Experiencia fantástica: I hurt my elbow rock climbing (tennis elbow). I went to 2 sessions of PT per week for about 2 months. Initially, it was slow to heal, but within the last 2 to 3 weeks, things started getting much better. I still have minor discomfort in my elbow, but I have exercises I can do at home to continue strengthening it. Ekta and her staff were fantastic - always attentive and very flexible with scheduling. Thank you very much for getting me back to a point where I can comfortably engage in my hobbies again.

My father had lower back pain for past few years now which is debilitating sometimes. We have been visiting Personal PT for quiet sometime now and I can completely see the difference in my father’s condition. Ekta his physical therapist, is probably the one person who has helped his back pain the most. She provided expert care and great at home exercises to help with the pain. I can not recommend Personal physical therapy and Ekta enough! This is definitely now our go-to in the future as and when needed.

Eileen was extremely knowledgeable regarding the injuries I suffered of a broken pelvis and fractured spine after being ran over. This was not a 1 or 2 appointment fix, it was a process that was performed well and with great results. Thanks to Eileen and her diligence I've been able to resume my active life.

Unlike other PT places I've been to prior to discovering this one, you're treated by a certified physical therapist; not an assistant. And if your appointment at Personal Best is for 9 A.M., you're seen at 9 A.M. Not 9:20. Not 9:30. In my experiences elsewhere, I felt more like a "number" than a person, packed into a large, overcrowded room and treated by an overwhelmed assistant...in what felt more like a circus-like atmosphere than a healthcare clinic. At Personal Best, I feel like I'm in the hands of a physical therapist who's not only dedicated to her profession, but also, vested in ensuring my recovery. I HIGHLY recommend.
