I was at my lowest both mentally and physically and my ego would get bruised early on because I had lost so much muscle due to an illness and couldnt lift a fraction of what I could in the past. I say all this because they were very non-judgmental and assured me its perfectly human to be weak after an illness or injury and I appreciated it!

Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, I have yet to receive a response after a week of waiting. This has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, as I was hoping to have my issue resolved in a timely manner. As a customer, I believe that timely and effective communication is a critical component of good customer service. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, it is disappointing to be left without any updates or answers. I hope that this feedback can be used to improve the customer service experience for future clients.

They have also been accommodating on one instance when I had to re- schedule with short notice, which I wouldn't normally do. My PT routine has been adjusted as my condition improves, and I am thankful for the overall quality of service and dedication from my Physical Therapist and the rest of their staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve visited many PT offices in New Haven over the years and PTSMC is by far the best. The PTs are experienced, serious and focused. The assistants and office staff are also focused, competent and friendly. It can get busy at times but all staff work seamlessly together to make for a happy environment. Fred Havelicek is awesome. He has tremendous knowledge of the body and is sensitive and responsive to the each individual’s particular needs. My husband saw him before I did and Fred’s guidance cured him of a long-standing hip problem. Offices are spotlessly clean too!

I was suffering from a bad bout of vertigo for weeks, and where doctors and other PTs could not help/gave incorrect advice PTSMC was able to offer explanations, hope, and a road to recovery (with appropriate caveats regarding diagnosis and treatment). Would recommend unequivocally, especially for vestibular disorders.
