Experiencia negativa: I'm an honest person. and when it comes to the doctor that I see here I feel like she doesn't listen to my feelings about medication. I tried expressing to her that some of the medications she's prescribing me doesn't work for me. And I wanted to try another medication but I feel like she's trying to make me look like a drug addict by telling me that we can try something else if the medication she prescribed me didn't work. and then tells me she's not gonna prescribe me what I feel like would be the best decision for my mental health. I try expressing my feelings to her but everytime I do I feel like she's not listening. I have anxiety and I've given the medication prescribed time to work. but she's still hesitant about trying other options I don't know what to do I have anxiety attacks daily and I feel like my doctor doesn't trust me. I honestly feel like I've lost my battle with my mental health I've been really honest but still can't get her to help me I feel like the doctors here don't take there clients seriously. I came here to get help not to be looked at as a drug addict/dealer.

Experiencia negativa: The therapists are great, but everyone else is either terrible or quitting. Their "doctors" change once a year as they're only on clinical rotation. My last doctor (who I saw for a year and then didn't say anything once his clinical rotation was up) told me he was going to help me with a very specific issue. He had been telling me that for about 4 months. Then Yuisa Perez came in to replace him. It's been another 4 months, and this very easy, very simple request has been deemed as "not necessary" by, again, "Doctor" Perez. Thank goodness I have options. Not everyone in that area who uses COCMHC is that lucky. Most have no insurance and no choice. It is the only option here. I feel terrible for the ones who are stuck. The doctors are practically useless and will treat you as a drug addict if you've ever been homeless. There are now only 2 case managers for the entire establishment. Avoid this place if you can.

Experiencia fantástica: Words cannot even BEGIN to express my gratitude for this place....as well as for the many people who have contributed to my rehabilitation who have worked here over the years. Mental illness recovery is a long, arduous process....and the people who choose to HELP OTHERS in that process are a very special group of people. Take my word for it. My sincere thanks to ALL OF YOU.

Experiencia positiva: I got my son going to here because it was closer for him than Hope House in OKC. The issue I have is his case worker comes and goes.He has already had at least 3 or 4 (I have lost count) in the few months that he has been there. I don't know if they are not paying them enough or what. But bottom line is they don't stay. We had to fill out paperwork at least 3 times so they could talk to me regarding my sons issues. (Seems the paper always got lost) . Incompetence on their part. I am hoping things get better here, but my son is getting worse. He saw his new case worker this week and I guess nothing happened much. This guy was new trying to figure things out.

Experiencia negativa: I used to see Marilyn Kring-Brockhaus, LCSW for therapy. I had a collegue, Nic Hackler, approach me who just happened to be getting supervision from her for their license. Nic knew many personal details about me that were told to them by Marilyn in their supervision sessions. According to Nic, Marilyn released my personal health information without my consent including my name. The information provided to me by Nic was information I had told Marilyn in therapy. She was simply gossiping with Nic about my mental health history because she knew we knew each other. If you value your privacy, go elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is so awesome for so many reasons. As long as you are serious about getting better, they have all the resources you need! Dr. Tang is TOP TIER!

Experiencia negativa: We were sent to the Urgent Recovery Center next door when my 12 year old daughter had a mental health crisis at school and they were wonderful. They referred us here for counseling. We were hopeful that they could provide the help my daughter needs, but they have canceled on us TWICE. The first time the counselor was sick, which we would have been understanding about, but we were not made aware before our appointment so I checked my daughter out of school and spent my time and gas for nothing. Then today we were canceled on again because of no water. We also would have been understanding of this except our appointment was 6 hours away and I doubt it would take that long to get the water back on. Also, could they not have done it in one of the multiple other buildings this one time? Not looking forward to telling my daughter once again that her appointment was canceled and she will not be getting the help she urgently needs.

Experiencia negativa: They dont care about their clients. Staff cancels appointments and treats you like garbage.

Experiencia negativa: The police tooke here. I thought it was community health partners of Oklahoma. They have black doctors therapist and dentist and provide their own transportation. This place does not provide transportation and did not have a black doctor or therapist. They set me up with a case manager. I guess it's a social worker but I told her if someone filled charges on me it needs to go to court. Likewise if I file charges on someone it needs to go to trial. I do not arbitrate mediate or agree to investigation or interrogation without an attorney and I am not in agreement with the police using my medical services to do so, if that is the case. All I know is I am being stalked everywhere including this place and the police can not or will not restrain them from me. They stalked me to this facility and since they are still stalking me and I have not met with a social worker or mental health providers from this agency yet and I first applied in February I just don't have much good to say.

Experiencia fantástica: The receptionists are so nice and worked with me to get an appointment much sooner than I expected. This is a hard line of work to be in so I really appreciate the compassion they showed.

Experiencia fantástica: Been going here for the last 4 years and it’s truly saved my life. The staff have become like family and treat me like a human and not a dollar sign or number in some system.
