As a patient at PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine, I received exemplary care! It was a very welcoming and inclusive environment. My workouts were carefully planned and overseen by my physical therapist, Shawn T. As a healthcare provider for the past 40 years, I was so impressed with Shawn's extensive medical knowledge and his exceptional warmth and professionalism. Also, Shawn's support team is very well-trained, friendly, and always willing to help. If you need a great place to go for physical therapy, Pacific Pro should be #1 on your list. I've been to All Star in Fallbrook and it's so crowded that you can't even extend your arms out. I can't take that! Shawn Troutman (the owner) is always there and has his eyes on everything going on. His staff members are excellent! I will never go to any other PT facility ever.

After 1 year and a half, I have found patient therapist who really listen to the body and tailor rehab to the patient and do not treat you like a number. Shawn and Nikki do nor presuppose anything and do not communicate that it is just psychosomatic. They are willing to attempt varied approaches to find the one that works. From 1 to 5, they are a 10.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an ankle operation back in November 2021. After the operation I went to physical therapy and they helped me gain joint mobility and foot strength which was great. I was told I was done with therapy but I still had problems walking properly. I decided to find someone who would help find the cause of my problems and that is how I contacted PacificPro physical therapy. During my evaluation, the therapist found that my problem was not my foot but my whole leg and discovered how weak my right leg was. He hit the nail on the head, now I can walk down the stairs better, put on my pants without support, better walking and even getting un from sitting. I am still attending sessions but I highly recommend their services. Staff is friendly, respectful and they really care about you. Best of luck

Experiencia fantástica: I would give more stars if I could. Mason is one of the best physical therapists I have ever seen. He is knowledgeable, thorough, personable and saved me from debilitating pain. Without going into too much detail, I could barely move the upper half of my body. I had a headache for three months and I couldn't sleep. I woke up crying almost everyday for weeks. It took a few sessions before I started to feel any change but by the end of my 3rd treatment the stiffness and tightness on my body had started to loosen up. After my 4th treatment my headache finally stopped. I'm only on my 5th session but this is the best I've felt in months. The make you feel comfortable and welcome. I feel that they really care about me and the progress in making. I can't recommend Mason and PacificPro Physical Therapy enough. If you need a physical therapist, this is the place to go.

I just started going to PacificPro Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine in Temecula and have only met these people but I hear great things about everyone who works there. In my line of work, unfortunately, injuries occur often and I've had my fair share. I have decades of experience with physical therapists. Sagar Patel is one of the best I've had. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patents and you can tell he loves his job. He had already read my MRI reports before my first visit and was prepared. He listened to my issues and where my weaknesses were and started working on those areas from day one. From unique customized stretches and weight training, I felt we were immediately making tremendous progress. They even have a neck traction device that I've only encountered at one other PT office. The Temecula office has the equipment and the room to work in. It's not crowded, so your therapist can focus on you instead of multiple patients at once like many places do. I need a physical therapist that will push me to put in serious work and Sagar does that. I really want to put in the hard work to feel better and stronger and Sagar pushes me to obtain my PT goals. Many therapists just go through the motions and that's not how Sagar does things. I'm a true believer in physical therapy. When it's done correctly, with a knowledgeable physical therapist, such as Sagar, and with lots of hard work, you can feel better and stronger then you were before your injury. If that's your goal then Sagar Patel is your therapist.

Experiencia fantástica: While working on an electrical service panel I caught my foot on an electrical cable and fell backward landing on my elbow which caused severe rotator cuff tears that will need to be surgically repaired. Until I have the surgery it’s important to keep the arm and shoulder in good shape to improve the surgical outcome. PacificPro has been helping me accomplish that pre-op shoulder maintenance by improving range of motion and flexibility. The team at PacificPro - Temecula could not be more knowledgeable and supportive. They’ve designed a detailed plan to accomplish the objectives of the surgeon and me. They’re most professional and conscientious, while also being supportive and understanding to my condition and concerns. There is no doubt that after my upcoming surgery I’ll be using the team at the Temecula PacificPro for the months of shoulder rehabilitation I’m facing:-)

Corrine at the front desk is super nice and professional, always letting me know what was going on payment-wise. The therapy staff professionals are amazing. I now have been seeing Mason and Sager for one month, twice a week and I have seen results tremendously. My goal was to reduce pain and regain normal movement. My physical therapist's were caring and positive from my very first visit.
