Like how they send email and text reminders 24-48 hrs in advance so you never forget an appointment. 5/5 star review from me!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a grandmother and love spending time with my 3 and 4 year old grandsons. I spend alot of time with them. I am also a mother of 3 sons. I was finding it very uncomfortable spending time with them due to urinary incontinence. I DID NOT want this silly nuisance to limit my time with my precious grandsons. Wearing pads or DIAPERS was not an option for me......I am a YOUNG 72 year old grandmother!!! I researched my options.....found I did not need a referral or order from my physician!!!!! I was thrilled to find Chicago Pelvic Health and Wellness. After speaking with Steve on the phone who was able to answer all my questions I was given a next day appointment!! And here I am 2 months later dry and free and clear to spend all the time I need and want to be with my grandsons!! I have made recommendations to friends and family members to pursue this same path!!!! You will NOT be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Chicago Pelvic Health for physical therapy to address urinary incontinence three months after a radical prostatectomy. I had some hesitation at first because they don't accept Medicare so the cost would all be out of pocket. But they could get me in right away, compared to 3-4 month delays with in-network providers. Best money I ever spent - my results were excellent! I did a total of 13 sessions, including initial evaluation, with Dr. Rebekah Wolinetz. The process was not what I expected. After surgery, you hear "kegels, kegels, kegels," but the actual exercises we did were far more diverse, addressing core strength and proper breathing in multiple ways. Dr. Wolinetz made me feel comfortable, always asking for feedback and addressing any concerns I had. We added exercises week by week. She is very caring, obviously an expert on this subject and did a great job of teaching exercises that I can continue to do long term to maintain strength. Over the four months of sessions I went from wearing Depends to being essentially fully continent. I only wear a light shield now just in case of an occasional (and rare) dribble. I expect that even this will improve as I continue to exercise and heal post surgery. As an added bonus, I find it's even easier to do my home projects and gardening now that I have a stronger and more flexible core. I can get up from the ground now without trouble. The facility is nice and the private rooms are comfortable. The staff members are also great. If your situation is similar to mine, give this serious consideration. You won't be sorry going to Chicago Pelvic Health. Thank you, Dr. Wolinetz and Chicago Pelvic Health!

After months of different clinics telling me I couldn’t get an appointment for 6-8 months out, I found Chicago Pelvic Health. Steve was wonderful and had me scheduled within a week for my consultation appointment. Not knowing what pelvic therapy would entail I was super nervous and hesitant for my first appointment, but that all went away after meeting Dr. Shayna Montello. She is extremely welcoming, friendly, and always provided a sense of peace and comfort to each session. By the end of each session I could tell just how knowledgeable and passionate Dr. Montello is about what she does, and how much she truly cares about her patients. I cannot recommend Dr.Montello and Chicago Pelvic health enough and would without a doubt go back.

After my first pregnancy and unplanned C-section, I knew I needed specialized care and support. Dr. Shayna Montello was a huge asset to my recovery journey. From the very first session, she demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge and skill, and her friendly and compassionate demeanor instantly put me at ease. Dr. Montello was not only attentive to my specific concerns but also tailored my treatment plan to address my specific needs and concerns, assisting with back pain I faced from breastfeeding. It's clear that she is not only passionate about her work but also genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. She is an amazing advocate for women’s health, and she truly understands the unique needs in her field. Under Dr. Montello's guidance, I experienced significant improvements in recovery. During your hour-long sessions, you get undivided attention of your physical therapist, and there is never an issue with wait times for your appointment. I truly felt supported throughout the entire process. I looked forward to going to every session because we always had a great time together. It is so wonderful to have an expert physical therapist who is also a mother to navigate the early weeks of motherhood. I am truly going to miss the conversations and fun we had during our sessions now that I have “graduated”. I also want to take a moment to acknowledge Destiny at the front desk, whose warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for each of my visits. She was extremely helpful with any concerns, and since this was my first experience going to an out-of-network practice (which is totally worth it in this case), I am really glad she was there to answer any questions I had. It’s clear that everyone in the practice loves working there, and that makes for a great experience for all. Ultimately, I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of pelvic floor physical therapy. I look forward to returning in the future, knowing that I am in the best hands possible.

Experiencia fantástica: I had such a positive experience here working with Dr. Shayna. Their team is amazing and they make every part of your journey approachable and comfortable. Pelvic floor health is severely ignored and it's a shame because it can really be life changing once you get in and start addressing it (especially with this team who makes you feel at ease in what can seem like the most awkward of circumstances). Can't say enough great things!

The staff are very warm and friendly (so important as we've all experienced grumpy front desk people) and immediately make you feel comfortable. The office environment is beautiful and very clean. Rebekah is ideal in every way...she has a calm kindness about her that made me feel relaxed right away, and she's a true expert in all things pelvic related. I went for pelvic floor weakness and was very happy to experience improvement after a few weeks of therapy (after some unsuccessful therapy elsewhere). Chicago Pelvic's methods are based on the most updated research, which I appreciated. I wouldn't go anywhere else for pelvic related issues. You will be well taken care of here.

Experiencia fantástica: After 2 unsuccessful attempts to secure Pelvic Floor exercise programs I was referred to Chicago Pelvic Health by a Wheaton Urologist. My need for this service is recovery from surgery to totally remove cancerous prostate. I was left with the uncomfortable situation of dealing with incontinence. I hated it. So, Chicago Pelvic assigned me to Dr Rebekah Wolinetz. It was immediately apparent that she knew what was needed to get moving forward. Over the time that we have worked together she has prescribed several exercises, including Kegel, to rebuild pelvic. I have progressed significantly. Thanks to Dr Rebekah’s skills backed up with a competent staff, I am happy to report that I strongly believe that I am on the road to recovery. My current status would be good enough to live a comfortable lifestyle. But, we will continue to work together because I aim to go for the GOLD. Thank you Dr. Rebekah & Chicago Pelvic Health. Experiencia fantástica: I love going to Chicago Pelvic Health and Wellness! The environment is clean and comfortable, and Destiny is always warm and welcoming at the front desk. Dr. Shayna Montello is really professional and informed, and is able to talk about any concerns without judgement or awkwardness. Appointments with her always feel like seeing a good friend, and dry needling has really improved my pain. I've been to several specialists for chronic pain, some better than others, and this place is by far the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I have seen Dr. Shayna for incontinence. I was concerned about the exam and she made me feel comfortable by explaining everything as we progressed. She is caring, compassionate and very knowledgable. Over the weeks that I saw her she gradually added exercises I can do with her and at home. By the end of the six weeks that I saw her, my symptoms were improved. She also took time at that last appointment to go over my exercises again to make sure I was comfortable continuing at home. I have recommended Dr. Shayna to others and will continue to do so. It is clear Dr. Shayna knows what she is doing and is committed to her clients helath.

Experiencia fantástica: I've loved my experience with the entire team at Chicago Pelvic Health & Wellness! With being newer to the area and expecting my second baby, I was nervous about finding a new pelvic floor PT as I loved the practice I went to in the city. My goal was to find a practice passionate about evidence-based PT to both prepare women for labor/delivery and support them postpartum. So far Chicago Pelvic Health has exceeded those expectations! I've loved seeing Dr. Shayna Montello for labor prep and I can't wait to go back postpartum. She's an incredible advocate for women going through pregnancy and preparing for labor/delivery.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been seeing Jana for the past 2 years, initially for pelvic floor issues that turned out to be a much more complicated medical case that no doctor has yet to find an answer to. She has gone out of her way to learn every little detail about my case, speak about my case to her colleagues, expand her own approach by learning additional techniques specifically for my case, and do her own research off the clock. She truly is a one of a kind PT that I would recommend to anyone. I honestly don't know where I'd be health wise without her.

When I first was prescribed pelvic floor PT, my doctor sent me to a generic PT practice and after a few sessions/talking with some people, I knew I was missing something. I found Dr. Jana through a Google search and she chatted with me on the phone for 30 minutes understanding what I went through and explained what I needed. You get 1:1 attention for a full hour and makes you feel so so so comfortable, she is extremely knowledgeable and she truly does care about treating her patients! I am currently on my second pregnancy, and I will no doubt be going back post partum because she is such an important piece in your healing process! Oh, and her Front desk staff is great with scheduling and so friendly! Really a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Dr. Jana for a few months now to help me with a plethora of problems—TMJ, digestion, and an injury. Dr. Jana has listened to me, understood my goals, and has taken the time to treat me in a way that not only heals my ailments but my body as a whole. I have been trying to get relief from my TMJ for YEARS, and this is the first time I have felt a relaxation of my jaw muscles. Dr. Jana is great at what she does, and provides handouts so you can continue your healing at home. Plus, she offers a wide range of unique treatment options like dry needling and cupping. While it can sometimes be challenging to get an appointment time that works with my schedule (Dr. Jana can’t help she’s so popular, haha!), Steve has made scheduling easy and painless. I would 100% recommend! Thank you Dr. Jana and Steve!

Experiencia fantástica: At 1 year postpartum I am writing this review, and feel in such a great place due to all the time and attention Dr. Jana gave me! Her space is welcoming and comfortable, and appointments always gave me confidence and reassurance. Whether or not you have any pelvic floor issues/questions postpartum, I highly recommend seeing a PFPT to assess you and provide knowledge! I started seeing Dr. Jana at 7 weeks postpartum and I learned so much about pressure management, helping symptoms, and how to safely restore my core and strengthen my pelvic floor. My goal was to return to running and she always supported my goal and gave me exercises geared towards it. I chose to go to her private practice over a "bigger" PT location with some insurance coverage, because I wanted consistency with who I saw, and I felt so comfortable in her intimate office setting. I experienced many different symptoms postpartum and it has been a rollercoaster of changes, but I am happy to report I am back running and feel strong. I would not be at this point without Dr. Jana, and I fully plan to go back for a future pregnancy & postpartum. I can't recommend her enough!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a long but overdue review, so bear with me here. I’m sure I’m not alone when I say that pelvic floor therapy seemed intimidating, foreign or both. With such a delicate subject and delicate part of my body, I was hesitant to reach out for more information on PFT, but I am beyond grateful that I did. I wrote an inquiry online as I was feeling shy and slightly embarrassed to directly talk about my personal issues related to my reproductive system and pelvic floor pain; the main one being painful intercourse. It is a sensitive subject for myself and many others, especially with a stranger. I’ve seen countless doctors over the last 10+ years (I’m 26) in regards to my endometriosis, intercourse pain, hormonal imbalance, body pain etc. with no real resolutions and I was leaving appointments feeling ashamed rather than heard. Dr. Jana called me the next day after my online inquiry. I was comfortable with her instantly. She was naturally easy to speak with and asked questions that no other doctors have bothered to ask me. My biggest selling point is she allowed ME to lead conversation, while she LISTENED. Dr. Jana made me feel heard right off the bat. After our phone consultation, I booked an appointment with her feeling optimistic and hopeful. The appointment played out just as the phone call went. I was listened to. She explained in great detail about how she can help me and always left room for me to ask questions. When I left my first appointment with Dr. Jana, I cried tears of relief. During any of her appointments, she asks permission before proceeding with any sort of physical touch, making sure I am comfortable and okay with it. She was the first person who made my pain a reality, who did not make me feel like it was in my head and assured me it was something that I don’t have to live with forever. She assisted in the betterment of my relationship with my own body. She made me feel like a woman again. If you are questioning PFT, please reach out to Dr. Jana with these questions. Since starting my PT there, my postpartum issues have greatly subsided and my body finally feels “normal” again, which I didn’t think was possible. Dr. Richardson is amazing! Extremely knowledgable, kind and personable. Clean, gorgeous office was a plus. Overall great experience.

Their waiting area felt “homey”. It was not boring like the other doctor offices that I have been too. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and they were able to answer all my questions. The doctor was AWESOME! She made me feel comfortable and listened to my issues. I wish I knew about this place after I had my 2 kids.
