Experiencia fantástica: The young lady at the front desk is awesome! She was very personable, calm and informed. She answered questions about the company and unrelated questions. I believe her name is Tai or Ty. I'm not sure of the spelling,but keep up the great work 21st CHKD in Norfolk and therapist!

Experiencia negativa: Had a difficult time here with my son. It didn't seem like people knew what they were doing. Everyone was in a rush, talking fast, unfamiliar with my son's chart, inexperienced. Couldn't tell who was in charge, everyone was so young. Therapies seemed fruitless and caused more headaches than help. Find another place!

Experiencia fantástica: Therapist that assisted my son and front staff are wonderful! The 2 Physical Therapists my son rotated with were all very good and nice. This is by far my favorite location when it comes to Physical Therapy needs for children. Overall the issue he had is no longer present and he is able to go about his daily routines without pain.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been here more than once for two different PT occurrences for my daughter. One of those times included months of appointments. They never fail to disappoint at this location. The front desk staff is super friendly and greet you when you arrive AND say goodbye. They are VERY accommodating to your schedule and flexible with changes/cancellations. The therapists are VERY knowledgeable and create a PT plan with thorough explanation. I would recommend them to anyone!
