Experiencia fantástica: I am a Disabled Veteran and I have been assigned to Community Care services at Dignity Health Physical Therapy. My therapist Lenai is truly great at her craft. I have torn Ligaments in my left hand, and she gave me a battery of different therapy strategies that are meant to work and rehab it. While performing each task, I was anticipating the pain associated with these tasks, to the point where I was in effect not breathing properly. She detected this and told me that I need to focus on my breathing in order to fulfill the task, and she ensured that I performed each task correctly in order to maximize my results. That extra care allowed me to do these tasks correctly so as not to further injure myself and speed up my healing process. For that reason, I give Lenai Five Stars!

Experiencia fantástica: Registration and appointment scheduling are a breeze with the efficient and friendly front staff. Therapist Rainier is assigned to work with me after surgery on my hand. He explains the purpose and effect of the exercises he assigns and makes sure I do them correctly. Each appointment begins with the application of heat, followed with cold after each individual exercise. All equipment used is cleaned immediately after completion of every exercise. After one and a half week of treatment I already experience an increase in motion and strength. I am very happy with the quality of the services provided.

Experiencia fantástica: Abbas Sadrossadat, my assigned Physical Therapist at Select Physical Therapy is the best. I started my Physical Therapy back in January 15, 2021, after being discharged from UMC Burn Unit Hospital in Las Vegas NV for serious burns in both my legs during a Catastrophic Failure of our 2020 Jeep Gladiator that caught on fire the evening of Dec.7.2020. I spent a month in the Hospital, and went through five surgeries in both legs. When I went to Select Physical Therapy located at 1550 W Craig Rd, North Las Vegas NV for the 1st time, I couldn't walk. The first 10 Physical Therapies I was using a Wheelchair to move around. Now I am starting to walk again, first with a walker, now with just a cane. Thanks to my Therapist Abbas, I am getting better every day. I highly recommend this facility for your Physical Therapy needs. All their staff is caring, respectful, and well trained. Claudia and Juana at the front desk are awesome! They all have an A+ for me. ❤

Experiencia fantástica: Mac, my super Hero therapist. Mac has been working with me for about a month now, double knee replacement surgery February 3,2021. When I first met Mac he was mild spoken and completed my assessment, scheduled me twice a week for PT. I was scared and unsure of what was in store for me, but Mac was kind, mild-mannered, But firm. I can tell you my recovery has been outstanding. I even ask my doctor if I could have an extra day because I see my progress improving tremendously. is an Angel, if you are having knee replacement or need physical therapy Mac is your man. I visited 2 month for my knee and now my knee got way better than b4!! This place is the best place to get better and recover. Staff members are so awesome!! Greg aka G-Money lol he is very energetic and positive vibe. Josh is always organized and great advisor. I love this place and I am highly recommend if you need therapy for your body injury recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome a word that is over used and open to interpretation, so let me use some words that are more specific: Kind, caring, skilled, compassionate, committed, encouraging, empathetic, highly knowledgeable, team effort, positive energy, personal connection, hard work, good fun. All the therapists are dedicated to the patients well being and maximum recovery. The PT room is clean and bright, the equipment is new and there is a nice variety of equipment and props to give the best opportunity for success. I want to give a special shout out to my main therapist Gregory. He knew when to gently push me and when to take it easy and focus on my attitude and concerns. Face it, PT can be depressing because of the trauma that brought you there. I also want to mention Abbas and Matt and Jimmy, who also worked with me a few times. Tyler kept my spirits up with our mutual interest in crazy socks. Tyler and Josh would notice if I wasn't doing an exercise quite right and were good enough to set me right. Team work. I didn't have direct contact with many other of the therapists but could see how they were with their own patients and know we were all in the best place with the best people dedicated to helping us. I have finished my 20 authorized sessions at Select Physical Therapy and the knowledge and coaching I received there I am using to continue healing. Later this year I plan to have my other knee replacement and will definitely be going back to this good healing place. Thank you to my wonderful PT care team. TEN stars out of 5!

And we always have a good laugh mainly because Steve things my accent sounds like Arnold Schwarzenegger. All the guys are cool. Don't know what to say about Greg though. He can dance? Just kidding. Experiencia fantástica: My Dr. recommended Select Physical Therapy after he gave me some not so good news about my shoulder. I went into PT with a negative view, after working with Tyler he made me feel comfortable and taught me a few things I could work on at home and work. I also got the chance to work with Richard who was straight to the point and made me work toward getting stronger with strong leadership and direction. I am going to have my surgery and once I'm able to start rehab I will go back to the team at this location because I know they will be able to help me get back on track.

The therapy provided by Tyler and Josh has been amazing, they really take their time with you and take the time to teach you the exercises. Experiencia fantástica: I went into Select Physical Therapy with a crutch, a boot, and a sever limp after major foot surgery. After only three visits the pain in my foot is nearly gone. Nancy my PT is fantastic at what she does. She has a lot of knowledge and knows how to motivate to get someone doing the required exercises to feel better. The front office experience is equally top notch. They took the time to handle all of the administrative tasks ensuring I understood how registering was accomplished and ensuring insurance issues were all handled. Great therapists, great experience.

Hosia Is my OT and is extremely helpful he explains what is going on with my injury and explains how I can help prevent pain or make it better at home. Hosia is very knowledgeable and does everything he can to make sure his patients are educated and pain free. I will always come back to Select if there are any future needs.
