Experiencia fantástica: Making my first appointment with Amanda Rook at Pelvic Care was the best decision I have ever made for the betterment of my health. I have lived in chronic pain for 9 years, having 6 surgeries and a diagnosis of Endometriosis which has consumed my life. I have tried every form of medical treatment offered and they have all failed, before I met Amanda. The type of treatment provided at Pelvic Care has only been presented to me through scholarly articles as the latest research highlights the success of full person medical care. A foundation of trauma-informed, holistic treatment allows for a cumulative perspective of the patient’s life rather than compartmentalizing areas of focus. The use of yoga within her practice allows Amada to compassionately guide me through former physical roadblocks as she strategically helps me build strength. I now have a new hope for my future that is beyond the limitations of my diagnosis.
