Experiencia fantástica: I've been getting my infusions here for the last year. The staff have been amazing since day 1. I go once every 3 months and they still remember who I am and ask how I am doing and just have genuine conversation with you while they get you set up. I come in and get medication for migraines and they will pull the blinds down and shut the lights off and make sure I have everything I need before letting me rest while I get my medicine. They're seriously angels!

I’ve gone to FlexCare Infusion Center for 1 1/2 years and their service remains OUTSTANDING!!! I highly recommend this medical facility to your outpatient infusions. Initial Review… The nurses and staff are friendly, professional, and very attentive for your medical infusion. Individual rooms with TV and WiFi, and a recliner make for a comfortable experience while receiving your infusion. A snack room provides for free items and water, soda, tea, and Keurig coffee. I highly recommend Flexcare Infusion Centers.

Look no more, Flexcare of Norman offers the friendliest staff, and a beautiful clean, and relaxing space for treatment. I only wish my infusion took longer than an hour, so I could have more time to relax here.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is NICE! This is my first visit, on a Saturday. They make it so convenient to get in. The manager, Sarah, was here to greet me and make me feel welcomed at 9am. Again, on a Saturday. And the amenities they provide (private infusion suites, coffee bar, snack bar, massage and heated chair, free wifi, streaming services, and more). If you're looking for an infusion center, I would highly recommend FlexCare in Norman.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here for a while, and I love how the patients are treated here! The staff are always doing their very best, and with my experience here, no matter who's taking care of me, they always make sure I'm smiling and laughing, even while taking blood. It especially helps when you have needle anxiety, and they do their best to distract you from it. Absolutely love it here, and love the staff!!! :]

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very friendly and professional. I was sad that masks are once again required. This should be optional for everyone. They do not keep Covid from spreading anyway. I heard many complaints from other patrons as they checked in also.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a series of iron infusion treatments at the Norman location. The staff is super friendly and try to make you as comfortable as possible.

Experiencia positiva: The people here are always SO kind, considerate, and make everything as simple for the patient as possible! They make sure that they sanitize seats and everything, as well! The ONLY reason I can't give 5 stars is because they NO longer have someone working to make sure each patient promptly has approval through their insurance. The patient NOW has to constantly call FlexCare, and repeatedly ask about authorization, repeatedly give insurance information, and then end up behind on the treatment needed because there is no longer appropriate communication. It's very upsetting because I even heard a patient arrived for their appt and insurance had NOT authorized their treatment! I have a 2 1/2 hour drive to the nearest FlexCare location b/c I wanted to continue treatment w/them when we moved. However, had I been that patient arriving, and finding out there wasn't approval, I would've been livid!! So, with that said, I truly hope they get their insurance benefits employees some training, more help, or whatever they are currently in need of! In the past, I had medical staff with FlexCare going to bat for me with my insurance. It was amazing, and a tremendous load off my mind. They always made certain that I was aware of any possible "Copay cards" that could give me a discounted rate as well! That's no longer the case. They really need help to get back to that type of urgency in making sure each patient has the least mental anguish in receiving care and coverage. As for treatment, the facility is clean, and they provide wonderful care!

They are worthless in preventing disease and interfere with my breathing as well as ability to communicate effectively. I really hate it when I cannot see a persons expressions when I interact with them.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first iron infusion with FlexCare Infusion Centers at the Norman, OK location and I am so happy! The staff there is amazing because they are so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere and vibe was amazing as well. Courtney, Sarah, Ashlee, and Michaela have such a caring nature about them and their patients are their top priority and that truly says a lot about the company. They made sure I was super comfortable and had everything that I needed to relax. I was even able to take a power nap during my infusion and they took extra time with me when I was done to make sure I was ok before I left. They also have Netflix and Hulu so I was able to be entertained while I was awake which made my 1.5 hour infusion go by quicker and they have the best snacks! I am glad to have met the staff there today and am looking forward to returning for 2 more infusions very soon. Job well done FlexCare!!!
