was still skeptical but the excitement of possibly being pain free outweighed my skepticism. I decided to sign up for a 10 week treatment plan and started the next day. After the 1st week of treatment I already started to see a difference and as time went on I felt better and better. By the time I finished my 10 weeks my headaches, neck pain, and numbness were pretty much gone. I feel like a new person! The Magnolia team was amazing from the front desk to the rehab floor. It is very obvious that Magnolia team is passionate about helping people!

Experiencia fantástica: I have serious back and neck problems from an accident. I have been for PT and chiropractic one at a time thru workers Comp for years and had to finally use my insurance to try to find someone that could help me. Workers Comp would approve PT for a few weeks. Then they would approve chiropractic for a few weeks. Then I would have to wait a few months before they would approve more. At PT they did not want to touch me. When the exercises did not work they made excuses and wanted me to pay for more treatments then workers Comp would pay for. Which I did. At the chiropractors they were very aggressive about a one year finance program. But the visits did not fix my problems either. I met some great people at several PT locations, and chiropractic locations. The problem was they all over time and after a lot of money did not give me hope to get better. All they ended up promising, was to maintain where I was. When I went to Magnolia Medical Center. I described where I hurt and what caused me severe muscle spasms. Then they proceeded to touch and point out problem areas that was causing my issues. Nobody else did this. To my surprise they established a plan for improvement. It was not a 3 year plan or even a 1 year plan. I was shocked at how confident they were with their 10 week plan. To my surprise they used PT, Chiropractic, therapeutic massage, machines I had never seen or heard of at any of the other places and TPI injections into targeted problem areas that turned out to be a miracle part of my improvement! They established pt treatments that I could do with my pain areas, and loss of range of motion. They hit their targeted improvements within their plan! Let me repeat that. They got measurable improvements in the targeted program they put together for me!!! The one thing I can’t get back is all the years I lost with treatments at other locations that were only promising to maintain If you are reading this and you want to have hope and see improvements that everybody else told me over time could not happen. You need to call Magnolia Medical Center! Everybody else started off with a plan with no dates for set improvements. But promised improvements. They then said I didn’t get there in a day and it was going to take longer than a day to get better. This was after a year at one chiropractic office I went to. Then they said I was going to have to be satisfied with maintaining where I was when I didn’t get better. Which did not happen either! I was getting worse! Your time is valuable and to get the best treatments for your situation. I recommend you only call Magnolia Medical Center. The staff is great and always positive. They don’t just give you a plan. But they encourage you as you work the plan. They are not just people who treat you. They really care for you. It shows in their actions and how they rejoice with you as you hit targeted goals. They now feel like extended family to me. One last thing. I have the same insurance that I had when I went to the other places for treatment. What shocked me the most is that I pay less out of pocket with Magnolia Medical Center than I paid during my other treatments that did not work! We are taking 300% less! I was so impressed that I now have my wife coming here for help with chronic pain. It took her a little longer to hit the sweet spot where you realize that you are no longer hurting in a problem area. I can’t tell you the joy I felt when one day she said…you know that pain I have in my hips. I just realized it’s not hurting anymore! That’s why I have no problem with recommending Magnolia Medical Center!

I have felt welcomed from the first very phone call I made to obtain information about setting up an appointment. I look forward to coming to my appointments and have found so much value in the steps I've taken to heal with their guidance thus far. They have a plan of attack and do a lot of testing. Their first test fixed an issue I had for I don't know how long... even after going to many other doctors before them. They are like a beehive, all working in conjunction to aid in your recovery, from the front desk to the back offices. Their infusions are fabulous. when I was having my infusion, I was placed in the physical therapy area, where I watched the wonderful care and attention they gave to every person there. Experiencia fantástica: For years, I've been searching for a Functional Medicine office that was professional and effective. I believe I have found it in Magnolia Medical Center. My initial appointment was a most pleasant experience. I had asked for a chiropractic adjustment when I booked the appt and they were able to make that happen. Dr. Cramer is very thorough and effective, but also, gentle. For the first time in months, I had almost zero pain. I return next week for my full evaluation, and I am looking forward to getting more information on how we will proceed. I probably should have waited until at least 2 or 3 visits in before writing a review, but I'm so pleased, I simply had to write a "first impressions" review! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Amy and Savannah were so helpful, as were Darryl (xray) and the nurse practitioner, Kristina. I have always believed that the human body is capable of healing itself, in the proper environment, with the proper guidance. I'm hopeful for the first time in a long time, that I have found my place to address several issues that conventional medicine was unable to correct.

That was my 1st clue that they knew what they were doing. When I first started my therapy I had individual instructions to guide me through the steps of my own personal therapy. It was a gradual process but I could certainly tell a difference pretty quickly. When I arrived, I couldn’t do any of my normal daily activities- sit, sleep, drive, put on pants, etc. Before I reached the 1/2 way point of my therapy, everyone In the office knew my name and I knew theirs. They have a smile for you when you come in and when you leave. If you aren’t sure where to go for any therapy for your back, neck, knees, hips, etc., Magnolia Medical Center should be your1st choice. Hilary and Angela are amazing they have always been willing to take time to answer my questions and make sure I am comfortable with, and understand my treatments. They have helped me so much in my goal of reaching my goal of good health. I haven't been doing the rehabilitation for long but I am already seeing positive change in that area of my health as well. The rehabilitation team is wounderful and so easy to work with. They really do care about getting their clients to their best levels of health!

Experiencia fantástica: I was experiencing severe neck pain and spasms between by shoulder blade when I was recommended to visit Magnolia Medical Center. I was advised to do 12 weeks of physical therapy, which my insurance covered the majority. After my 12 weeks, there was a vast improvement in my pain and I haven't had a back spasm in years. The tools/stretches they teach you during physical therapy leave a lasting impression. Highly recommend them!

They are very focused on their patients. I came across Magnolia Medical through social media and decided to research them and look further into what they offered. Hilary and Angela are an amazing team and worked tirelessly to get to the root of my joint pain, headaches, digestion issues, brain fog and all the other things I had assumed were due to menopause. They have been my biggest cheerleaders as I have navigated 2021 with new habits, new tools for success, and a game plan for a healthy, pain free life going forward. I just can’t thank them enough for their life changing work. The Physical Medicine department is great as well. Being a Physical Therapist Assistant myself, I already knew how important movement is to healthy living, and they didn’t disappoint. I even ALMOST began to like having my spinal adjustments done. I truly just can’t say enough great things about Magnolia Medical. It’s a huge investment and commitment in time and money, but WELL WORTH IT!

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I even begin in saying just how amazing Magnolia is? I came here because of chronic headaches and migraines. I was getting to the point where I was having them weekly and it was absolutely miserable. My Mom passed away from a brain hemorrhage so I knew that getting this taken care of was in my best interest. Not only did I get a program suited just for me and what was going on with my body, but I feel like I gained a second family here. The staff are so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and want you feeling your very best. Once you graduate from the program, you're able to take what you've learned and apply it at home. I'm honestly sad that I've graduated because it was great getting to see everyone on a weekly basis, but I no longer have the chronic headaches and migraines I did when I first stepped foot in their door. If the medications you're on aren't working for your aches and pains, I HIGHLY SUGGEST you come to Magnolia. You won't regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: Magnolia Medical Center My program at Magnolia has been one of the best decisions since my cancer surgery. My oncologist had heard from others of some helpful programs. I’m going to say right at the top that the staff is wonderful and my emotional self worth increased by 70%. I initially went for neuropathy pain that was helped some but my core strength increased immensely. My flexibility is much better, along with the amazing improvement I made through trigger point injections. They also have chiropractic care that brings relief. Experiencia fantástica: I literally had no idea what to expect when I walked into MMC for my first few appointments. I had never seen anything like it: everyone kind & friendly, having their part to play in the care of each patient. I am three weeks in to my treatment, and I feel like I am part of the family. I am confident in what I’m doing and feeling stronger every day. The whole staff blows me away daily with their knowledge of how the human body works. I truly learn something new every time I go. (I ask A LOT of questions!!) I believe when the body is positioned where it’s supposed to be, then your overall health will greatly improve. I know they believe that to their core at Magnolia, and I feel the healthiest I have felt in years!! Besides all the incredible care, the staff have very quickly become some of my favorite people. We have nearly eliminated the headaches and, as long as I continue my exercises, the neck and back pain as well. The people at magnolia are amazing. I felt like part of the family from the first visit. They are some of the friendliest people I know while still pushing you to get a little better every day. I highly recommend them for all your chiropractic needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely Great place for what ailed me, I needed pain relief to my knees, chiropractic adjustments and my whole physical core back to somewhat normal. They drew up a proposal and insurance paid for most of it. Yes 30 visits total but well worth it, the staff is all the time positive. A young and very knowledgeable staff throughout. A few more visits and I am graduating from my 30 visits and in much better shape than when i first started my program. Give them a try, I am 110% happy with Magnolia Medical Center.

After going to Magnolia Medical Center, I was able to learn a lot of techniques and stretches to sustain the pain, which eventually went away. I also felt very welcomed going to the clinic because the staffs were tremendously sweet and encouraging each time I went! It truly is a place of healing and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone seeking chiropractic, physical therapy, or rehabilitation!
