Experiencia fantástica: The VA sent me here for my shoulder pain. The staff and Dr's have all been very nice and professional. Hopefully I'll get to do my physical therapy here also.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had experiences with Many Doctors over my life. I have worked alongside them in my profession as an RN and I have experienced them personally as a patient. I have to write this review on my most recent Doctor. Dr David Bobb. He is definitely at the top of the list and I believe he was called to do what he does because he is so Amazing! I have had two surgeries with him now and all I can say is he is The Best. He is caring and shows compassion and understanding to his patients. He takes time and doesn’t rush in and out and he answers questions in a relatable way. He is encouraging and supportive in each individual case. He is such a wonderful person, you can see it in the way he cares about what he does and who he does it with. Thank you to Dr Bobb and his whole team who shine a light in this world and make it easy and pleasant to deal with sometimes a most difficult situation we as patients have to deal with. I highly recommend Dr David Bobb if anyone needs an orthopedic surgeon! Specifically shoulder surgery or care and treatment! You can’t beat him and his team!

Experiencia positiva: Google didn't allow me to write a new review so I am going to add it above my first review... The business manager called me and apologyzed for the inconvinient and assured that they will reimburse me for the $230 I was overcharged in the next few days...So, it claryfies me that the policies that I was explained earlier did not make any sense and they are deifinitale able to reimburse the money with no inconvenient as it should be. So, I am glad that they realized of theri mistake and tried to fix it. I'm supposed to be receiveing my money in the next few days, hope I won't have any further issue. *** Nurses and practioners are caring but the billing process and overcharging for copays they are abosolutely incompetent. Eventhough I requested the front desk lady to verify the very high copay amount, she didn't. When I verifyed with my insurance company, I was confirmed that I should have not paid more than 20 dollars and I was charged 250!! now due to "their policies" I have to wait 30-45 dyas AFTER my last appointment which will be in almost a month. I have not seen any policy that includes over charging patiens and when they do, they only say "sorry about that" that is the way they fix it.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ringus is truly amazing. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, and my right foot was a source of constant pain. It woke me up at night, prevented me from engaging in many social and family activities, and continued to worsen. Dr. Ringus changed my life!! He performed rheumatoid forefoot reconstructive surgery and a bunionectomy on my right foot, and it is now pain free!! I am so grateful and amazed. He is a masterful surgeon and he is upbeat, funny, and compassionate. Dr. Ringus is a miracle worker. The recovery from surgery took many weeks during which time I could not put any weight on the foot. I used a scooter for several weeks and finally a walking boot. I carefully and completely followed the doctor’s orders. My husband, daughter, and friends were very supportive and helpful. Dr. Ringus saw me regularly, each time taking x-rays and checking the swelling and bandages. Now I am walking around the block and doing water aerobics for exercise, and my foot is pain free. Thank you, thank you, Dr. Ringus.

Experiencia fantástica: I Googled and found orthopedic and sports medicine. I had called and got an appointment within a week which was very nice. I get to the appointment in the front desk. Ladies were so helpful. It was quick and easy. I waited for a few minutes. They got me back. Asked me what was going on. I got an x-ray and then a little later the doctor came in. They got me a boot for my foot and will call me to schedule an MRI. This was the most amazing experience I've ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: This group has been amazing! I was hurt at tournament this morning. They worked me in the same day to see the PA. They did X-rays, even got the mri approved and done today. I have a follow up appt scheduled in a few days to get results. Meanwhile, they have gone above and beyond in helping me get to and from the field to the facility, making sure I was taken care of and saw someone today. The business development manager even contacted me to make sure that meds were sent and that I was able to get them even after the clinic was closed for the day. Wonderful, kind group of people. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This practice responded quickly to the referral for my husband and got him in right away. We spent minimal time in the waiting area and only maybe 10 minutes once in a room. Dr Padilla was very personable and did an excellent job of explaining things to my husband. He responded kindly to the sense of urgency regarding future appointments and possibility for surgery considering self-employment and the need to get back to work ASAP. ALL staff were very professional and super helpful as well.

The surgeries went wonderfully and the recovery was very smooth. PT was great and I have been better than ever since then!

Dr. Moses is a great doctor. Kind, caring, and concern. He goes the extra mile. I highly recommend him. GREAT place all around.

He explains things thoroughly and he and the staff are easy to talk with, friendly and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend him to everyone. I had a few years back taken my mom to see Dr. Bobb for surgery and he was wonderful with my fussy little mom. She thought he was the best.

Prayed with are Pastor and us. He has execellent bedside manners. My Daughter uses him when?she broke bone and cartilage behind her knee and uses them for her injections. Dr. Moses and Lauren are great.

Experiencia fantástica: The office staff ar OSC for the most part has been outstanding, however Dr. Michael Padilla is absolutely phenomenal! Not only is he fellowship trained in sports medicine, but he’s a rockstar at what he does and his bedside manner is five star to boot!

She was thorough and answered all my questions - even the ones about a shoulder pain when she was seeing me for my sprained ankle. My office wait time was minimal and all the staff were pleasant. Definitely would recommend.

I chose to have physical therapy at the Robinson Street site where a professional group of therapists and techs monitored and assisted me in my positive progress. I would certainly recommend Orthopaedic and Soprts Medicine Center.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an appointment with Dr. Smith. She didn't know it, but she was my endgame for my miserable foot. She was going to do her best to fix it, and if she said she couldn't, I was going to start a series of desperate measures! Dr. Smith is the last in a considerable line of podiatrists, orthos, pain management docs, and physical therapists - none of whom have been able to give me any relief. She looked over all of my information, examined my foot, and said she could fix it with surgery, and not a massively invasive surgery. The last specialist I saw gave me a bionic woman-ish reconstruction scenario that would have me non-weight-bearing for several months, and then extensive PT for several months after. For the first time in over 15 years, I have a spark of hope that by the time gardening season rolls around next spring, I might possibly be pain-free and able to garden like a mad woman! *\o/*

The staff and doctors are all very easy to get a hold if I have any questions or issues and they are always resolved in a timely matter. My surgery went well and afterwards I have received excellent care and physical therapy. Great Staff!!!

When I got fitted for my brace their team stayed late after hours on the phone with my insurance company to make sure I didn’t have to come back another day and could leave in the brace. I did have a slight problem with whoever was supposed to be relaying info places, but other than that it’s been a breez

I wouldn't think of going anywhere else, because in my opinion, they are the very best. I never had to wait very long, but even if I had to it would be well worth the wait because the quality of the health care that is provided is so good.
