Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is kind and professional. My granddaughter enjoys going.

Experiencia negativa: My child has Down Syndrome and gets sick very easily. Evaluation: Sid and helper were amazing and super helpful. Very patient. Pointed out everything is cleaned between clients. I was so excited to get started! 1st visit: Overwhelming and overstimulating. I knew it would be rough. Haley did well considering she does not know my child or his personality. The floor was very messy with debris on the mats. I brushed it off thinking it was a one time thing 2nd visit: I think her name was Maria(?) She seemed very disconnected. The session was okay but the vibe was off. I ask her how toys are cleaned. She says they are wiped down and cleaned. 3rd visit: The PT cancelled last minute. I did not know and I showed up to find this out. They claimed they had texted which I never got. I get it. Technology doesn’t always do what we want. It should have been confirmed as I woke up my son, got everything ready and drove over for nothing. 4th visit: With Maria (?). Floor was dirty again. I immediately ask if toys and mats are cleaned. “Of course! After every client!” I’m relieved to hear that but still a little uneasy as everything is visibly dirty. After our session we went to a different area. The “aid” as she called her, put all the toys my son slobbered on and licked BACK on the shelf without cleaning. I pointed that out. She said “the aids don’t know what we use so we go back and wipe everything down” This made no sense but oookaay. I hung out and she saw I did. She went and pulled some of the toys used and wiped them. My son woke up sick the next morning. For TWO weeks. 5th visit: after missing several sessions because my son was sick we were back with Maria (?) When I got there, I saw an “aid” putting dirty toys back on the shelf AGAIN. I let her know what happened and that my son was sick after our last visit (we don’t go very many places and that was the only place we had went that week) her response was “Here, look. I have back to back clients and I don’t have time to clean anything” I was in disbelief. Why did she lie to me before about the cleaning? This upset me. I told her “I can’t have my son getting sick over and over because things aren’t cleaned here” she said “well I don’t have time” I grabbed my kiddo and let her know we would not be continuing our sessions there. She said okay and rushed to the front desk to let them know and we left. Her response was completely unprofessional and I do not appreciate being lied to repeatedly.

My son attends speech therapy and physical therapy here, and we are looking forward to starting occupational therapy soon. The experience has been nothing short of excellent. The staff are incredibly kind and patient with him, which has made a huge difference in his progress. Every session, he is eager and excited to go, and that enthusiasm speaks volumes about the positive environment they've created. The therapists are professional, compassionate, and genuinely care about my son's development. They've tailored the sessions to his specific needs and are always willing to answer any questions I have. It's clear that they are dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential. The center itself is welcoming and well-organized, creating a space where children feel comfortable and motivated to learn. Seeing the improvements in my son's abilities and confidence has been truly rewarding. I am so grateful to have found such a fantastic place for his therapy needs. Highly recommend!

Experiencia positiva: Everyone is friendly and the therapists are sweet and knowledgeable. Scheduling is a breeze, they are very communicative by text. My child absolutely loves coming to Littlefield for his sessions. There are many different rooms, all with enriching and engaging activities. Have personally experienced a handful of therapists and all are attentive and easy to talk to. I enjoy accompanying my child, and have received valuable suggestions.

Experiencia fantástica: My son has been going for over a year. I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Littlefield Physical Therapy. The office staff employees are always welcoming and kind and greet us when we walk through the front door. They are also very responsive to any questions I may have. The check in system is easy and seamless. All of the therapists we have worked with have also been absolutely amazing. Melissa is so kind, innovative and helpful. I don’t know what I’d do without them and I’m eternally thankful for them.

I cannot thank my babys physical therapists enough! Their patience, love, kindness and EVERYTHING its what makes every appt the best with them❤️ special shout out to Ms. Delayne & Mr. Sid for always giving the best of them to my baby. We love them. Even the staff checking you in, cleaning up everyone makes the whole atmosphere feel so great!! I'm so lucky to have this place for my son. He used to be non stop screaming and crying now it's a complete 360 he has progressed so much I can't believe the strides he has made and I don't think we could of done it with out Littlefields!!

They absolutely love it and their teachers/ therapist . I’ve seen a lot of improvement with my children since they started therapy here I totally recommend this place . Experiencia fantástica: Littlefield has been really great to my grandson who has autism and a genetic disorder. He has physical therapy twice a week and occupational therapy twice a week. But because of some incident at the murrieta office he had lost his occupational session. He now goes only once a week for occupational therapy. I just want to say that his therapist that he had is a wonderful fantastic person. She’s would not injure or play rough with any child. She is so overprotective and concerned for each child that she attends to. Parents I’ve been going there for 2 years or more, the problem I see is that parents just drop off their kids and leave or sit outside looking thru the glass, or just sit out front and just talk. I have always gone with my grandson I have never left him alone. The therapist welcome me with open arms. They have never turned me away. They help me to understand what they are doing to help my grandson. I feel that this allegation is so uncalled for. Littlefield is a wonderful facility. The people and owner are superb!! I feel that my occupational therapist should have not been suspended!! Ms. Elena Townsend I support you one thousand percent!!! Your my girl and my grandson missed you terribly !!! I hope Littlefield knows what a gem you are and I hope to see you back in the office soon!!

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter was diagnosed with Spastic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy by Melissa Littlefield at age 12 months. We have been going to PT at Littlefield at least weekly (sometimes more) ever since. When she was 13 years old, one year (almost to the day!) after her Orthopedic Rehab Dr. told me she would "never walk without a mobility device", my daughter took her first independent steps. Soon this skill translated to other environments, and now independent walking is her main mode of movement. Littlefield never gave up on her. They are always encouraging, always current on the latest medical advances for her condition, and always know what equipment to recommend for her needs. She is now 16 years old, and she still looks forward to her weekly appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: This clinic is absolutely Amazing !! We have been coming here for over a year Occupational & Physical Therapy. Our lives wouldnt be the same without all of the team . They have wonderful staff and one of a kind therapist, who sincerely care about each individual child. My daughter looks forward to each week to coming to the clinic. They have high, positive vibrations. There's a good amount of toys/playsets to enjoy while waiting for appointments. The clinic is constantly being sanitized, threw out the day. Couldnt ask for more . Beyond Greatful for all they have done for us . We love you Littlefield !!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have twin boys who were born prematurely at 27 weeks, which resulted in complications that caused multiple medical disabilities in both boys. Soon after they were discharged from the NICU, we were referred to Littlefield Physical Therapy. That was 7 years ago...and in that 7 years my boys have grown so much and have gotten so strong, much due to the therapies (PT, OT, and ST) they received at Littlefield. The clinic has been a second home to us and all the employees have been like family. I do not hesitate to fully recommend Littlefield Physical Therapy for any pediatric therapy services you might need. The staff is caring, knowledgeable, and loving. The owner, Melissa Littlefield, has created a welcoming and healing environment that is as productive as it is loving. As a former patient of and volunteer at Littlefield Therapy there is little to say about the staff and other therapists except that they are some of the most highly trained and courteous individuals I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in the healthcare setting. I highly recommend this practice for any therapy needs.
