I was looking for something really specific during my pregnancy and postpartum care, and Stefanie was the only provider I could find who met my needs. Stefanie gave me an individualized approach and worked to facilitate my pelvic floor muscles back to full function. I was so happy with my results, and I am happy I invested in my self care. Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience working with Stefanie. I hired her with the Full Circle package and was able to have doula care and pelvic floor PT all in one. Best investment into my pregnant and postpartum care! Stefanie is amazing at what she does. Each PT session I left feeling seen and heard, as well as my body feeling so much better. Along with nutrition and movement, I had a very simple recovery process postpartum and she was able to close up my minimal DR quickly. I worked with Sara as my doula and she was my ROCK during labor. I never had a doula in my previous two deliveries but with my third I wanted more personal support. Dr Stefanie prepped me with our PT sessions before delivery. She changed the game and helped make this labor the most positive experience. Dr Stefanie continues to support me with PT postpartum. You really can’t beat the “full circle” support. Experiencia fantástica: I knew right away with my third baby that I needed to focus and put an emphasis on postpartum healing this time around. For me that meant pelvic floor therapy as well. I also knew I already had a pre-existing diastasis recti separation, and knew I was going to see Dr. Stefanie after I had my baby. Dr. Stef is literally a unicorn in our community, and by that I mean she treats very holistically, but efficiently and there is NOBODY like her. Every community needs a Dr Stefanie! Her care is literally unmatched and unlike any other physical therapist in our general area. So often were met with exercises and things we really shouldn't be doing postpartum that can often make matters worse .. but Dr. Stef is so well versed on the pregnant and postpartum body and talks you through exactly what she is doing and why. With one more session, i have no doubt my DR will be resolved completely due to her hands on visceral manipulations and therapeutics. I know so many women who either just live with their pelivic floor dysfunctions or end up in surgery, and im so happy and lucky i got to avoid both with her care. Before it would take months of ab workouts/breathing techniques several days a week to fixing them in 1-2 visits w Dr Stef. Highly recommend her. It was the most relaxing PT session I’ve ever had. Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with full circle. At first I was put off since they specialize in birth and pelvic health. After doing a couple session I realized my low back pain, constipation, and weak urine flow were improving. Visceral therapy or organ manipulation is another great tool for holistic health to make sure the body is running optimally. This therapy is for men as well. Don't get nervous.

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Dr Stefanie to help me with scar tissue from resection surgery and what felt like internal bruising from having years of Crohn's disease. She was very informative and talked through the anatomy of my body and how everything talks to eachother as she was treating me. Her office is very warm and welcoming and although I am hesitant and anxious with doctors, she made me calm and relaxed rather quickly before starting treatment. Her treatment seemed so simple but the results were felt within 24 hours. I would highly recommend her and will be including her as part of my regular treatment for my Crohn's Disease indefinitely. Not only is Stefanie incredibly knowledgeable in all things pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.. she has a deep love and passion for women in those seasons of life. Her skill is equally matched by her attentive care, a rare find. I found Stefanie during a somewhat traumatic postpartum experience. Diagnosed with prolapse at 3 months postpartum, I had seen 2 other pelvic floor physical therapists before meeting Stefanie (one who offered me lifestyle modifications to see me through until I was ready for surgery, and another whose kegel regime aggravated my symptoms even further). Stefanie’s unique approach to treatment closed my diastisis recti gap, eased my prolapse symptoms, and has given me hope of one day returning to activities I love (running, yoga, being a mom to a busy toddler, having future kids). I leave every session learning something new from Stefanie, and can’t imagine ever going through pregnancy, birth, or postpartum again without having her on my team. I found Stefanie and saw that she incorporates visceral therapy into pelvic floor therapy and I was very intrigued and decided to try switching therapists. She changed my life. She helped to resolve chronic pain that I had been battling for years after just a few appointments and she got me to a point where I was finally pain free for weeks at a time! She is very skilled and knowledgeable. She is also very kind and professional. Experiencia fantástica: If there’s one person you need before, during, and after pregnancy, it’s Dr. Stefanie. All I can say is that I wish I met her sooner! I started seeing her after the birth of my first child. She healed me physically and emotionally from my first (an unplanned c-section after a long labor which began by an induction I didn’t even realize I was talked into). Having Dr. Stefanie on my team during this last pregnancy was night and day. She provided me with the knowledge and tools to prepare for birth, and treated me during my pregnancy so that my pelvic floor didn’t lead me to “maternal failure” again. She was available for questions, help, guidance, support, and love when I needed her. (I am 4 weeks postpartum and she’s still providing that!) Without her I’m not sure I would have had a successful vbac, which I was so desperate for after my first. I have had 3 c-sections (scar tissue pain!), 10-pound babies, and large/deep diastasis recti. I was having pain and pressure with every function of my pelvic floor. My team of doctors could not figure out why I was still having life altering pelvic pain. I broke down crying in my gastroenterologist office because he said he couldn’t help me. Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Dr. Stefanie by a friend of mine who had used her for both pelvic floor therapy and as her birth doula for her home birth- I am so incredibly grateful for the recommendation- I felt instantly like she was the right fit for me as a doula and did not even bother to search for others- Which certainly made my life easier! I have been seeing. Stefanie throughout my pregnancy for support and preparation for birth, and every treatment has left me feeling better and better. Around my 23-24 week mark I developed severe discomfort on my left side near my hip, to the point where I was immobile for 3 days. I had been working with a massage therapist, naprapath, and also had wonderful support from acupuncture and chiropractic, but nothing was touching the pain. Dr. Stefanie saw me quickly once the pain progressed and was able to instantly isolate the cause - which so happened to be in an entirely different location that where I was feeling the pain. I was 80% better after 1 treatment and 100% by 2 treatments. I work in the natural health-care field, and never expect patients to heal that quickly- as I know the body can take time- so to say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement :) I am now approaching 36 weeks and feeling absolutely amazing. No relapses at all with her continued treatments. I joke that I forget I am pregnant all the time- because I feel that great! I feel so at ease knowing that Stefanie will be our birth support for labor and delivery. She has helped ease my husbands concerns, and we cannot wait for her to be by our sides as we welcome our little guy into this world- she is more than an wonderful doctor- she really is an incredible woman to know and work with and know. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Stefanie is the reason I was able to heal from my first traumatic delivery (I injured my tailbone among other things) and was even able to attempt a non-medicated birth with my second delivery. Since I experienced so many complications with my first delivery and was again experiencing complications while pregnant with my second my doctors were pushing me to only consider a C-section delivery, however I decided to have a doula in hopes of having the experience I missed out on the first time. Dr. Stefanie helped me during pregnancy to ensure my body was able to stay strong and helped me alleviate any discomforts and then was there for both me and my husband during labor helping him help me and feel like he was truly taking part rather than a bystander in the process. When things weren’t progressing the way we wanted during labor and my doctor all but gave up on us and our plan Dr. Stefanie was able to reassess and help me go from a more or less stalled labor to holding a baby within a very short amount of time. It was a night and day experience from my first delivery and although I’m done having babies if I were to do it again I wouldn’t hesitate to have her with me again. There’s no way I would’ve been able to have a vaginal delivery let alone a non-medicated one without Dr. Stefanie by my side helping me out. After delivering Dr. Stefanie was again able to help my body heal and get me to a point where I wasn’t in pain 24/7. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Stefanie, she’s incredibly smart, kind and cares deeply about all of her patients and I’ve definitely had my full circle moment with her. Experiencia fantástica: Have you ever left your regular 4 week doctor visits during pregnancy feeling like, that's it?! A quick heartbeat check and belly measurement and they send you on your way. I remember countless times sharing my pregnancy symptoms such as nausea and sciatic pain and hearing "those are just common symptoms" and basically... deal with it! Finding Stefanie was a godsend! I was experiencing extreme nausea/vomiting and sciatic nerve pain during my pregnancy and instead of telling me it was "just a common pregnancy symptom" she took the time to listen and provided MULTIPLE solutions to the problem. She used a variety of different approaches to help me with these issues and used techniques I didn't even know existed . And the best thing... all of the things she did actually worked! I cannot put into words what a relief it was to find someone who truly listened and actively found solutions to issues I was having. Not to mention, going to see her each week in her office was legitimately like going to the spa each week. SO relaxing and SO calming. I always looked forward to going. If you are like me and feel like those quick 4 week checkups during pregnancy just aren't enough, I highly recommend making an appointment. Stefanie's knowledge on everything pregnancy and pelvic floor health is truly unmatched and is unlike anything I have seen from my regular OB doctor. You will feel listened to, supported and will be amazed at how much you will learn from her.

Experiencia fantástica: Stefanie is truly a one of a kind healer! She is compassionate, brilliant, and incredibly supportive. I started seeing Stefanie while I was pregnant with my daughter and she has been with us ever since. She helped deliver my daughter at home and is a big part of the reason my birth experience was everything I dreamed and imagined it to be. One unforeseen benefit was truly how incredible her support and guidance was for my husband during labor and delivery in the sense that she helped him know what to do and when to do it in order to support me. It made our bond as a couple and our experience as a family all that much better. Stefanie helped with ligament pain late in pregnancy, healed my diastasis after delivery, and got my system operating properly postpartum. It is absolutely a myth that as women we should be expected to have dysfunctional bodies postpartum. I frequently refer my functional medicine patients to Stefanie and many of my family members and friends see her. I’ve yet to hear of a less than wonderful experience. You really can’t go wrong with Stef as your doula and/or pelvic floor PT!

Experiencia fantástica: Had a phone consultation with Stefanie. She's soooo amazing. Even though I'm in another state and can't see her in person, she was able to help me so much. She listened to my story, explaining my issues and concerns. Then she described is easy to follow detail what she believes is going on with my body. She explained that even though I have not yet been diagnosed with scar tissue from egg donation or endometriosis, that the answer for both is pelvic floor therapy or surgery. She was able to recommend me to a therapist local to me. I'm so grateful. I don't feel alone or like I have to live with this. Thank you Dr Stefanie!!

She is knowledgeable and professional. She helped me understand what I was feeling and how to communicate to my drs. Without her advice and help I would still be going around in circles with the doctors. Thanks to her I have a new diagnosis and a therapy plan. She has helped me understand my body more and how to listen to my body for issues starting. I would not be as functioning without her. I can't thank her enough for all the help, advice and time she has given to help me and continues to help me. I recommend her to anyone with issues. She is beyond the best.

Experiencia fantástica: I had horrible scar tissue pain after an unplanned C section that I had been suffering from for 2 years. Went to see Stefanie and felt better within just a few sessions! I also had been struggling to get pregnant and Stefanie helped loosen restrictions to get things flowing and we were able to conceive shortly after. Now I’ve been seeing her for over a year and a half and used her as my doula for my second birth! I so look forward to my sessions with her - always a true relaxing and healing experience! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Stephanie is the best! She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and effective in her work. I saw her for a few reasons: First for some urinary incontinence because, after three kids, I found out that you don't have to pee a little every time you sneeze just because you had a baby! People always said either that was just how mom life is, or that I just needed to do more kegals. Well, Stephanie helped me understand that if some of the pelvic floor muscles are always too tight, then kegals actually make incontinence worse until you care for those muscles, get them adjusted. I saw her for twelve sessions and it worked! During the time I saw her to help with incontinence, I was pregnant with Baby4. The body has a lot to do during pregnancy! The pelvic floor work helped me be more confortable during the pregnancy, and that preparation helped birth go very smoothly! She understood physiological birth, how everything is supposed to go for birth - did you know the cervix will actually dilate to more than 10cm? That 10cm is just as far as the doctor or midwife can measure reaching in? I didn't, but Stephanie did! So don't worry about cervical checks, and only push when you feel pushy, give your body that time to really be ready! Strephanie also taught me some stripe stretches and exercises to do during pregnancy and birthing. I am convinced that these helped my body be more prepared for birth as well as well as help the birth go more quickly!! I also saw her for postpartum care. She helped close the abdominal muscles, taking care of diastisus recti. She can also take care of any scaring from perineal tares. Overall, excellent experience! I will definitely see her again for any pelvic floor issues, and to help prepare for any future births! :)

Experiencia fantástica: Stefanie was so helpful to me throughout my pregnancy, labor and birth of my son . She was always available to answer any questions I have had , and there were many! She helped me to stay comfortable while pregnant, by providing prenatal visits to help realign my hips . During my labor and birth she was so calming and reassuring . I could’ve have done it without her! She is amazing!
