Experiencia negativa: Transgender person got my address through this business and mailed me an artificial flower is this place safe and as far as therapy started out fine by the third session not so good

Cassandra Regalado 1 year ago

Experiencia fantástica: This place is the embodiment of customer service. Bri, at the front, got me in same day to be treated for vertigo. She was compassionate and very welcoming. I had an appointment with John and he took the time to do a thorough evaluation and diagnosis. He did not rush the appointment and explained to me what was happening and why I might be experiencing vertigo. This place cares about their patients. I work in healthcare and cannot say enough good things about this place.

Experiencia negativa: Feel like they were over charging me. My co pays have always been 40$ for specialist. Even receipts from my insurance said I would owe 40$ for the visit but their office would always say it was 60$ per visit.

Experiencia positiva: Have the Common Decency to Hold Yourself Accountable I was referred to this Physical Therapy facility by my PCP. I've been suffering from chronic low back pain and sciatica for quite some time, which exacerbated in recent months. It has been debilitating and a very unpleasant experience, making it difficult to perform normal day to day activities. After my initial consult with Dr. Jessica in the Early Spring, it was decided that it would be more ideal for me to maintain a home exercise regimen, since my work schedule conflicts with their hours of operation, making it challenging to attend all appts. My doctor recommended an inversion table, as a modality of treatment that would be beneficial for managing my pain and possibly improving my current condition. Rather than investing in one, I called Fast Track today, to inquire if this was available. Evelyn answered and I immediately introduced myself, stated the reason for my call and my tone of voice could not have been more pleasant. However, that was not reciprocated. By her responses, you would have thought that my questions were very out of the ordinary. Her tone and demeanor (from the beginning of the conversation) was extremely rude, unprofessional and so unnecessary. Patients are needing treatment to get well, improve their health and reach an optimal level of wellness; so they don't need the added undue burden and stress caused by a poor attitude of the provider's staff. Besides, the audacity to speak to a patient in this manner with no concern about consequences is pretty crass. I asked a simple question, that deserved a simple answer and that would have been appreciated. What isn't acceptable and appreciated is allowing negative emotions/responses to be triggered and talk to a patient who is contributing to keeping this company in business, which means, keeping staff employed, as if they were the biggest bother and a huge inconvenience. I addressed her attitude and her response was, "I'm talking like this because I can barely hear you, you're cutting in and out." How convenient of a story, yet, her responses were right on time and it was not until I called her behavior to her attention that she made mention that she was having difficulty hearing me. Rather than absorb that negative energy, I made the decision to end the call. Surprisingly, she called back and left a message on my voicemail. She should not have even taken the time to call if all she was going to do was expound upon her lie and make a poor effort to apologize. I called back because I felt compelled to educate her on what good customer service etiquette requires, but when she answered, I felt that it would be more effective to speak with the Office Manager. Guess who that would be?! Yep! You guessed it. . .Evelyn, which makes this situation even worse. Someone who holds the title of a leader of any kind, should be leading by example for their employees. So, at this point, I asked to speak with whomever was above her and she informed me that would be the Owner (Peter). She provided a generic email address, which I presumed would more than likely be routed to her and "Peter" would be none the wiser if she doesn't forward my complaint to him. Hence the reason for my long Google review, which no one in their right mind takes the time to write if it wasn't their truth. I will most certainly be looking for an alternative treatment center and continuing my home exercise regimen. This establishment has so much potential, but as of this review, there needs to be some improvement. For the record, this was not an isolated incident. This continues to be my experience when interacting with Evelyn on the phone AND in person, when the "I can barely hear you" excuse is a non-issue. The ONLY reason I am giving this facility 3 stars is because I am considering my overall experience with Brie (very sweet young girl - if she is still there) and Dr. Jessica, in addition to the facility and equipment being clean and other staff members being welcoming. Hopefully, this review is enlightening.

Good Afternoon Catrina, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. My office manager, Evelyn, did apprise me of the situation. It is my understanding that you had been to our clinic for an initial evaluation. You were then calling back to our office, post visit, to inquire as to whether we had an inversion table. My office manager was, indeed, having difficulty hearing your conversation. The fact is we do not have such a device. Most physical therapy offices have stopped using traction as there is little research to support this modality. I hope that this answers the question that you may have had. Once again, I am sorry that we had trouble communicating this information. Thanks, Mark

Experiencia negativa: Fast Track Physical Therapy was a very poor fit for me. If you need motivation to go to the gym and lift weights or are bouncing back from an injury, this might be the place for you? If you are managing chronic pain/illness that is exacerbated by exercise this may not be the place for you either. This therapy office is so focused on checking off boxes for the weight machines that no one heard me when I said these exercises put me in bed for 3+ days. When I told both my therapist and the assistant this, I was ignored and pushed to do more reps. I finally quit after 3 conversations about this that included the fact my neurologist says I’m only supposed to do very gentle stretches. Not only did they dismiss my statement; they doubled down saying “studies show exercise helps”. I have been fit my whole life (51 years old) as a way to manage this chronic pain and exercise has always helped me before. You can look at me and see fitness has been important to me, yet I was treated like I just didn’t want to comply or that I dislike exercise. For example, when I stated my knees were trying to bend backwards, I was instructed to do lunges. It makes zero sense. My approved treatment from my HMO says massage therapy, heat therapy, and TENS stimulation are approved yet I didn’t get any of that nor did anyone look at my MRI, CT, or X-rays. If you can afford private physical therapy, please see my other reviews because there are some stunning private physical therapists in Temecula; unfortunately Fast Track isn’t one of them.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience for several months at the Temecula location. They helped me recover from a heart attack. I lost 32 lbs in 3 months the right way. I changed my diet and exercised regularly while there. Everything Mark Olive said turned out to be true. I'm down 38lbs and now my routine is a way of life. Thanks,

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best place I have ever been in my life. Richard Gardner is the best therapist I have ever seen. He is very professional. I’m so happy with that place and I recommend it for everyone to go there.

Experiencia negativa: First, the therapists that I saw were all very nice and helpful. I had three appointments where I saw a different therapist each time--all giving different advice. I was asked about doing 'cardio' before my appt for which I let them know that I exercised and didn't need to exercise at my appt. I was there to see the therapist for treatment. The front desk asked me if I wanted to see the same therapist each time and I asked them if there was any reason I should see the same person. They said some people just have a preference and I indicated that time of day was more important than seeing the same person. I get to my fourth appointment today and they ask 'are you not going to exercises?' for which I say "No. I've told them at every appt that I'm not doing cardio." Then after about 10 minutes this woman comes out and says 'so, you're not going to do exercises before your therapy?' - for which I say no (again), I do the exercises that the first therapist gave me in the morning and at night. At this point I'm still in the waiting room. She says rudely "are you doing putty?" for which I say "I have no idea what that is. No one has every talked about 'putty.'" She says "Well, aren't you going to do the arm machine?" for which I replied again - I have no idea what that is or why I would do that?" She says; "Well people come to do exercises to help them get stronger and feel better" and then walks off. I was pretty shocked at this point at how I was being treated. I had never even met this person and she was very condescending and rude. She leaves and after about 10 more minutes (I've been waiting for 30 minutes at this point) I decide to leave. I really enjoyed dealing with the therapists I worked with but if you're going to give different advice every time someone walks in the door for the same injury then you shouldn't treat people poorly when they don't take advantage of something they know nothing about. I don't have time to be talked down to by people I've never met and never discussed my injury with. Frankly, after today's experience I would rather be in pain than go to this facility again and deal with an incompetent system. I will find another referral and go somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I are in our 60s and both require PT for restorative therapy. This place is well organized, friendly, timely and the trainers are super to deal with.

Experiencia fantástica: Fast Track Physical Therapy was a great place for me to come to, after suffering from a painful shoulder injury that wasn’t healing on its own. I was diagnosed with a shoulder labrum SLAP tear. My Physical Therapist Cat helped me to restore increasing shoulder mobility, lessen pain, and strengthen my shoulder so I was able to avoid undergoing surgery. She took the time to work on my shoulder (loved her manual therapy), work with me, answer my questions, explained treatments thoroughly, and give me valuable suggestions, while being very direct, patient, challenging, and friendly at the same time. Cat was incredible and I trusted her 100%! Her supportive staff of Siraj, Em and Liz were so helpful, thorough, and encouraging in instructing and coaching me through my assigned gym exercises. The front office staff of Evelyn and Kelly were also wonderful to me. Kelly efficiently took care of any insurance concerns, and I always loved Evelyn’s greetings and helpfulness. I highly recommend Fast Track Physical Therapy to everybody who needs it!

Experiencia fantástica: Best physical therapy I have ever received.

Experiencia fantástica: Mark and his crew are the best around! Modern and clean facility, every machine one could need, experienced and enthusiastic staff, and expect the best care too. I have chronic medical conditions that require ongoing PT to keep me going, and Mark has been treating me for over 7 years. I could go to many facilities closer to my home, but I will never go anywhere else. Office staff is also helpful, understand all insurance needs and make things as simple as can be.
