Experiencia fantástica: I took a tour before my Mom was to be admitted. I was greeted at the entrance with a smile. I asked if I could take a look at the facility and someone was immediately assigned to give me a tour. The facility was very clean and smelled like it was which was a relief. But I was especially impressed with how the staff was interacting with the residents. My Mom has since been admitted and I visit her everyday at different times. I find the staff to be considerate and caring. They are kind and patient with her. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible! Very slow response to call button. Wheel chair cut my leg 3 times before they switched it. 4 hours before anyone came to treat the cut. Waited 3.5 hours before call was answered for pain medicine. Many more complaints. Worst I've had!

Experiencia fantástica: My dad needed a little more assistance after having a stroke he came here to heal before coming home. The staff are friendly. They started his PT & OT and Speech Pathologists. We got to meet the dietary, and he was helpful, and we picked all the food dad liked. Coffee with creamer every morning . Thank you for helping my dad and I.

Experiencia negativa: Food was adequate. Staff is not helpful. I was put in a room with a lady that wore diapers and she would not tie up trash bag when she put her diapers in bag. I asked to be moved to another room and the room they were going to put me in was just as bad. So I checked myself out of the facility.

Or have them go to a common area.10-15 people is alot. I would not go to anywhere else for treatment with a smile from staff all the time.

Experiencia fantástica: I am inclined to write this review to show my appreciation to the staff of this facility in particular my moms experience with the well thought out activities planned and carried by the activities team of Elizabeth activities director , Judy and Justine . They are very caring and demonstrate such a positive and professional environment to make the residents and their families feel cared and appreciated. Even though it is not home, they sure know how to make my mom and our family feel welcomed and the activities there have made my mom have a better social experience and it has been good for her mental health too. Aside from the OT , PT and nurse care , activities were important to us and my mom as an overall wellness experience. Here are some photos of art day and manicure nail painting day.

I can't say anything bad and have had a great experience staying here. I am an artist and the staff keeps me busy encouraging me to draw.

When, I picked her up, she had tears in her eyes of appreciation towards the nursing team, rehab team and the entire staff. She is willing to come back and volunteer, and visit those that don’t have any family members. I don’t want to mention any names, because I appreciate everyone. Thank you for being so warm and caring towards my sister.

The housekeeping team is very gracious with my mother. Everyone is very nice at station 4. Lovely and caring. The cna Miguel is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: OK the food is definitely better than hospital food and they have great chef salads and they give you snacks whenever you want and they’re pretty good, niko is awesome. The rehab team is awesome very friendly very very inviting and very kind. The Activity tram is by far superior. I love the activities they’ve been really fun and they even reach out to me and make me feel included so I’m not so bored.

Experiencia fantástica: I received very good care at the facility. The Can's and Nurses were all very nice. The food was delicious most of the time. They allow you to make substitutions if you are not going to like what is being served at that meal. The physical therapy was very good. They have activities.

Experiencia negativa: Worse place to take ur love ones my father was there 17 days there was no improvement on his health they don't check on the patients they leave them dirty of there diapers n you have to tell the nurse or CNA to change them n at night time they need to do rounds see if patients my father is a diabetic pt and a risk fall so guess what happened he ends up falling from the hospital bed at around 11pm and left there 30 minutes on the floor till his nurse found on the floor don't recommend this place at all please check on ur elderly members

Experiencia negativa: This place makes me very mad. My mother is currently a patient here, since November 11, 2023. She's unable to get up to use the bathroom herself. She's in an immobilizer brace due to a fractured femur, so she's gotta have a diaper. Twice now, she's been left sitting in her own poop. If the CNAs can't be bothered to change seniors, get out of this profession! You can't be lazy in a job like this! Everybody's gotta pull their weight, even if that means changing poopy diapers! The administrators seriously need to review every single employee here, and weed out the lazy ones.

Experiencia fantástica: My grandmother had Parkinson's and had so much trouble walking the rehab team was great David worked with her and helped her with her balance after therapy there she was walking more then she had in years. Highly recommend great place.

Experiencia fantástica: Came in to tour the facility and was impressed with the friendly staff. Admissions department answered all my questions with no hesitation. The building was very clean, noticed their activities room was full with residents. I've been touring other facilities in the area, and it didn't compare to Murrieta health and Rehab. My father had a recent hip surgery and was very interested in a good rehab facility.

I'm now independent or just about independent. And I thank this facility for that. Because without the nursing staff the activities and although the rehab that they have has helped me tremendously. It especially it seems more like family than a facility. And that's the care some people need. I was shown love here, understanding, patience. And I think I thank the staff of this and I especially thank the activities the new activities director Elizabeth. Judy and jennifer. I got my life back in this place. I like going around the whole place and talking to maria, Jacky, Amy, Jenny, Cynthia, the receptionist, Jevon they go beyond the call of duty. If i need help againg , i will come back to murrieta health and rehab.

I stay very active. I get nice clothes and shampoo for bingo. So nice at Murrieta health and care. I love all of my nurses they take care of me. They’ve actually invented things for me to make my life so much easier now that I’ve felt so much better. I’ve been able to participate in the activities here and have had such a good time Elizabeth and Amy have been so helpful and enjoying I have enjoyed working with them. They’ve taught me some fun new game so I would recommend Murietta care to anyone who needs is to get some rehab. They will be very glad that they’ve made the choice to come to Murrieta and anyone who are who is working really hard and who will help themselves after Physical Therapy will also notice that they will be getting better so much faster so if you do need to come to Riviera to remove room to Murrieta to get rehab please and make sure that you tell your doctor. Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely wonderful place! My mom spent a month at Murrieta Health. There just aren't words to say how great the staff treated my mom. The admission girls are great. Even was able to visit after hours, I was allowed to go to her room. I was so impressed at how clean everything was. When I got to my moms room, she was already settled in bed with a food tray!! She was given a lot of attention from doing therapy, monitoring her vitals, assisting in showers and helping her in the bathroom. She was never alone for too long. They were constantly checking on her to see how she was, if she needed something or just stopping in to say hi! They are so professional and caring. Each and every employee was super friendly and always smiling. Another Unique concept is the 2 outdoor patios for family visitation. Or a patient can just go out and enjoy fresh air. If you need to be in a rehab yourself or a loved one, you won't find a better facility. Also, the food is great!

Experiencia negativa: One of The Worst establishment which we had seen. Interestingly, they try to get negative reviews removed and reported as fake accounts. I say dear review seekers, observe for yourselves. Google, Twitter X and other socials have also given this place poor marks. First time inquires, they are pleasant on the phone and will even offer a tour. We decided to visit anonymously and what we saw was horrible. Patients asking for help but being ignored. Patients and other non-staff sitting behind the desks where personal information is kept. We witnessed a patient who had signalled the call button. As we looked in the hallway above the doors where the signals were placed, no one cane to check on this patient even though only one other signal had been lit. After 20 minutes passed, no-one came to the patient's aid so a couple of us went to ask a nurse to assist the patient. Well the nurse in, quite a stern tone announced to us that as an RN, she is not obligated to assist as that is not her job but is the job of a CPA. Another instance was when a patient, who could not balance when standing, had fell off the bed and there was no one around to help. Once help was sought out and finally arrived, the poor patient was being harshly reprimanded and forcibly placed back in the bed. No questions about this patient's well being nor was this patient immediately examined. (Why was there not a safety for the bed?) The patient requested to be released from this facility and they told the patient they would not. Thankfully, the patient was able to use the phone to reach out to the Veteran Affairs legal department for assistance. Moments later, just as the first patient mentioned, the call button and the phone was placed out of reach. Of course having a loved one in this type of care is unacceptable. Please thoroughly research this place from top to bottom, inside and out.

Experiencia negativa: This facility is by far one of the worst I have encountered. My father in law was placed here after he suffered a stroke and they did not take good care of him at all. They have threatened us, they have no care for their patients as we have encountered my father in law full of food. He is unable to care for himself at all. Threaten to call cops because we were medical pending and they wanted money, and say that we were abandoning/ neglecting my father in law which was NEVER true. We were all figuring out a plan for him. He was discharged with a UTI and is now hospitalized with kidney failure. Please do NOT use this facility. They lack care, bed side manners, and most important lack the care for the patients and their families. I have NEVER experienced something like this. I have worked healthcare for 10 years and I would never treat families and people they way they do. I will be reporting them as well. Please do not use this facility. They would also go hours without checking on him and he is unable to communicate. I understand he is not the only patient but the amount of neglect that he received was unfair. They wanted to remain him sedated so they would not have to deal with him. the list goes on. Never will I use them again.

Experiencia fantástica: I spent several hours visiting this facility on two occasions as part of my employment search. I met the staff, attended their meeting, visited or interviewed the administrator and his assistant. The team was very happy and there was a great upbeat vibe in their meeting. I found them to be of the high integrity and work ethic. Their goal is to do what is best for the patients and their families. The facility is modern, clean and nice in presentation. I have now toured about 10 facilities in a similar manner. There is a never ending demand on the staff at these facilities and often times the expectations can be daunting. I would refer my loved ones here.

Experiencia negativa: Where to go if you want to die. Nurses were generally good but “policies “ handcuff them. Very little medical knowledge. Wouldn’t feed my dog the “food” they served. I ate better in the Army. The management wishes to make everyone think I posted against the wrong facility. I didn't. My wife Debra recently had back surgery and was sent to MHRC for rehab. After 13 days she was sent home with only 2 days of PT on her feet. They did nothing for lower leg circulation, she has a bed sore, a bladder infection and hadn't had a BM in 4 days. She is worse off from her time at this facility. I asked to speak with the "owner" and never received a call. I'm going to file a complaint with Medicare and Blue Sheild based on the results.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband was sent to Murrieta Skilled Nursing and Rehab center after being released from the hospital. The team of professionals were very caring and listened to our concerns. The staff is hard working and most sympathetic. A special shout out to: Beverly, Tavia, Jimmy, Nico, Jazmin, Sydney, Josephine, Jackie, Rancho Medical PA Connie and the Social Services Dept. We are very grateful for the care he received.

Experiencia negativa: Unacceptable and grossly negligent. My grandfather was recovering from a simple procedure here but he fell into a coma suddenly. They mixed up his meds and left him there struggling to breathe for HOURS. He also fell and was left in his own feces, and they did nothing to help. He went into a coma because they injected him with insulin but he’s NOT DIABETIC. Then he was declared brain dead and he died the next day. Their staff tried to gaslight and lie to my family members to cover up what they did. Absolutely disgusting and traumatizing. Do not ever send anyone you love to this facility, unless you want them dead.

There are a-lot of different facilities to chose from but they have been serving the Murrieta community for 25 years, which translates that they have the experience.
