I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Jordan Lee and his assistant Jessie were awesome! My back is feeling good and I haven’t had to wear my knee brace in weeks. I should have done this a year ago.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had 2 several weeks long period of physical therapy at TPMG. The first period was several years ago, to address chronic mobility problems related to arthritis and a broken spine the resulted in surgery and a long recovery of immobility. The therapists were pleasant, attentive and very knowledgeable and competent. I have recently returned for therapy to improve my balance.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve being going to TPMG physical therapy for about a month and a half and it’s been such a pleasant experience. The therapists and Aids are extremely kind, polite and friendly. I don’t interact with any other therapists but my own (Jordan and Spring which is fine) and the environment is so welcoming. The exercises they give me and the care they give to make sure they’re going at my pace, making sure I’m okay throughout the exercises and listens WELL to my needs. I might be actually sad when it comes to last appointment. I’ll miss their faces for sure.

Experiencia fantástica: There is not a single physical therapist or member office staff that isnt amazing! i have seen about five of the therapists as I am sort of on PT more long term. They have all been so helpful and understanding of my chronic conditions and support me on days where the pain is worse or when I am feeling light headed. PT has helped me make some lifestyle changes and i have been losing weight and eating better. Their encouragement is what has led me to prioritize my PT daily with at home excercises that are given to me. The office staff is always kind and accommodating and all three ladies are very friendly! Kaylynn usually brings me to my warm up bike and she is very sweet!

I have been attending TPMG Physical Therapy on Omni Blvd for 5 weeks and my treatment by everyone that I have encountered continues to exceed my expectations. I have had physical therapy at several practices on the peninsula in the past; however, this place is the model for how a physical therapy practice should be run. All of the staff, from the schedulers to the therapist assistants to the physical therapists, are kind and engaging. The patient’s concerns are incorporated into the scripted treatment plan, while constantly ensuring the patient’s comfort. The appointments are punctual and during the rare occasion that I have had to wait to get started, I didn’t mind waiting because I knew that my session was not going to be compromised.

Experiencia fantástica: Appointment was for the evaluation for baseline levels for balance and walking. Everything was explained thoroughly. The therapist listened carefully to my concerns and will create a treatment plan that addresses those concerns.

Experiencia fantástica: Physical therapy helped my neck back and shoulder pain that I've been suffering with for years, massages, chiropractor, acupuncture, cupping etc only provided temporary relief, hopefully this will solve my suffering for good. Only had one session but it seems promising.

Michael Bolosan was so helpful with explanation what I needed to focus on prior to surgery 2 months away. He showed me the exercises and explained the reason for them. His advise was exactly what I needed. I'll be so much better prepared for surgery; I am in excellent hands.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very friendly, attentive and supportive, from the tech who welcomes me to the therapy room and sets me up on the recumbent bicycle to the tech/therapist who is working with me at the appointment. The tech/therapist is with me the entire session, is focused on assisting me with the exercises, explaining how to do the exercise there and at home. Everyone I've worked with there has been very helpful and I have come a very long way in my recovery because of their efforts!

I have been seeing Jordan for a couple of years now and he is always very patient with my limitations and his knowledge in his field is by far the best! The ladies at check in are always pleasant and have a smile on their faces. The whole staff is amazing!

Experiencia negativa: This office is not at all concerned for your health or well being, their primary care is money. My mother was referred there for a shoulder injury; they charged her for an evaluation and set her a 4 week plan. They didn't explain anything; didn't go over the exercises she'll be doing each session or her treatment plan. When she went for her session, the therapist did not attend her, a tech did instead. The tech leading her through the exercises was rushing her. They put her on one machine, left, when mom said she was in pain, they moved her to another machine and left again. She was still in pain, so the tech told her to stop and they put her on the ice machine (for which they also charge you). The whole exercise lasted 7 mins but they still charged her for a full session. When mom tried to get a refund, the manager told her that cycling clockwise and anti-clockwise counted as 2 separate exercises and they were charging her for 3 exercises on the 2 machines. I found that so absurd because I've been to PT somewhere else and had a very different experience. Overall, TPMG are very negligent and they simply don't care about you as a patient or a person even; more so if you're a minority with an accent or a POC.

This was my first experience with Physical Therapy and the sessions, procedures and desired outcomes were explained in detail. I would recommend this group without hesitation. They are wonderful.

This last time, after surgery, Michael has done a great job of working with me to strengthen my back and core. He modifies exercises as needed and he encourages me to stretch out those muscles I haven't used for awhile. Everyone there is friendly and kind. Highly recommend them if you need physical therapy.

Experiencia negativa: I am used to a 2nd tier physical therapist. A therapist who has gone to school for manual therapy. The person I had was more concerned about my lower back when it was my shoulder causing my pain. Will be looking for a more qualified therapist.

Experiencia negativa: On Mon. I had an 11:50AM appointment for a Flu shot. The instructions were to wait in the car and call an 800 number. That did not work. I banged on the door and was let in and told the receptionist I was there for my shot. I waited a long time. A lady I talked to had a 12:15 and was called ahead of me at 12:43 when I left. My wife waited in the car all that time. When I got home my blood pressure was 154, the highest in over 5 months (108 readings). I can understand waiting for a doctor almost an hour- NOT for a simple flu shot. My experience on Tuesday (Physical Therapy) with Michael Bolosan was great!
