Experiencia fantástica: Dr Green is amazing. I don’t understand the negative reviews. The office staff has always been extremely kind. The nurses and drs are top notch.
Experiencia fantástica: Had a very nice appointment. Everyone was very nice and respectful. I am looking foward to working with them and I'm positive if I do my part I will come out better for it. They seem to have a very good plan of action to treat my issues.
Experiencia negativa: When I can get an appointment there, I am happy with the people that work there. However, I am in acute back pain right now and the first time I can get in is in a month from now. Being that they are a pain management center, I feel that they should do better than that.
Experiencia fantástica: I finally found a doctors office to go to that has offered me the help I need living daily with scoliosis I have had since I was 13. They have helped me manage the pain I live with so I can do what I need to with less pain. Wonderful doctors and staff.
Experiencia fantástica: I love seeing Dr. Green. The entire staff at her office has been amazing. They are very professional and kind from the moment you walk in to the time you walk out. She's done ablasions and multiple injections for me and has amazing bed side manner through out the entire process
Experiencia fantástica: I am not sure we're all the negative reviews she for, maybe they didn't get what they wanted first visit not sure, maybe they were the rude ones. This place and people there have been nothing but nice and thoughtful and most of all caring. Don't listen to some of the reviews, try for yourself. Remember if some folks ain't happy they try and spread it around and try to ruin other folks reputations. Always form your own opinion
Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Green could give shots in back that was virtually painless and I don't do pain well.. She's the greatest. The staff at the main office was so friendly and helpful. Lindsey Winton at the Manchester office and the staff was very nice and helpful also. Can't imagine anyone giving them anything less.
Experiencia negativa: Called for an appointment and were told we would need a referral, ok no problem. BUT, the lady proceeded to tell me nobody at that facility would see my husband until he paid his balance and made us out to be deadbeats that don't pay our bills!! I can't pay a bill I don't know about that is from an eye surgery 4 years ago!! No problem, we'll take our money and business to a provider who bills insurance properly and employees people who have some manners. I'll gladly pay what I owe if I know about it. And is this what our healthcare system is more concerned with?? Money instead of treating patients who need medical assistance. Shame on you MMC.
Experiencia negativa: I wouldn't even give them one star but there isn't a zero rating the Dr I had was rude and very unprofessional because I wouldn't let them do blocks and ablations he got mad said I was Dr shopping. I have only been in 6 different clinic's since 1999 he was only there to get as much out of Medicare as he possibly could and treat everyone like a piece of pond scum if they wouldn't do the treatment. Don't go too MMC in Manchester TN.
Experiencia fantástica: I am surprised by the reviews here. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I was looking to leave another clinic who told me there was nothing else they could do for me but give me medicine. I didn't need medicine, I needed to find solutions that weren't solely based on that. Dr. Young is courteous, prompt, intelligent and has good bedside manner. He took me seriously and when I needed to get injections/ablation and needed to be sedated (due to a horrible experience at another clinic), he referred me out for the service without judgement despite providing those services (w/o sedation) in his office. He also prescribed me PT and responds to my emails promptly. Most doctors ask nurses to respond to all of their messages. And while nurses have responded a couple of times, Dr. Young responded to one himself and over the weekend. I have also worked with Jessica and had a good experience with her. I have read the reviews about the office staff and find them unfounded, in my experience. I think that when you are working with someone who deals with pain meds there will be a lot of negative reviews. Most doctors want to go straight to controlled substances and Dr. Young did not. He discussed all of my options thoroughly and I was grateful to not be prescribed addictive meds. I will continue to go to hima and to recommend him to others.

Experiencia negativa: Dr.Sean Young office over books appointment which makes patients wait hours at a time. For him and his office it is take it or leave it waiting they are unprofessional and rude. Dr. Young is about money not care!!!
Experiencia negativa: Called on 3/13 and they still have their inclement weather/out of office from mid February message on their VM which shows what kind of tight ship they run. When my mother hurt her ankle it took them SIX days to find out that she had a fracture; she had to keep calling THEM for results and finally she had to physically go to the X-ray dept. to get the report. Currently they have denied her an appointment over a bill she had paid because THEIR employee was too incompetent to take the debt owed banner off after she made her payment. This in turn caused her to not be able to get a full refill on the medicine she needs. And what the partially filled THEY MESSED UP THE DOSE and now she's stuck with WRONG MEDICNE all weekend. Only in TN would this facility be allowed to stay in business. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!
Experiencia negativa: I was reading the reviews as I'm looking for a pain management Dr and after what I've read, I wouldn't send my worst enemy. much less go there myself. I suggest this place be investigated and shut down if what's being said is true. Everyone can't be wrong. How dare them treat patients that way! They need to a good trip to the parking lot if you know what I mean. Back that mouth up!

Experiencia negativa: Worst place in Murfreesboro, if you're looking for help. They belittle you and lie. You cant even take cbd, full spectrem oil. They threaten to kick you even though their lab results show extreme LOW levels of thc, and they know the difference. Its their way or nothing. No compassion. Inconsiderate. Please look for a different place if you want help.

Experiencia fantástica: My first appointment was with Dr. Eric Young as a new patient for chronic pain from Fibromyalgia. Dr Young and staff were kind. He actually spent alot of time listening to me as well as giving me latest research information on my illness and treatment options. I have since seen Ms Trent, a Nurse Practitioner in the clinic and was also treated with utmost respect by her. Very satisfied with treatment by everyone I encountered here.

Experiencia fantástica: I must say that I was surprised at the negative google reviews I've seen here. However, after looking at them I see that one was for the wrong doctor, and one was from someone who never went to the office. My experience has been very different so far. My wife is a pain patient. Her doctor's management company (PainMD, whom I no longer recommend) decided (edit: apparently, it was decided for them) this year to drop network coverage for most insurance plans and charge $325 per visit to patients, cash up front. So, we decided to find a new doctor. Crystal and Rebecca went to a lot of trouble to work around some of the roadblocks that PainMD put up to make it difficult to take our business elsewhere. We saw Lindsey Winton this week. She spent an hour and a half with us, discussing my wife's case and a number of available therapies. Quite frankly, I feel like we've been very well taken care of so far. It seems obvious to me that this clinic is run by doctors who put patients before profits--unlike all too many health care providers these days. Edit: we have since seen Dr. Newton, and we like him very much. He is a plain speaker who works very hard to find ways to help his patients. We have also been through a bone scan and an MRI. While these were difficult and painful for my wife, everyone involved was top notch and they did everything they could to make the process easier. The feeling that I get is that these people really care about their patients, and there's none of the sense (that I so often get in other places we have been) that they are being leaned on by higher ups to cut corners to increase profits.
