Experiencia fantástica: I was so lucky to find Dr. Jason Durnas several years ago through positive online reviews. I’m very cautious when seeking treatment outside of a personal referral. He has helped my disc issues so much. ART is a fabulous technique that is so effective and helpful to eliminate pain. Dr. Durnas also recently helped me with awful vertigo from BPPV that was eliminated immediately with the Eply Maneuver. I highly recommend this practice!

This is the first time I haven’t been in pain for over 6 weeks. He also told me to come back in as necessary but not every 3 days like most chiropractors tell you to do which I really appreciate! I was looking for a chiro who went above and beyond and I’m so glad I found one!

Experiencia fantástica: As usual, Dr. Durnas is awesome! I'm still having slight dizziness but it's almost gone. The first time I had this episode a year ago, it took a few visits to go away, but it did. Who knew your chiropractor could fix dizziness?!!! My head was literally off of it's correct position on my neck and he put it back. Problem was solved. Before that, he cured an issue I'd been living with for several years misdiagnosed by doctors. I was told it was a reproductive concern and was given meds to bandage the root. The whole time it was my psoas muscle. Pain was in my front which could be felt straight through to the back. He fixed it in a matter of seconds. I have left a review for this before, but it came up asking to do so again. I happily obliged. Many times, modern medicine isn't the answer. Get to the literal root before simply opting in to put something in your body that may cause another issue that you will more than likely have to treat, as well. Dr. Durnas found the root for me! Thank you so much and I love you to pieces as you've made me mobile without pain. You are gifted.

Experiencia fantástica: Was having very bad shoulder pain that was moving from neck, shoulder, shoulder blade, to the shoulder joint, and down the arm. The pain started waking me up in the night. Found Action through my insurance and spoke with Sam. Made the appt for the next morning. Sam explained what he was finding and the various manipulations/adjustments to correct it. In just one session most of the pain was releived. Have a followup for Monday as I knew 1 treatment would not be enough. I highly recommend Action Chiropractic.

Dr. Norgaard was able to get me in on Saturday before my meet and work on some soft tissue. Everything felt great! Experiencia fantástica: I went to see Dr. Durnas after I was having knee pain from the type of workouts I was doing. I wasn’t sure if I had torn something, was having meniscus problems, or having ligament problems. I was worried to stretch or workout to make it worse. He was so friendly and immediately told me what was wrong with my knee. He worked on my knee, got me all realigned and also worked on my hip mobility! After leaving, I no longer had knee pain and I was able to get on the ground to play with my kids & workout again. I can’t recommend him more and I will definitely be going to see him again!!

He has not only helped me get out of pain but he helped educate me and I can not be more grateful I found him. Experiencia fantástica: I booked an appointment for Dr. D around 5 in the morning, because from lower back to neck was completely stiff and not able to stand, walk, or sit. Also, this was my first ever chiropractor visit, so expectation was simple that at least I should be able to walk and sit and do my daily chores. But, Dr. D did some magic in those 40-50 mins of session. All that pain from neck to hamstring was gone. Mid back felt sore for a day as he told it would be, but felt better in couple of days. I'll highly recommend Dr. Jason Durnas to anyone who is experiencing such muscular pain.

I've been seeing chiropractors on and off throughout my entire adult life across the various cities I've lived in. In finding new chiropractors in new cities, I've had some bad experiences with chiropractors who seem more interested in signing you up for long-term sustained treatment plans. I've also been fortunate to eventually find great chiropractors in these places, who aim to help you feel better in as few appointments as it takes to get you moving and pain-free. Action Chiropractic provides that kind of care and I'm glad to have found them. Beyond the great care you receive at Action, scheduling appointments online is easy and I've found it regularly possible to get appointments last minute when I find myself experiencing unexpected pain from tweaking a muscle or from an injury.

He adjusted my spine and performed ART therapy, which was new to me but you can't deny the immediate results. That night I had the best sleep I have had in over 10 yrs. Took a couple days after treatment, but I used to wake up every morning with back pain and now I don’t have that pain. I have done nothing else to treat this pain. Experiencia fantástica: Ever have your back suddenly and viciously betray you? I hadn't. Until this week. Still don't know exactly what I did to cause it. Urgent Care said "eh, these things just happen. Take these prescriptions, use heat. It'll be a few weeks." The prescriptions (Tramidol and Flexeril) haven't helped much. That was two days ago. Yesterday I could barely walk. It was agony just trying to go from a laying down position to a sitting one, much less standing. Walking? Not so much walking as a very slow, very painful shuffling. Enter Doc Jason. My wife called, he got me in same day. I have never been to a chiropractor before. So this was...new. He was infinitely more clear in his diagnosis than the urgent care doc's "back spasms." And close to an hour later, I was far more mobile than I was coming in. He was very clear on what I could expect in terms of recovery time and things to do to help speed up the recovery. Stupid back. Stupid getting older @#%@#$. But 110% recommend Action Chiropractic for not only immediate care and improvement, but also honest feedback on expectations and recommendations for what to do in the future.

Have been to multiple PT, which helped but was more gradual and took several months. After the first visit with Dr. Durnas, explaining to him my concerns and reason for visit, he assessed and provided treatment. I walked away feeling 70% better compared to what i walked in, which is AMAZING, since i was not expecting that vast of an improvement. He does not rush you, and takes his time to listen and asks clarifying questions to help with treatment plan. He also personally followed up 1-2 days after the visit to check-in and see how i was feeling, which was appreciated. Overall, highly recommend Dr. Durnas.

Experiencia fantástica: Came in with a pinched nerve. Had 9 months of physical therapy. Tried injections in both SI Joints and pinched nerve injection. Tried acupuncture still was in a lot of pain. A friend recommended ART - action release technique. After one visit I felt so much better. I still need his expertise but I don't need surgery which was my last option. Really great care beleave I will be completely healed in the near future. I highly recommend his care!
