Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Oh and staff far exceeded my expectations. After my first visit with an orthopedic surgeon I was left feeling confused and scared. Thankfully I was able to see Dr. Oh for a second opinion. He was able to explain the procedure and why it was needed. He also explained the underlying cause and laid out a plan to fix it too. He not only addressed the issue but looked forward to avoid the same thing from happening again. I felt he cared about my outcome and future wellbeing.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an EXCELLENT experience here. I met with Dr Gardner. She was great, explained everything thoroughly. Gave me options of things to do for my knee issue. I have to say i was very impressed with the office. Everyone i encountered was friendly and kind.

Experiencia positiva: Initially, they messed up my appointment time. I was scheduled for an appointment, and somehow it was "lost" in their system. I had to wait an additional 3 weeks. The receptionist was so rude and condescending, even though it was their error. The appointment was great, however. I'm getting the help I need, referred to the right places, and it was a totally different experience from the initial contact. It is somewhat baffling that the in-person experience is vastly better than on the phone, but overall was worth the wait.
