Ebony did what 6 other therapist for my girls couldn’t do, and that was to listen, advise, treat and CARE about what my girls were going through. Her staff is very responsive and are always on top of things. I would recommend Ebony at Hill Therapy to anyone!! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to therapy for about 5 years and I’ve been to three different practices and this place is definitely the only place that I feel I have made actual progress in. Brittany and her team are amazing. They always make me feel so safe and comfortable enough to open up about anything. They are incredibly professional, friendly, and so caring. Whenever I enter the office, it feels like I’m entering a room of positivity. Prior to finding this office, I was put in a waiting in other practices that were months long. Then I found Restorative and explained what I was going through and they found a way to get me in with someone immediately. I recommend this place for anyone seeking mental help or just to have someone to talk to.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a liberating experience after hiking with a therapist on many occasions. I am truly on my to healing thanks to their team. Everyone is so kind, and welcoming. Experiencia fantástica: I was nervous about starting therapy again since I have not gone in a very long time and simply picking up the phone to call was something I was fighting myself on. The office staff however made the process so quick and easy to get started. I have my appointments with Atrell who is amazing - very professional but personable and she’s just the type of person who you immediately feel like you can share anything with and can be safe with. Restorative health and life and specifically Atrell has given me so many tools and resources to get past most obstacles in my day to day life as well as long term coping skills with my past trauma and current negative thinking. I avoided going to therapy like most people for way too long and after the first appointment I knew this was the right office and space for me. If you are looking for a very personal experience where you can work out your problems and gain easy and reliable tools to help you in your day to day as well as recover from past trauma this is absolutely where you need to be. Take note of the other ratings this place deserves all 5 stars and got them for a reason!! Thank you Atrell!

I found this team at one of the lowest parts of my life & they have been nothing short of kind, patient, effective & well organized. This team is military friendly & accepts TRICARE. Brittney has walked with me this past year and given me the tools to overcome many obstacles & ensured I was implementing them appropriately. I thank God for Brittney!

Experiencia positiva: UPDATES AT BOTTOM: Charged our card over $1000 without permission. WARNING!!! NOT TO BE TRUSTED WITH "ONE TIME" CARD INFO EVER!!! To them, there is no such thing as "one time only" charges, if they tell you this, they are lying!!! The office called us on a Friday evening after some pending information from insurance was processed, and we missed the call because of a fatal car accident that we were busy handling with our family. Without warning or permission, they charged a card, ON A FRIDAY EVENING, that had been used before AS A ONE TIME CHARGE. I had specifically told them "This is just a one time charge, right? Because this is not the card that should be charged regularly." And they said "Yes, one time only." They lied. And because it was charged on a Friday, we can't do anything til Monday. Now, we have to find a way to handle any upcoming costs with a death in the family while being short over a $1000 in the wrong account. If they had been reasonable and waited til Monday, we could've paid the amount on a proper card. Instead, I now have to deal with the emotional trauma of death and trying to work around a financial debacle. Side note: the specific therapist we worked with was absolutely fantastic in every way before she moved onto another practice.... hmmm. Wonder why? Maybe unethical practices like this??? Update to cover reply: Document everything guys, because they will not even notate when you talk to them unless it is written. We called today and, surprise surprise, they didn't want the call recorded. I should've had it documented, because now your practice are falsely claiming "we NEVER contacted the practice" because we did in person at the desk directly several times and it was not notated by your staff, EVEN THOUGH RECORD OF PAYMENT IS CLEARLY AVAILABLE. I explained I didn't want my debit used any more in person a few months ago because we were planning to buy a house and need funds in account for 60 day. You're staff even gave congrats, but I guess it was never changed in the system and was never documented or notated, so it doesn't exist. Either way, as recently as end of December right before Christmas break, I was told there was a balance but that it would take time to process through insurance. Context: seeing as the first time I had been informed of any amount due was in october from visits several months earlier, and I was told that insurance was taking a very long time to process, I told them "just tell me when insurance catches up and I'll pay the rest in the month of January." We AGREED TO THAT PAYMENT PLAN, that I would pay IN JANUARY. (Note, it is still very much January as of posting.) But, because it was verbal, it doesn't exist. THAT is my one mistake, that I did not ask for DOCUMENTED PROOF of that agreement. Now, in the call that we were not permitted to record, Britney agreed to return the charge so long as we provide a separate payment. I am digitally documenting that here, and will be sending an email, and if they ACTUALLY HONOR THAT VERBAL AGREEMENT, I will come back to update and change my review to reflect my overall experience, instead of just the worst. Update 2: They DID send over the verbal agreement in writing, as well as the consent form we signed. After reviewing the documentation, we showed them the documented proof, which we now have, that they did in fact charge a card they WERE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE. They had to get authorization to even process a refund to us, even though on the phone, Britney swore she was "looking right at our account" and saw that they used the right card. That was incorrect. After having their own documentation prove us correct, they have apologized and accepted ownership for their mishaps in writing. My advice, KEEP YOUR DOCUMENTATION and REQUIRE EMAILS OF INTERACTIONS. I will say now, based on their reaction to the proof, I do not think this was malicious. I simply think their documenting skills are sloppy and unprofessional, and their disorganization caused a genuine human error. Hopefully they can take this as a learning experience.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience as a patient at Restorative Health and Life has been absolutely wonderful. I have been seeing Dr. Brittney for about two years or so and I couldn’t possibly find enough words to express how truly awesome she is. I was going through an extremely difficult time in my life and although the last thing I wanted to do is try another therapist after having negative experiences in the past I googled a couple of specifics in my search and came across her practice, more specifically her name. I love how she really listens to me the patient and helps me to navigate my way through my emotions and helps me view things from different perspectives. She doesn’t tell me what to think instead she helps me to learn to think differently and I can’t thank her enough for how much she’s helped me gain back my footing and get back into actually living, not simply existing. She has the warmest, most kindest, gentle spirit and she truly cares about you the person and it shows in how she doesn’t handle you with a one-size-fits-all mentality. She has been a God send not only for myself but for my son as well. I know undoubtedly that nothing other than a divine intervention has placed her in my life as well as my sons life. I have never seen a therapist who’s been as attentive to me and my needs and so personable. A mentally healthy me is beneficial to my entire family and I attribute my ability to get off the sideline and back into the game to her and am forever grateful. I wish nothing but Love, Light, Peace, Prosperity and many Blessings to her and her practice.

I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a great therapist. To top it off, their customer service is exceptional.

Experiencia fantástica: Life wasn't going well and so I sought out therapy. I thankfully didn't have to search far because I met Brittney. She didn't judge me when I told my story and she didn't hesitate to call me out when I was wrong. She helped me get through my problems the way a therapist should. Finding a therapist can be a difficult journey, but starting here wouldn't be a bad idea.

I've been able to take part in digital sessions which has been great for my work & life schedule.They have always been patient and pleasant when my insurance provider was having a few issues with the claim process. But the most important thing is the growth and healing I have been able to receive from the services they provide.
