Experiencia negativa: Automated message states that they will be in office today. However, I cannot get ahold of anyone outside of the pharmacy to figure out how I can get my medications refilled. Going to mess up my medication regimen of eight years because of this issue.

Experiencia negativa: I went to Goddard Health with complains of a sore throat. I was in a lot of pain and my tonsils were extremely swollen. I had a suspicion that I had strep so I went in to the clinic. Upon examination, the doctor said, "well I don't believe it's strep." She prescribed me over the counter mucus medicine but sent me for a strep test just to make sure. The lady that gave me the test was very cold and somewhat rude and the strep test was extremely painful. I got the email that said my strep test was NEGATIVE, and that I just had a common cold. Over the next few days, I got extremely worse and had almost unbearable pain. I went to an urgent care and they gave me another strep test that wasn't painful at all and it came back POSITIVE. They actually gave me medication that worked and my pain got better the SAME DAY. The people at Goddard were extremely dismissive and disregarded my pain and illness due to lack of care. Do not go here if you want to receive attentive medical care.

Experiencia fantástica: I am sorry I am not sure why people are unhappy here and that is fine! I just want to say my piece. This place absolutely rocks. Dr. Boren is absolutely the most culturally sensitive practitioner and the most knowledgeable practitioner I have ever interacted with. This is a great place; I feel super safe here.

Experiencia negativa: I tried to set up an appointment a day in advance and was called 30 minutes before and told to have a zoom meeting..for a doctors appointment. I did as they said and was told I only had a cold after two weeks of being sick. Went to a real doctor at a real clinic and found out I had a respiratory infection.

Experiencia negativa: i made an appointment with this clinic a day prior to the day i wanted it. i had forgotten what time it was at, so i searched my email. no email. no text. nothing about how to access when your appointment is on the website, patient portal constantly telling me im not registered and that my info is wrong. you literally can't access any information about your appointments. horrible

Experiencia fantástica: Very competent and friendly workers with adequate equipment. The nurses provide appropriate recommendations for services they do not offer.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible service with impatient staff. The front desk staff was very rude and unhelpful. I asked for help and they pointed to a business card and told me to step outside the building and call them; they refused to assist me past that.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place for student health care, but wont recommend their pharmacy though. They are overly priced

Experiencia negativa: The lady that does the blood work is lovely and kind which is the only reason I would even give this place a star. The past few times I’ve needed to go, i was only allowed a telehealth video chat. Not sure how you’re supposed to check for things like ear infections or strep or a sinus infection that way. I had a telehealth visit this morning for extreme ear pain, loss of hearing in one ear, sinus pain, and a sore throat... Even though i had covid 1 1/2 months ago, still have antibodies, and am fully vaccinated, i was not allowed to come in. And was told my ear pain was “stress related swelling”, whatever that is. Most of the staff is not kind and is very dismissive. I knew that was wrong and went to a minute clinic and was actually examined and it was found that i have a double ear infection, sinus infection, and my ear drums are at risk for rupturing. Something Goddard would have never caught due to their lack of seeing patients and listening to concerns of patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Why did they launch the Challenger shuttle? Surely somebody must have realized that the o-rings would fail in the temperatures that fateful morning. Furthermore, why have we not built a dyson sphere yet? Harvesting the energy output of the entire sun would be DOPE. Moreover, by that point society would have evolved beyond the necessity for mundane work, meaning that I spend more time working on my sick new mixtape (which will be hotter than the sun that we will be harvesting). Basically, I wanna be a rapper, but this barbaric society won't allow that unless it make bank. But don't get me wrong, I do wanna make bank bro. Oops wrong Goddard

Experiencia fantástica: I am a student at OU and I called Goddard Tuesday morning to try and schedule an appointment for Wednesday and the receptionist was a little rude and said to call the day of. So, I called Wednesday morning to try again and I believe it was the same woman who was a bit rude again but I got an appointment made. When I came in everyone was so helpful and kind, which sort of surprised me. I believe the guy that helped me was named Alic and the woman who took my blood pressure was very nice as well. I also enjoyed Dr. Boren, he helped me a lot! I’m definitely impressed and won’t be afraid to come back!

Experiencia fantástica: I have changed my primary care physician to Katherine Kirk, and she is amazing! She is thorough, believes the patient, and makes she the patient gets adequate treatment. I also like the staff, as they are very friendly. If anybody is looking for a new pcp I highly recommend Kirk!

Experiencia fantástica: I've extensively utilized Goddard services from counseling to health care management. They are are well-equipped facility with competent staff and practitioners. Katherine Kirk, in particular, has given me exemplary and compassionate care on multiple occasions. A couple of years ago I went in with a horrific stomach bug and could not hold anything down. She administered anti-nausea medicine and had me take a nap (brought a blanket and a pillow) to monitor my condition. Recently, I went in with an infection from drinking bad water and Kirk made sure the right lab work was run to get me feeling right again. I don't know why the previous poster said it was more of an urgent care clinic. Goddard is a well-equipped facility (x-rays techs, lab work on site, etc.) that provides affordable and accessible healthcare to OU's student body--many who do not have health insurance. There are many things I do not love about OU, but Goddard is the exception. Goddard is awesome and I am grateful for its existence.

Experiencia positiva: Whenever I call to schedule an appointment, some of the receptionists are consistently rude and act as though I'm somehow bothering them and asking them to do something that goes well outside of their job description. However, Dr. Boren has always been really friendly and helpful whenever I've gone there, as have the pharmacists.
