The support staff were excellent in helping me with their encouragement and positivity, all under the guidance of Anthony. I have attained great range of motion, endurance and strength. I highly recommend Anthony, and all staff at this location for their kindness and professionalism.

Experiencia fantástica: Erin Maghery was phenomenal! She immediately identified the problem areas and used several techniques that hadn't been tried before. I noticed an immediate improvement. I felt she was very invested in my case, came up with an effective treatment plan, made sure I understood everything and made recommendations which would continue my progress. I feel fully recovered now. She is a gem and I will certainly be passing on her information to anyone who is looking for an excellent physical therapist. The facility is clean, and well staffed to make sure you make the best use of your time there. There is no doubt in my mind that if I need physical therapy again in the future, I'll be returning to see Erin.

Anthony, one of trainers was an excellent motivator and knew exactly what I needed to get healthy again. His knowledge and kindness were really outstanding. I had my right knee replaced, and I returned because my care was outstanding the first time as well as this time around. My therapists, Steve and Patrick, were top notch! They are very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I don't think I would have done as well without their help and guidance. My overall experience at Amity Physical Therapy in Woodbridge was wonderful! The facility is clean, and the staff is helpful and welcoming. They're both very knowledgeable, experienced, and caring professionals. They always took the time to answer my (many) questions and address all concerns. I really appreciated their encouragement as I progressed through the program. I also found the therapy assistants, Matt, Chase and Lori, to be well trained, professional and friendly. I share this review from my perspective as a patient as well as a retired chiropractor. I will be returning to Amity Physical Therapy in the near future following my second knee replacement. It’s a very friendly, professional, and clean facility with top of the line equipment. You’re very well cared for by all of the staff to you back to your best. Experiencia fantástica: I was diagnosed with a torn meniscus and surgery was recommended. After talking to other doctors and doing my own research, I decided to try physical therapy instead. I worked with Anthony at the Woodbridge location, and I am so pleased with the results. Anthony was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I found all staff to be friendly and helpful and attuned to my needs. Not only did I avoid surgery, I am now back at the gym and, with continued exercise, my knee continues to improve. My physical therapist Steven Musante sat down with me and listen to what I was experiencing. I shared my information with Steve. Thank God he spent the time listening to me. In October I had a quadruple heart bypass operation. It is not everyday that you meet people that are caring and have the knowledge and wisdom to provide the right answers. I am deeply grateful for the excellent care and professionalism that I received at this location. Thank you so very much Steve and all the rest of the staff.

My physical therapist Anthony has been welcoming and knowledgeable from the start. He has helped me tremendously physically but also mentally by being a great person overall. He is open minded, kind, and welcoming to all questions that I have had. I enjoy coming to PT knowing I have a solid person who is competent, intelligent and very dedicated to get me back on track. After receiving surgery on my wrist they were able to get me back up to full strength/ range of motion. Very grateful for all that they had done for me.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Amity Physical Therapy in Woodbridge. They have been accurate in their diagnosis and treatment of injuries that I have consulted them about on three occasions; one for misalignment of my hips, second for an ankle fracture resulting in major surgical reconstruction and finally for tendonitis. The personnel I worked with were all very knowledable, attentive and personable. My primary Physical Therapist was Warren and I have also worked with Kyle and Erin. Warren planned my specific treatment and followed through during each session with his attention to the injury and recommended exercises which were expertly managed by the PTA's who added assistance and guidance when needed. The office is well run, keeping the appointments on time and the visits productive. The Woodbridge facility has recently been updated and redecorated appearing clean and safe which has been very important to me during the Covid pandemic.

I was very impressed with his knowledge, his caring and understanding. He designed a very good program for me and I was on the mend soon enough. Experiencia fantástica: My first experience with the professional, and equally personable, physical therapy team began with my hip replacement surgery in 2018. Day after day, week after week, I saw myself recovering, getting stronger and more flexible and confident. Over that time I got to know many of the team personally- where do you get your haircut? Great I’ll try them. When you spend that much time in shared space with someone who is helping you “get back to normal” it’s impossible not to develop a strong bond with your coach, your caregiver, your mentor. When I was finished I gave a gift to each of my team to thank them for what they did for me and with me. More recently when I injured my knee from too much bending I immediately sought assistance from my friends at Amity PT! The past several weeks were amazing and tonight I had my last treatment (for this round anyway!) Thank you especially to Warren and Carly with whom I had many laughs.

Experiencia fantástica: Amity Physical Therapy is amazing. I have been seeing Kyle for migraines and back problems for several weeks. He introduced me to the Dry Needling treatment. Within 2 treatments the excruciating neck migraines began to release. With 5 treatments they were all but gone, a condition I have struggled with on and off for over 6 years. I wish my other doctors had mentioned seeking physical therapy for migraines to supplement my migraine medications. I will continue physical therapy at Amity to correct all the other muscle issues I have developed caused by the neck issues. I will also do maintenance Dry Needling to keep my neck in shape. Thank you Kyle and Amity Physical Therapy!! You have given me my life back!!

After an ice injury and subsequent elbow surgery, I could not have imagined the healing process that awaited me with the help of this skillful and dedicated practitioner. Pete helped me feel calm, informed, and confident as we moved through a therapy plan that was well suited to my needs and abilities. I am so thankful to have gained a good range of motion, flexibility and functionality of my arm, from shoulder to wrist. Pete’s support and guidance is steady and affirming. He challenged me enough to build effective strength, while being patient and cautionary so that I felt safe from re-injury. The whole staff were delightfully friendly and helpful. I’m thankful and I wish this quality of care for all who seek physical therapy. Tremendously encouraging!

I came in less than 24 hours after a debilitating back spasm where it took me three hours to walk with assistance out of my own gym (truly no exaggeration-most would’ve left in a stretcher). His immediate dx, was accurate and allowed them to target areas with precision and with care. The dry needling was the icing on the cake and has brought me from miserable and barely walking to feeling so much relief in 2 days! In hindsight I m deeply thankful for the professional staff and program that I experienced in the weeks that followed. Warren Rodrick, my assigned therapist, inspired me with focused discipline to meet a rapidly-closing window of time to accomplish critical goals and measure of movement. The alternative would have been a significant handicap that would stifle me for the rest of my life. Yes my surgeon was excellent, but no doctor can provide the necessary one-on-one relationship and professional time following a knee replacement. Amity Physical Therapy provided that for me. Experiencia fantástica: As I lifelong runner, i have had my share of injuries. For the last 10+ years, Mike, Kyle and their excellent staff have kept me on the roads, and more importantly, taught me many preventive exercises. My most recent experience was due to a hip replacement in August. After a few weeks of healing, the Amity crew went to work, getting back to normal activities in just a few short months. Despite the complications of Covid, I never felt safer. The constant attention to my treatments was outpaced by the focus on constant sterilization and cleaning protocols. Everyone was masked and constantly using hand cleanser. I would recommend Amity to anyone who is recovering from an injury or surgery.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with E-visit has been excellent. Prior to this I have been going to Amity Physical Therapy for more than 10 years. In early March due to the Coronavurus pandemic I did not feel comfortable going to the clinic for in person physical therapy. I am a breast cancer patient and due to chemotherapy I am at a higher risk for infections and yet I needed therapy for among other problems severe peripheral neuropathy. When my therapist Kyle Branday initially suggested E-visits I was a bit skeptical that they would be as effective as in person PT. However, after 6 months of E-visits I am happy to sing its praises. The link that Kyle sends me via e-mail is very easy to use. All one needs is an electronic device - could be a laptop, smartphone, or tablet with a camera. When I exercise in front of the camera, Kyle can comment on whether I am doing the exercises correctly. He can also demonstrate how new exercises should be performed. I can now vouch for the effectiveness of E-visits. One advantage is that it does not require any travel time and my health insurance covers these E-visits.

Experiencia fantástica: I have used Amity PT for several running injuries and every time they have been professional, accurate in diagnosing me and coming up with a great treatment plan that got me back out on the track. Without them it would have taken me a lot longer to rehab and get back on track with training. I highly recommend them for any PT needs. The staff is friendly and helpful, answering questions I've had along the way.
