Valir Physical Therapy - Norman

Experiencia positiva: I have used Valir in the past (2021) and it was not a good experience but thought it was just my body. I had to cancel my sessions due to increased pain and extremely dizzy after my treatment. I have a diiferent issue now so thought I would try again since they are located in Norman. I went to PT last Thursday initial appointment. I again was in mega pain before arriving which I shared my concerns. I told them how bad I was hurting during my sessions. Upon leaving I was told my insurance needs to prior authorize any more trearments and they would call me. It has been almost a week and no follow up. The nice surprise was over the weekend I recieve a letter from them. I thought it was a standard welcome letter but ---no it is a bill from 2021. I took care of all my bills. I have not moved. I have not recieved any phone calls or letters from them. Just out of the blue. (Surprise Billing) You owe us. I will investigate this of course. I think this shows you a great deal about a company. Beware and be your own healthcare advocate

Experiencia fantástica: Everybody that works here is great even the receptionist she is so sweet. The girls are really knowledgeable. The therapist know their stuff. They’re just a good group of people really enjoyed myself as much as I could !! Oh, And another cool thing is They love dogs

Experiencia fantástica: Valir - Norman's expert staff is alert and perceptive to issues as they arise in the course of therapy. This can make or break a physical therapy experience. They are committed to being truly WITH me as we work through the pain and challenges of a successful course of PT, watching for even the tiniest changes in how my injury is responding. This time it's an ankle surgery; three years ago it was rotator cuff surgery. Both times I received first-class attention and caring attitudes, from all members of the team, not just "my" therapist. Can't recommend highly enough.
